It was good. In my opinion the price is matching the quality. A few power outlets did not work (bathroom and bedroom). Additionally, it is unfortunate, that you do not have many outlets. Also, there was a smell if curry in the room...but I am assuming it is almost impossible to get rude off...and since it is apart hotel you cannot stop people from cooking certain things

bathroom could be better, it gets all wet during a shower. also the towels weren't good at all, really old and thin. room service used to give me only 1 towel per week in an apartment for 3 people. balcony has never been cleaned during my stay.

The apartment needs maintenance, especially the balcony as it is full of rust and we could not use it, pillows were missing from our apartment and in spite of requesting it many times through our stay they never provided it, I assumed that an Accor hotel will have better service.

Facilities and location good. Very slow check in on Sunday. I had to wait 40 minutes before I could check in. Door code and mid week wifi code change inconvenient. Should take a leaf out of citizen m with ipad check in.

My family was very happy with our stay at Adagio La Défense Le Parc. It was clean and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. Just a few minutes away from the Metro, lots of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Staff were polite and helpful. Thank you Adagio.

« not satisfied as the condition of the room was not good »

- Air conditioning wasn't effective in room no 214, had to struggle overnight. - Cleaning done on my first week was not upto to mark. no consumable like dish wash bars were replishnished. - check out procedure is pathetic as I was asked to clear trash bin before leaving, whereas house keeping usually do that during cleaning. - My last stay with Adagio Kleber was far better than Le Parc.

The airconditioning unit has been checked in your apartment, and is working well (blowing temperature: 10°C). Of course, an air conditioning unit can't work properly if you leave the windows opened in the apartment. Our reception is available 24/7 so do not hesitate to contact one of the team member during your stay. What s Bad High Cost of apartment. Unnecessary advance blocking for 250 EUR (which is still not returned to us by the bank) Self cleaning of Kitchen and self disposal of waste ( why charging us 188 EUR if we have to do everything on our own) What was good - Good Customer Service. It was a 2 month long business visit for me. Aparthotel will be the favourite henceforth. I hace friends who stayed in nearby lodges and we could safely conclude that Dadagio le parc was the best overall. They have a functional pleasing layout with good privacy and a sensitive helpful staff. I would always go back there.

« Not satisfied with garbage management »

We were highly dissatisfied as our check in was delayed by 3hrs which had forced us to stroll after long international flight. Once we have received our room floor was totally wet. We had reported it but staff said it will dry in 2hr. which again was very annoying. Later we found that there is very few cooking utensils are there in the room when we have reported staff said we have to report this to hotel manager but we didn't get required utensils. To keep bathroom basin platform clean we have requested for tissue paper pack but staff said we are providing only 1 pack at the time of arrival irrespective of the duration of stay. I am not sure what is the benefit of staying there if we have to buy all cleaning stuff & do cleaning on our own. Staff were also not ready to provide dishwasher soap. Whether guest has expected to wash the utensils manually. It was pretty annoying as I was on business trip & I had to do struggle for all these work. My suggestion is you should keep disinfectant liquid in the toilet so that guests can clean to maintain hygiene. Infact one small wiper will be helpful to wipe the excess water on basin slab in the bathroom.

« My experience was bad. Reception desk hardly responded to any questions. Cleaning not done timely. »

I did not have a nice experience. Reception people, except for Cedric, should be more attentive. We are not staying for free. Every time I had a question, I was asked to come down from my room. Even for very trivial things like 'what is the new password for wifi?'. Also, it does not cost anything to smile and greet the guest.
