the appartment has everything that you need, like a second home. And the guy at the reception was very helpfull when we asked him about the public transportation, plus he speaks english very well!

I have been a long term user of Accord branded hotel, it was my first time in an Adagio Appart Hotel (rated 4 stars in France) and it was the first time too that I was so disappointed in a hotel stay. I was travelling with my wife, my In Laws, my Parents and my twos children of 2 years old and 2 months old. I stayed on the 14th floor (apparently the biggest apartment in the hotel) First point getting in the room, the installation are really aged, bordering on dirty and worn out, carpets are in bad need of a deep cleaning and in the toilets the plinth are cracked and starting to fall apart. The water system is inefficient with either very cold water with lot of debit or very hot water with little to no debit and water pressure, it was really difficult to get in the shower and worst to get the babies to get a bath. The second and worst was the temperature in the room. The hotel was advertised as having an air cooler. Little did i know that it was impossible to switch on on our own. On the first night it was very difficult for the babies and the adults to get some sleep as the room temperature was way too high on the top floor. I complained many times but to no avail as it was a collective air cooler and the management decided that it was not hot enough to switch it on. I send many email to reception and management to to get answered the same. Management offered no solution others than invite us for breakfast for one day which i found quite offensive as i already paid for all the breakfasts for the length of the stay (felt like the manager did not even bother to look at my file before offering us this meagre compensation). Finally the front desk lady as i was leaving and told her that i prepaid for the breakfast offered a rebate on the car park for one car (a total of 45 euros). Just to had to the insult, the offered compensation breakfasts for our family of 6 adults were retailed at 12 euros per person so we were offered 72 euros by management but got a rebate of only 45 euros at the end. In the meantime by speaking with maintenance staff from the hotel on site they told me that they could switch on the cooler by themselves but the manager in his mail told that it was to be done on a certain date by an external company and only if the building's internal temperature was more than 20 degrees. I did not bring a thermometer but i know for a fact that the temperature was way higher than this. All this resulted in a very poor stay as my 2 kids and us could .

I still do not understand how this place got a 4 star rating. I will never again stay in an adagio appart hotel and honestly think very badly of the Accor hotel management system as of now. It was the most disappointing stay i have done in the recent years and the worst value for money too as they charge you the 4 star price with none of the services, cleanliness and welcoming. Of course i took pictures of all that i advance in case you need it if you ever think of investigating further the matter.

Regarding the refreshing of your apartments this mode can not be activated when the night outside temperature is too cool (10 / 18C °), heating being requested on this period. I understand that on one night you want a cooler temperature inside. Since the system went into cold mode to cool the indoor temperature of the apartments. Your return on a border and carpet have been corrected by the maintenance department. My 1st time at an Adagio but will not try it again. I booked a room described as twin or double bed but i indicated 1 person. I was given a twin bed room. I requested to have a double bed or they use one linen to cover the 2. That was refused. Secondly, the window blind was not wide enough to block out light from outside. I complained but was told to manage. I couldn't wait for day break to run out of that jail never to come back

I forgot my coat in the room after the check-out. After calling the hotel 4 times, the answer was that they did not found it. They never called back, and no traces of the coat whatsoever.

It was overall Good. Clean and Tidy. Rooms are good and well maintained. However, the room temperature is not good. Suffered a lot with the Air-Conditioner because of the warm weather in Paris and could not find myself relaxed after reaching home. Hopefully it can be improved. Also noticed that the balcony was not clean enough

Because of aging apartments it’s need a lot of work for refurbishment, the staff at chicken didn’t accept when I told hem that I booked for breakfast for 5 of us, when I told him I have a confirmation that I booked for 5 he keep repeating that he knew his job better than me Later when I showed him the confirmation you asked to send him my confirmation and still need for clarefecation from the manger Be in mind I booked through the hotel website and it seems to have issue, This not the first Adagio apartment I stayed in Paris, however I’m sad to say that was the worse one ever been

« Nice apartment with Tour Eiffel view »

We have stayed in a 6 pers. apartment on the last floor with an amazing view of the Tour Eiffel and skyskrapers in La Defense. The appartment had all the ameneties that we needed, the only problem was the heat in the bedrooms ( in the livingroom it was working very well) and the noise made every time we closed and opened the doors. Great reception and staff, very helpful. Good place to come again.

This was the first time we stayed at an Aparthotel. I will definitely be staying in one again. While the location was great (a bus stop that goes to La Defense was right outside of the hotel), the furnishings could do with a little bit of an update as a number of items were showing wear and tear.

We found this hotel after we had to find a new hotel relatively last minute. The upside to our stay was the welcoming and friendly staff that tried to do anything that was needed to make our stay comfortable. The location was also a positive one as it allowed very easy access to downtown Paris (bus stop to La Defense is right next to hotel). I also liked that I was able to find a room for all five members of our family. The only downside was the age of the furniture and the bathroom fixtures. I think that more could be done to ensure that the furniture could be kept up without spending a lot of money. The shower areas were a little worn as well.

It was not good at all. This is the 4th time I was staying in your hotel but this time I had a very bad experience. 1st: The room temperature controller was not working in my room. I have complained at least 4-5 times but I didn't get any solution and I had to bear the suffocation & humidity in my room for my entire trip. 2nd: Few lights were not working which got fixed later on but initially it was not working. 3rd: I have been confirmed at the time of check-in about the breakfast and I have been communicated that breakfast is a part of my package, however the hotel has changed the separate cost for breakfast.

The room was not up to expectations. The non-smoking room had a strong cigarette smell, with traces of fallen ashes on the carpet (burnt); the carpet was full of stains and should have been replaced long ago. Numerous mould traces around the bad, ...

1. the room was very smelly of of some fishy cooking. Exhaust was not working, when i complained, the reception said nothing they can do. I opened the window due to smell, and that was too noisy, and could not sleep at all. next night also the smell was there, as well, and the exhaust was not working. though it was promised, it will be repaired on the second day.

« We asked for twin bed and they gave us double bed »

I have paid 175 the reception told me we did not receive it and my bank confirmed that Adagio holding this amount so they force me to pay again now my bank statement shows there is an extra amonut of 175 euro paid to you . Bad experience

Regarding the payment of 175€, as we explained you a pre-authorization of 175€ has been made before your arrival. This amount was blocked in your account by your bank, but in no case this amount was withdrawn. Your bank will release these 175€ usually after 8 days. In no case the payment has been taken before your arrival, that is why we requested the payment when you checked in. If ever this payment has really been taken twice, please send me a copy of your bank statement so that we can check with our bank what happened. For the twin beds request, this information had not been given to us through the booking system. When you informed us about this request, we arranged a solution in a bigger apartment so that you coud get two beds from the first night. I am sorry you were eventually not happy with it, as you seemed satisfied with the solution proposed at that time.
