service is fine (personnel). However, I see that the rooms are getting worn (carpet for example) and not entirely clean.

The cleanliness of the room is very bad, carpets soiled with patches, room stinks on fungus, and lastly shower heads had black fungus on them, it’s a nice property but the room isn’t up to the mark I’ve stayed in jumeirah hotels & nour Arjan( which is also a 4* property) but the room quality is really good I wonder how did the hotel get a 8.4* rating by booking.com, if the manager wants to see the photos we took let me know the email ID, the housekeeping supervisor really needs to be questioned, frankly it’s not up to Accor standards.

The room was very bad and the carpet was unclean. The swimming pool was not suitable for children aged 7,8,9,10 since the depth was more than 1.55 and this was not safe for children. The coffee machine should be developed. Towels must be renewed in bathrooms. I would like more attention

First of all, i would like to say that this is our second visit to Novotel and this time was a huge disappointment for us. The minute we entered the room, we were shocked to encounter the horrible smell that was in the room, the stains all over the carpet, the dirtiness of the bedding sheets and the coffee mugs! We were also shocked that the only thing the hotel provided for us in the bathroom is two shampoos and a small bar of soap! NOTHING ELSE! As well, there is no use of their membership, as their prices are way higher than the other third parties; so were forced to book through a third party to get the room with a lower rate and lost the membership points!!! Nevertheless, the staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was good! However, this would be our last time to stay at Novotel! I'd rather pay extra money, and relax while i am on a holiday! But this time we were so looking forward to leave the hotel ASAP because of the concerns i mentioned above. I hope you take our feedback into consideration as you will lose a lot of customers!

We are currently in dispute with our carpet supplier as we have identified that the anti-stain treatment is faulty. Arranging replacements is taking longer than we had hoped but I can assure you that the carpets have been cleaned thoroughly but regardless of the different products we have used we are unable to remove the stains. Whilst we are pleased that you were satisfied with the friendliness of our team and you enjoyed your breakfast we are extremely sorry for the other elements in your room that are definitely not of the standard we aspire to offer our guests. Your feedback has been shared with our Executive Housekeeper so she can address this with her team to prevent this from happening in the future. I can not apologise enough for your experience and when we have resolved the carpet issue I would like to invite you back to stay with us again so you can experience a true Novotel Fujairah welcome.
