a short stay in Novotel until my 1 bedroom apartment in Adagio became available. The staff were extremely helpful, the room was very nice, as was the breakfast.

Switched 2 rooms because of the dirt spots on the carpet, i never saw such red, pink , dirt spots in a hotel floor before.

We are currently in dispute with our carpet supplier as we have identified that the anti-stain treatment is faulty. Arranging replacements is taking longer than we had hoped but I can assure you that the carpets have been cleaned thoroughly but we are unable to remove the stains. Very bad allotment of rooms for a family of 4 , one in 1701 and another in 1529, 180 degree opposite in different floor. The family member is elders and cont speak English and I hv to struggle in moving between rooms. Everytime need to wait for lift for at least 5-10 min. Front office needs more improvement. My last stay in Novotel fujairah

Enormous hotel complex in the Fujairah city-center. Various of shops, restaurants and cafes are close to it. In a few meters you may find a big LULU Mall - great place for shopping, walking and entertainment. The cons is the building-working around the hotel, which influence on a comfortable foot-walking and on a view from windows in several rooms. But it's mainly problem of the city, not of the hotel. Speaking about the rooms necessary to make a focus on not perfect cleaning service. The carpet was extremely dirty and ugly, on my response the personal member told me, that it's hardly possible to do something. During every-day cleaning personal makes it not so responsible. The air in the room was too hard to breath due to impossibility of opening the windows somehow. I suppose that a human need a fresh air despite the fact of existing conditioning system. The restaurant was quite good. Big variety of dishes on breakfast, brunches and dinners. But I need to advise to the future guests not to buy a coffee during the dinners, because the quality of it isn't good enough, but the price is very high. Very nice swimming pool with heating system left only the positive impressions.

Whilst we are pleased you liked the location of the hotel and you enjoyed breakfast and the pool we are sorry for the elements which did not meet your satisfaction. We regret your remarks concerning the carpet, unfortunately we have an issue with the anti-stain treatment and are currently negotiating for replacements. I can assure you that the carpet has been cleaned thoroughly but the stains remain. Opening the windows causing a humidity problem that only creates more of a problem with the carpet so I hope you can understand why we are unable to have them open currently. All feedback is shared with all our teams and our Food & Beverage Manager will look into your comments about the coffee, and finally, as you've mentioned the roadworks being undertaken are nothing to do wit our hotel but will make a marked improvement to the infrastructure of Fujairah when completed and will benefit everyone visiting the city. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused during your stay. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.
