We were upgraded and loved the room. The staff were very accommodating to several special requests. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection of traditional breakfast and Moroccan dishes. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I prefer to stay in an American hotel when I travel but I picked the Sofitel based on Trip Advisor reviews. I wasnt' dissapointed. The staff at your hotel are incredible. First of all, I have to recognize Nawfel at Reception for doing an amazing job of checking me in. He listened to all my requests including an upgraded room and breakfast plan and he just took care of it. I was very pleased with his attention to my needs. The room wasnt ready and he gave me a welcome drink voucher while I waited. I had drinks and dinner every night at the hotel and I have to say the staff are incredible. Look for Ismael in the restaurant. He is how you define the hospitality business. One evening, Kenza the restaurant manager stopped by to say hello. The next morning, I had Driss the front office manager stop by at breakfast to say hello. Although I am recognizing these few people, all in all, the hotel has an amazing staff that defines hospitality. Kudos to the hotel general manager.

The experience was good, i was just disappointed with cleaning inside the room. I’ve stayed there for 2 days, both days I left the sign requesting the room to be cleaned but no one never came, i had to call reception and request again.

The customer service was excellent, especially the front desk, restaurant hostess, and concierge (she worked in the morning). We had two friends visit us at the hotel and particularly appreciate the professional and friendly way they were treated. This is very important to us as we visit Casablanca to see them. We will back visiting Casablanca again and will be staying at the Sofitel.

I filled this form twice but it either keeps on disappearing or pop up again. Will happily do it allover again. Sofitel was awesome. The service and staff were at a different level. In particular Ilham and Nouhaila at the Front Desk were excellent in all respects. We were upgraded to a junior suite without even asking for it. We really appreciated such a gesture. Our room was awesome with a view to the Grande Masjid Hassan ll and the seaview. Particular thanks to Ilham. She's a great asset to Sofitel. Please keep her. Overall I and my wife had a great time at Sofitel and we would stay again whenever in Morocco without any hesitation.

The services provided at the reception and breakfast were amazing. In particular your Guest Experience Manager, Karima IDRISSI was phenomenal! Her hospitality, continuos smile and her attention to the quality of all services provided was exceptional. I even witnessed her interaction with a handicapped child and was so impressed. She was hugging him and carrying him all the way to his seat in the breakfast area and you can clearly see his happiness! Kudos to Karima... Nabil was also very friendly at the front desk and provided all the support needed during my stay. Thank you Nabil!

I checked into the Sofitel hotel on 21Jul, after my first night I had an issue with my bed & the floor I was located. I raised this with Ms. Nouhayla, who calmly explained the nature of the bed and agreed to change my room. She did, giving me a better room, she also followed-up to ensure all was ok, felt really honored, as she was very responsive to my query. I liked my room, spacious, double wash hand basin, big bathroom, nice pillows & bed covers. Another great aspect of this hotel and Accor group, I was given extended checkout time till 17.00hrs, as my flight was 22.35PM. Also, I was informed of my checkout details via WhatsApp, I felt really good.

Good experience with only one comment where I was charged by extra fees ~ 100 USD as I arrived to the hotel 11 AM and they informed me that either I stay till 3 PM normal check in time or I pay this amount - This is the only time I faced this in any of the hotel I visited in my life
