Arrived at night check in didn’t take long, housekeeping opened door without waiting to see if there was anyone in the room. The food was good but at lunch the buffet area was not sufficient for conference attendees. Check out was smooth.

Hello The room was perfect, the hotel is more than woderful, but i had the worst check in ive ever had in 5 stars hotels, first of all nobody wanted to beilive that i have a reservation at the hotel, and they didn't allow my friend to enter with me at the front desk for none reason, the guy on the reception (with glasses) in the night of saturday 30 july wss so unpolite with me, talking in a rude way and in some way he even threat us saying, watch out if u bring friends to your room and others stuffs. Honestly it was a kind of a nightmare because when i think about it back i just find it impossible that we live this in the moment of the check in iin such a beautiful hotel. I am really unsatisfied about that and i found it important that i receieve a nice first contact with the hotel which wasn't the case at all in my last stay. And i will really complain about it, i will for sure ask for the number of customer service as soon as possible. In case i don't receive a mail answering this ! Sincerely

My stay was very nice. The staff is superb, especially the concierge. The food in the breakfast buffet on the first floor is not very well presented. The choices are too few. The WiFi and internet access is unreliable and weak. I hope these can be fixed before my next visit.

« Good Location, staff were pleasant however not what I expected for a 5 star hotel »

I was happy to pay 6000dh a night for a 5 star hotel but I have to say I was disappointed. The service was not 5 stars. Breakfast defiently needs improvement, there were plenty of waiters but no sense of direction for the staff. They were all over he place and no consistency. You had 2 ladies at the door “welcoming” and seating the guests but they were on there phones and chatting and didn’t find that professional considering it was busy. I was dictated as to which table I should sit on and when I said I wanted to sit on my preferred table the lady made me feel it was an inconvenience. The table wasn’t clean, they didn’t set the table properly, no napkins, coffee was wrong. The only thing I would say that is good about this hotel is the location and the swimming pool.

Your staff are very pleasant and professional, I really got impressed by many of your reception and guest relation staff who were very helpful and trying their best to make my stay with family memorable, and very helpful in getting me tickets for Mawazine festival, I am grateful to the services provided by many of your staff Hasna the lady from guest relations who greeted us and escorted my family to the room and was always helpful and I really liked the gesture of asking my family while waiting to complete the check in to have Tea with Sweets; and Hasna in the reception who got me the tickets and helped in chick in and in the check out. And many of the ladies if I recall well Aziza, Hoda who were very helpful in extending my stay for few hours. When I mention names and simple events I wanted to encourage this attitude and thank them for a job well done that left lots of memories in mind about morocco and moroccons and definitely about Sofitel.
