I got room for disable/senior with emergency string and handrail by the frush in bathroom. The bedroom decoration is not the same as it is in standard room. This is not ok for vacation.

« Below my expectations »

This was my first family trip after joining the member, but I didn’t feel and treat any different like the ordinary guess booked through the Internet portal. Not even a simple welcome greeting for my first stay. I booked 3 rooms for 4 nights.

Perfect location in the centre of Kowloon. Staff were always helpful and curteous. Happy Hour was fun int he bar. Room was always lloked after with great care. Can't fault the hotel and look forward to a return visit.

« Petty Good Stay »

Stayed 5 nights at the Novotel which we found very enjoyable. The rooms are clean and a good size with good amenities, it is well located and close to public transport . The staff are professional but apart from the reception staff we found them not over friendly or smiling which we are used to with Accor hotels but in their defence we had just come off a river cruise where nothing was to much for all of the staff . The breakfast was very good with a good range of hot and cold dishes and Asian and Western cuisine. We would still recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again if back in Hong Kong

Good location, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. I am extremely satisfied with the services that the staff provided. I took a hotel bus from the airport and once the hotel staff sees the bus, they came over to help me with the luggage. I arrived at about 7:30am due to my early and long flight. The hotel staff is able to get a room for me by 11am so that I can shower and rest. Really appreciate their extra help on this. The only thing I did not like is the bathtub is raised higher than the floor so every time, you step out of the shower, you feel like you are going to fall.

« Convenient and Helpful »

We have stayed in this hotel on many occasions. Service is courteous, location is excellent. However, as an Accor member, we don't receive priority attention at the check-in and check-out counter as advertised. We queue up at the Accor counter, only to find the normal queue gets attended to faster than the Accor member queue.

Staff are extremely helpful, friendly and courteous and go out of their way to ensure the guests are happy. Well equipped hotel in a great location, close to markets, MTR and airport bus stop. Represents great value for money.

The staff are wonderful, the breakfast was your standard Novotel fare as it is everywhere, and you are smack bang in the middle of the Jordan District of Kowloon. Temple night markets are a stones through away, and a short work from the MTR.

Dennis and yoko were fantastic: anticipating my needs, taking initiatives, etc etc And my meeting went ok : I had book the room at then executive floor. But overall, Novotel is medium quality: carpets are old and semi clean, concierge has never visited Hong Kong apparently and everything is small : lobby, lifts, room...

My stay at Novotel was amazing. The hotel is very close to jordan mtr station which makes it convenient to travel anywhere. The breakfast spread was very good. We were vegetarians so we ate much of cakes croissants etc but the vegetable curry they made had amazing amazing taste. so yum. coffee was awesome and so were waffles and pancakes. Rooms were spotless and of adequate size. they provided us with shampoo and body wash only no lotions or conditioner (the only slight glitch). otherwise everything was great. will definitely recommend and stay again.

Perhaps it was due to just 1 night, but this trip I was not accorded my Le Club welcome. There was no fruit basket. Nor discounts given for my car booking (airport to hotel), drinks at the bar etc.

« big bold step for the environment with the drinking quality tap water! »

Thank you for a pleasant stay. My family and I were guaranteed connecting rooms for 8 nights upon booking by a very efficient reservations team who replied promptly to my e-mails compared to the other hotels who I tried to contact. Staff service, was excellent from the moment the smiling concierge assisted with our luggage( all 5 big pieces), to the front desk officers who tried hard to help us make our usb's work at the lobby computers. We would like to express our gratitude as well to the house keeping team for consistently bring us ice for the ice bags of my sick daughter. We would like to mention the professionalism and efficiency of the breakfast buffet staff in spite of the Easter weekend. Lastly, to Ms. Pae and Ms. Serena for just making sure we were ok every morning and just making us feel the warm welcome of a Novotel experience. We would just like to request the cleaning of the toilet air vents as the dust was visible and was making my daughter's allergy act up. Overall, we are proud l to be part of the conservation effort of Novotel which provides drinking quality tap water for all guests, especially for those with children. Doing away with the unnecessary use and expense of buying plastic bottled water. The instruction cards for towel and sheets replacement are also appreciated. These simple measures are practical, convenient and very considerate of the hotel to ensure the comfort and safety of guests while keeping sustainability in mind .It is definitely a reflection of a business with a social conscience. Congratulations on a bold and resonating step at environmental conservation.
