On the whole I had positive experience, whilst staying at the Ibis. STAFF - generally friendly and helpful COMFORT - good level of comfort, apart from the noise near the lifts. I think this comes from the sport bar. There needs to be more attention from the hotel management and less denial. Does the music really need to be that loud that it can be heard on the 13th floor, especially on some evenings? CLEANLINESS - generally clean, however during the period I stayed fruit flies frequently could be found around the open buffet area, particularly near the salads FOOD - generally of a good quality

STAFF ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND VERY HELPFUL FOR ALL ISSUES. LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS VERY PROMINENT AND CONVENIENT IN FUJAIRAH. ROOMS ARE SUFFICIENTLY FURNISHED FOR BUSINESS BUT MAY NEED MORE AMENITIES FOR FAMILIES. COST OF ROOMS ARE VERY COMPETITIVE.

Modern, clean and well equipped rooms. The room is modern, bed was very comfortable and ensured a good sleep. Gym was also quite good with nice new equipment, very nice pool. Helpful staff with impeccable hospitality skills, nice continental breakfast. The location is very convenient to move around the city. Overall a very nice stay.

We were able to enjoy the pool though we didnt make it to the happyhour since we came in late hope timings can be extended. Overall experience is great.

Quiet,nice and clean all the rooms but the only thing that where not satisfied is the wifi connection is was very slow.

1- Houskeeping I was ask for Iran takes 35 minutes to get it and when was delivered was broken and not working I called again and ask if can replace it takes again 30 minutes and when the house man give it to me I ask him if he test it before he comes .he said no I ask him to wait until I try it and again the 2nd one not working at All I give him the 2 Iran’s and I ask him in please arrange anther one and make sure is working I don’t close the door he use some of bad word in Urdu language when he is moving in hall way and he take again 35 minutes to arrange anther Iran what was in deferent power plug and not working I don’t give to him and say it is fine thank s 2- when we call at help desk they mention the name of the guest but they don’t maintain them name 3- Housekeeping desk when we call they replay through the phone is hallo nothing else 4- the Frant disk. Shaheen he is the best I sow him there 5-breakfast frist day was not good but the 2nd day was great
