Good location and nice rooms, though the shower was terrible

I stayed for 3 days, the location is nice - quiet but close to the metro station. The rooms are nice and clean, but my bathroom shower was very small and short - I am 1.80 tall and had to crouch a bit to take a shower. There's only a small glass wall so a lot of water falls outside of the shower and there's no drain outside of the shower so the only thing you can do is to mop it up with a towel, otherwise there's a big puddle of water around the toilet after every shower. Staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was ok.

Room is big (for Paris) and well situated, but old and with small bed. Has a boiler which limited warm water and pressure low. Corridor was cold and elevator release has a long delay. Staff generally friendly, but does not communicate with each other, as after confirmed late checkout, was called twice on the day that i should check out.

A well positioned Aparthotel, and the apartments were of good size and well equipped. Front of house staff were all very helpful and cheerful. Manuela who met us on arrival was especially helpful.

The location couldn’t have been better. Helpful staff. Easy access as we began each day and returned, we enjoyed getting into the habit of being greeted with Bonjour and saying Bonjour in return. There are 3 Metro stations within short walking distance. Clean room and efficient kitchen. It’s always a bit confusing using unfamiliar items such as the convection oven or the glass stove top controls, the shower controls took a bit of figuring out, and I never really figured out the heated towel bar!

Mrsw Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Clean, well-equipped room with a small kitchen so you can have your own food if you prefer. Friendly staff and excellent location. Room was a bit cold at night but they supplied an extra duvet when asked. Also quite noisy at times above the restaurant below, but for the most part it didn't disturb us. Would stay again!
