After a long working day they give me a room for the very dirty carpet and the bed had distinct smell I slept because of tiredness and I woke up 3 O'clock a.m. because of the awful smell and I request to be moved to another room . In the other room I took shower and the towel was full of ladies hair!!!???? The worst experience. Even i used to be a guest for Novotel in UAE aswell aboard,

It was a wonderful experience staying at Novotel Fujairah. Breakfast choices were also good. Room was clean once we arrived and during stay also got good response for the services required. Reception staff was nice and courteous during the admission process and offered us to order refreshments from cafe. Also received gifts for our children. Overall it was a best experience staying there and recommended for friends and family.

This is the 2nd time I stay in yoyr hotel, the same problem is the Room Service. The menu is limited and has nothing for kids. The staff do not receive information easly. The order is either incomplete or wrong. The staff do not make things clear to the guests.

overall all the amenities are OK, the front desk guys were very co-operative, the breakfast was fine and the serving team was helpful. I would like to suggest, please, arrange some renovation of beds in the rooms, during my recent stay, I woke up at night b/c of sound coming out of the mattress.
