- the room service is very expensive - not many tv channels - parking is a separate bill to pay - not many deliveries around the hotel (order out because it was too expensive to eat in)

Upon making reservation,I already put a special request for preparing me a baby crib. Then, I also called 2 days before the the check in date which is 16 September 2017 to inform about my special request. Then upon checking in, we did inform your staff again about the baby crib. We were only get our room at around 5pm whereby we already arrived at 4pm. And there was no baby crib in my room. I did feel frustrated at that time. We called to reception and said will send it us. But after half an hour still don't get. We went to reception again to complaint then around 7pm only we got it. Hope you can look into it in future.

Overall such great stay!.we had a chance to explore all activities we can do while staying at the hotel..only a little disappointment since we have to pay for the parking ..given the room price , hotel should reconsider to adopt free parking..thats all..owh..the receptionist was so polite and explain clearly during our check in..thumbs up to him (incharge check in for room 3209)

It's my first time in Pullman Putrajaya, Malaysia for 5 nights. For the first night, I saw lots of ants on my desk and table. Some of them were on my laptop as well - very disgusting and annoying. On the second day, the power was out from 10 am. I called the hotel management in 3:30 pm but it had never being fixed until my colleague complained to hotel and asked for room change. Thus I changed my room at second night but the desk lamp was out-of-order and it took 2 hours back and forth replacement. Then, I found that there's no cold water when taking shower so I had "extremely warm" shower for the rest 4 nights. I didn't want to waste more time to negotiate for room change again while I was disappointed with the hotel efficiency. The room cleanness wasn't good either. In the time of staying in Pullman Putrajaya, I saw two western face management persons and I really wonder if they brought and apply 5-star hotel management in Pullman Putrajaya. This is a low quality hotel especially for business-wise. I'd rather pay triple for better hotels in Malaysia.

The beginning of the trip, my room was not ready and have to wait for an hour which lead me to go out and do my stuff. When i arrived at my room, the balcony sliding door was broken. I book the room with a balcony but i could not use it. Which is upset for me. Overall the place is really nice and big, i would love to come again, if everything was in order. Thank you

From the outlook, the hotel looks impressive. The night lighting is beautiful but unfortunately did not get to enjoy it. it is such a rush and short stay and we did not really get to enjoy the so published factities. At the time of booking, the room price is value for money. The only setback is it was a surprise that we have to pay for the parking during our stay. Parking is not free for quest. The room is beautiful but it is slightly old for the painting inside the room is slightly break off. Overall it is good experience to stay in this hotel and hope to come back if my schedule allows.

« Irresponsible, rude and unprofessional manner of your sales team »

Actually I am writing to you what I have mentioned during our meeting – issues that I faced while held an event at Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside. The irresponsible, rude and unprofessional manner of your sales staffs there has certainly shaken our trust and made me discomfort all the time. I believe that I have given a lot of chances to the sales team to improve and serve me better, however, I can’t be given a peaceful day even during my last day stay at Pullman. Sunday, 10th September 2017 and Monday, 11th September 2017. Has mentioned to Sasya and Nazri that I need 1 table per one extension cord before the event. I even mentioned to banquet team that we need it because most of our participants would use the laptop and there is hands-on training, therefore the extension cord was very crucial. Unfortunately, banquet team mentioned to me that the banquet order list was not updated, no such information was given by sales team and due to the meeting room are fully occupied, there is no more extension cords were available. At the same time, I am the only one organizer and there is no assistant that could help me. They asked me If there was anything that I need help, they would help me. While requesting them to help on unsealed the box, after 2 boxes unsealed, they just left the meeting room without even inform. This was only solved during lunch time on Monday, 11th September 2017. At the same time, there is no electricity in one of my guest’s room. This has happened on last Monday morning but only being informed to Sasya and Sedrick in the afternoon. However, even after our training event, it is still no electricity in room, even the technician mentioned that he has solved it. In the end, the reception arranged for room switching but the table lamp was not working. The maintenance of the room is quite poor in this case. I suggest this need to be further investigation on electricity trip off for future guest’s safety. Tuesday, 12th September 2017 In a very early stage, I asked for Sasya’s restaurant recommendation which could serve alcohol and halal food at the same time and she recommended Al-Dente. She even has assured my Managing Director on the actual day that the alcohol could be served. Unfortunately in a very last minute, being informed by her that couldn’t serve alcohol at all. In this situation, since Sasya has known my requirement – halal restaurant and could serve alcohol, she should try her best to find the restaurant that could met my requirement or any other alternative plan since the plan A does not work. Wednesday, 13th September 2017 It was changed to BBQ for evening menu, however, checked with Sasya why there is no roaster instead as I saw an advertisement that Pullman actually has it. However, unpleasant message received and she mentioned that ‘Pullman doesn’t have roaster at all and even guest who is paying for RM190+ only have chicken wing only’ I believe that there is more nicer way to explain this rather than replying with this kind of message. Price negotiation was very poor while requesting for a better deal on the alcohol drinks. There is no further price negotiation if order more. Thursday, 14th September 2017 Discussed with Sasya during her visit with me at Singapore one week before the event that on 1st day to 3rd day will be using 1 flipcharts and the rest would be 6 flipcharts. However, banquet order list was not updated to banquet team as well (see attached commented BOL that I have sent to Nazri on last Friday afternoon). While asking Sasya on Thursday morning, why there is only one flipcharts in the meeting room, she mentioned to me that there will be additional cost and there was only extension cords that being requested and not for the flipcharts. I feel extremely disappointing with her reply as I clearly remember that she even noted it down in her notebook during visit me at Singapore. Friday, 15th September 2017 As we have team building on Friday and afraid that my guests would be sweaty and need to have a good fresh shower before their flight, therefore, I requested for a late check out and I even have pay extra for the late check-out. However, after my guests would like to return their room for change to sport attire, they couldn’t enter into their room due to auto-lock. It is quite shame for event organizer last to know about this incident and my guests need to update their room card-key in their receptionist themselves. I believe that few ways that could avoid for this situation. First, upon check in, receptionist or sales team to update all the card keys to be have late check-out at 6pm under Turck Banner accounts. Otherwise, in case whereby sales team has missed-out to update the receptionist, sales team should inform me in advance for the procedure. I was the emcee of the event and I could announced the necessary information to my guests. But not in a very last minute arrangement like that! At the same time, sales team do have my whatsapp, always know where I am and I have been staying at Pullman since 9th September, I don’t think it’s an excuse that sales team do not have any available time to find me for this matter. At the same time, I also very disappointed and upset towards Sasya’s comment while asking for the banquet replacement staff. Met with Sasya and Nazri and bring up why there is no update on replacement banquet staff since Aizat is on off day. She just simply answered that ‘she even don’t know who is the replacement staff for my meeting room’. It was really shocked, very rude and unprofessional reply that I gotten from her. There is some feedback on the recreational team as well. Recreational team even asked me a question that I really don’t know how to react on it. ‘Madam, how do you want me to arrange the team?’ I have not discussed the detail about the team building before and I give full trust and confidence towards the recreational team. The moment when he asked me this kind of question, I fully stunned but lucky enough that I fast enough to react and manage and arrange the team in fun way. I also received few feedbacks from my guest that most of recreational team has communication barrier - couldn’t communicate in English. At the same time, I suggest that recreational team could prepare small gift for winning teams otherwise announcing the winner without any gifts given is totally useless. Saturday, 16th September 2017 Have requested with the front receptionist that I would like to make payment for the balance at 11am as I need to leave from hotel at 2pm. I was quite surprise that the final invoice was not prepared in advance and there is some technical issue occurred during the day. Another unpleasant experience is that I waited till 3pm (my partner who sent me to airport need to wait for 1 hour) but still, there is no tax invoice issued and I asked to pay RM1,010 for the balance outstanding payment but unable to let me know what I pay for. Tourism tax that was being charged also charged for Malaysian too. I believe that the sales team need to let me in advance if MyKad no. is needed to waive the tourism tax, however, no one informed me that and sales team just simply assumed that all guests are foreigners. I personally think that after I had complained from the first day of the event, sales team should be working on their customer service skills towards guest to better. But I feel that sales team just treat Turck Banner Singapore is a small client and they just totally ignore and don’t care whether this event would be successful or not. All matters aside, we are paying customer and deserve to be treated with some sort of respect. I would understand if I was in any way a disruption to your hotel in the sense of us not paying full balance amount, being overly rude to any of your employees, being loud and disturbing other hotel guests. In facts, I always being friendly and kind to your colleagues and even give them token appreciation before and after the event.

I've booked my room three weeks before my check in date which is on 9/9/17. I arrived at Pullman on at 1230 pm and went to the receptionist to check my room availability. However, they said my spa room its still not ready yet. So I'm continue to have my lunch first. At 2.30 p.m I went back to check in and was given the same answer. They said they will give me a call once its ready. I was waiting at the lobby and until 3.30 pm I did'nt received any call. I went back again to the counter, and the girl at the counter asked if I still didnt received one yet. And she asked her colleague whether she forgot to give me a call. Eventually they forgot to give me a call but give excuses by saying that they try to call me but its unreachable. At the end, I check in at 4pm which two hours late. Overall, the room, food, surrounding is great. Thank you.

Our stay was good as the room was nice and clean. It is the activities that seems lacking : Apart from swimming pool, game room (that had a defected game console) and gym, other facilities were not really suited to an activity filled weekend. The table tennis was out of service, the badminton was more for children. Karaoke came with a separate charge and restaurants were very pricey. Even the gym had equipments that were faulty.
