The grounds are beautiful but the interior facilities are worn , weird, dated and quite frankly smelly. While the staff was polite the mostly appeared to be disorganized and disinterested. This was one of the least enjoyable hotel experiences we had in Morocco. Interestingly only to be rivaled (in a bad way) with the Four Seasons in Casa Blanca

In all satisfied, however a few things were not ideal. 1. Noise from outside, garden/back facing room 2. Bathtub plug not functional despite asking for housekeeping to fix it. The maintenance person came to the room, replaced the plug, but it still didn’t work. 3. The breakfast buffet is quite limited for a five star hotel. Positively, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

As the next HOST of the African Games in 2023, staying at the Sofitel Hotel as sort of OFFICIAL HOTEL of the 12th African Games Rabat 2019, gave me a deeper insight of the expectations of the different guests and each was serviced most professionally. The hotel's role in providing a myriad of services for different categories was truly benchmarking. Personally, the added touch by the cleaning rooms personnel including the feel of always checking up, welcoming after hard day's sessions at COJAR and various venues made me feel an extension of the proverbial warmth of the people at the hotel. To this extent, was most appreciative of the efforts made by ZINEB & NAJAT on my floor to virtually make me not miss home much for the three times had been guest at the Sofitel. The ACCOR brand is global and have used their hotels severally, both in Ghana and elsewhere and therefore couldn't escape comparisons but trust me, SOFITEL makes a difference any time.

Wonderful stay of one week with many services performed on an emergency basis. For example, Najat (room service) was able to expedite the pressing of 3 suits same day service; she also sprinkled red rose petals around our room, charming touch. Zineb, controle room (Najat's boss), was also very pleasant and helpful. Adil, the concierge performed a miracle and was able find me 2 pairs of black tuxedo socks on the day of our daughter's wedding and delivered them to our room. Smiling Omar, Fatimazahra, Salaheddine (especially), gracious Hamza (maitre d'), made our breakfast experience each day delightful. I had a nice full body massage. When we return to Rabat, the Sofitel will likely be our choice.

My stay in your hotel this time was completely disappointing cause of your staff and how they treated us all the time , its completely different than the first time , super rude and no smile after they know that we're from qatar airways, they were trying to charge us extra in our bills or and after we ask for something they reply back badly in a rude way , specialy the reception and the staff in the swimming pool area , me and my colleagues we talked about and we compared how we use to be treated in the first 2 months and now how everyone in sofitel hotel they treat us in morocco , completely disappointing

During my check out as cabin crew, the front desk lady has charged me some thing from the bar which I didn’t consume. I explained to her that there is no thing consumed by me, the funny thing that my colleague next to me was doing her check out as well was asked the same question by other receptionist lady, and my colleagues as confirmed that she didn’t touch the bar at all. There answers were may be by mistake. In this case the mistake will not be acceptable when it comes to charging money.

All hotel's staff was been very attentive to all requests. Traditionnal and international food have been very good to eat in this hotel. Living environment is very interesting with pools, night club and golf practice. SPA is very interesting to test also.

Rooms were clean however room service was horrible. I had to call 3 times for coffee, toilet paper and for a bucket with ice. Waited for hours for them to bring it to my room. Had to complain at guest services.

First of all , all the staff are friendly and so sweet nice polite and especially Jamal who is working in the restaurant . He always be there for customers with bright smile . The hotel was very nice! The room was very good! The only thing was the closet door when opened rubbed up against the bottom of the fire sprinkler. I was very afraid of opening this door as I did not want to damage the sprinkler head. The food in the restaurants was very good as well!

The toilets and sink all leaking with water , and on the bed even when I ask the maids to change the bed sheets they lie to me and don't change. Some staff especially females at the reception they need to have more respect towards the customer and well as some professionalism.
