The check in was ok the gentleman even told me he was providing access to the spa so I could enjoy what i mentioned to him i liked most from my last visit. The access to the spa never worked i went straight ahead and the spa door never opened with my room key card. At the room there were 2 beds, pne of it smelled really bad like baby vomit i needed to swap beds to be able to sleep.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, which isn't bad in itself, but it should probably be reflected on the rate. The breakfast has decreased in quality and diversity. Despite being a gold member, I wasn't offered any complementary services/products.

It’s a beautiful and a lovely hotel. However, the hotel is gradually facing wear and tear, especially the following: the wooden bed head rest where light is, the curtain rail, the wall lamp holder. Check room 201.

Bathroom not clean (fungus in the shower), no paper towels, no vanity kit, bed sheets not ironed, but most disappointed was that the room service is not available 24 hours..... at 2.30am we had to get dressed and walk to get something to eat or drink, the food trucks in front of the hotel were excellent solution for a quick bite. The mini bar in the room was empty except a complimentary large bottle of water. Is been our 3rd year staying in the hotel and for sure the last. Hope this help improve your service.

It was great there are a lot of activities. But there are a few thigns that dont make it wow. The pool was a bit dirty it seems the filters were not working. They charge you the rackets t play tennis or paddle and you have to go ask dont know where the ponpong ball is either. The rooms firegde did not work. Other then that it was great
