We provide basic amenities i.e. combined shampoo and shower gel. By doing this, we can pass on savings to you the customer by offering extremely low deals, with the added benefit at ibis, Fujairah that you get to use the facilities in our 4 star sister hotel - Novotel, which is located in the same building. The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I have often stayed in Ibis hotels globally and this hotel's staff were so attentive to our needs with our infant daughter we could not possibly have asked for more. We have had worse experiences in 5* hotels elsewhere. Very satisfied indeed.

This is my third visit to IBIS Fujairah. Front Office was at it's best - both while checking in and during check-out. My wish-lists were all full-filled. House Keeping should be a bit more alert. Previous guest who stayed in Room 1125 had left the (used) disposable coffee mugs covered after use. House Keeping staff had overlooked this. Hmm.. not a good sight when the next guest tries to make his cuppa..! However, when we requested for extra blankets, it was promptly delivered on time. Continental Breakfast was value for money and good selection. Ample parking and well kept. Will definitely visit again!
