Wonderful stay at this gem of a hotel. Well managed hotel and a great facility. By far the best overall staff as all the hotel personnel we encountered were very pleasant, professional, and supportive. It started with Muna at the front desk. He was professional, engaging and very helpful. He is a great company rep and his behavior should be emulated by other staff throughout the ACCOR network. The dining experience was great with an excellent variety and attentive servers.

It was a great experience we had when we chose to stay in Novotel. It was my first time to visit Fujairah and I was overwhelmed with the modern facility they have. Also, even though we checked in very late that time, Mr. Syed, the receptionist, gave us a free of charge late checking out until 4 pm. It was an overall awesome experience and we will surely come back to this place.

The reception staff was helpful, and room services were good. The swimming pool was great, but there was one particular employee that wasn't very nice. The other thing I had an issue with is a stale weird smell coming from the room carpet, I wish that was taken care of before we were offered the room. Overall, a pleasant experience that I would recommend.

Novotel Staff was really friendly and helpful. The only and the biggest disappointment was the very poor network/internet connection.

In short the room was lacking of service and maintenance shower head is broken and leaking and wasn't replaced the bathroom glass door doesn't have a stopper it will keep on swinging in and out Privacy glass for the bathroom is not working Drain is clogged Room number 1803 to verify it

My favorite hotel in Fujairah. Quite small but comfortable nice clean and quite rooms. Nice swiming pool on the roof is good for relax after long work day. Good breakfast. I have only problem with WiFi - not so fast and way of log in, when the devices has to login again and again after short time when they are not used.
