« Good place but very tight in space »

The hotel was clean, and furnishings and facilities were of a good quality, however, no in room dining option, no restaurant / cafe in Ibis, and the rooms were tiny, the double room barely fits one person to move around in it.

Whilst we are pleased you were happy with the cleanliness and facilities at our hotel we are sorry you were unaware that despite the ibis operating on a self-service basis we have listened to our guest feedback and introduced Room Service at ibis Fujairah. You will find the ibis cafe opposite the reception and the restaurant has been recently closed as we are starting work on preparing it for Ramadan but we hope you located City Cafe and Flavours Restaurant in Novotel which is just a short walk along the corridor joining the two hotels. I like when a contract is signed it has to be committed from bad sides and the Hotel didn’t furfill it’s obligation towards me ...the house keeping is a disaster with repeated ameture mistakes and service is falling down

Staff friendly. Hotel clean, functional. Shower excellent!!! Bedlinen great! Location good. Breakfast just ok. Bed beautiful but mattress way too soft. A/C could not put on auto switch off. Curtains great. Peaceful even with featival going on. Had a good night sleep. Thank you

Whilst we are pleased there was so much you enjoyed about your stay, we are sorry for those elements that did not meet your expectations. The ibis 'Sweet' bed was chosen with comfort in mind and is renowned in the hospitality industry for its new sleep technology. It features a mattress that adapts perfectly to the body for deep, restorative sleep, however we appreciate that this is a personal preference and we are sorry you found it too soft. You should be able to switch off the AC so I will ensure our engineering team checks the room to take any remedial action necessary. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We were so delighted and auspiciously satisfied with what Ibis hotel has offered us. It was beyond our expectations! We enjoyed the facilities, activities and entertainment area. We indulged ourselves into the comfiest bed, coziness of the room and the room were so neat and clean. And lastly The staffs were so friendly and approachable esp. Ms. Lala the receptionist she was so attentive and helpful to us. We will surely comeback soon.

Front desk staff are very accommodating and easy to deal with and they are nice. the Hotel room where we stay is clean. the only problem is that they did not provide toothpaste and toothbrush for the guest and slippers. i hope on our next stay we can have these items as a complimentary when we stay to your hotel. At ibis, Fujairah we offer a vanity kit for guests who do not bring their own that contains items that you might expect to find in a luxury brand, including slippers, a dental kit, moisturiser, and much more, all at a very low cost of 10AED. I had connected rooms for my family. One of the rooms AC smelled a bit and another one's AC thermostat was faulty. Thermostat was set for 23 degrees and the room temp was always below 20. i did not complained due to my short visit.
