Everybody was super friendly and nice ar the hotel. We had two rooms. One of the rooms was lovely and comfortable. The second room had a funny smell like disinfectant over mildew and the windows were not quite clean. It needed some updating. We also were given only one pair of slippers and one robe for the two of us. We asked for more slippers and they came but we had to ask twice for additional water. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was exquisite.

G. stay, perfect services, healthy and G. breakfast. spa is discret and you can relax. the staf is kind and profesional This Hotel is great. I like the design, the food, the spa. The staf is fast and helpfull. I come back to this hotel. One thing is the taxi service: very bad. he asked first 1000 Dirham and at the airpot we should asked for our money because he said he didn.t have change!! this is very bad for Sofitel. please protect the customers! from this " taxi drivers"

Very nice hotel and spa. Clean facility with courteous staff and great food and services. Sara, Fatima and Maha were wonderful! We felt very welcome and thrilled with the service. The beds were comfortable and the room was quite. The service was outstanding!

My initial stay on 16 and 17 November was good apart from the young receptionist who's attitude was rather negative. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and in good order. There was a plate of welcome pastries on a table in the room. My second stay on 24 November was not quite the same standard. The gentleman at reception was welcoming and efficient. The accommodation was clean and the bed comfortable. However there was no plate of welcoming pastries although my son and daughter-in-law Michael R. and Francine Versalie, were welcomed with pastries. I mentioned this to the young lady receptionist who said she would alert housekeeping. Nothing materialised. A small point to bring to your attention. In addition, the toilet was leaking continually.

I have been staying at the Sofitel Tour Blanche since the opening of the hotel. Excellent service, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, cleanliness have been the main reasons for my staying there. The hotel is now approx a decade old, and although all of the above stated strong points remain valid, I would urge the management to keep a close eye on maintenance... a lick of paint here, a worn carpet there, a squeaky elevator... keep the hotel in top shape, and you will have all the right tools to keep this a top 3 Casablanca hotel in Casablanca.

« Property needed repair in certain areas. Property look nice in some areas but not in others. Did not look like a quality Sofitel property. But the staff was great. »

The staff member who checked us in and out was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. Give her a 5 star. There was also another staff member that went out of her way for us. She was working between the front desk and the restaurant desk.
