I have stayed in many hotels around the world and not one of them have provided the welcome we received and the friendly staff that go beyond the call of duty that made our stay so memerable as the The Adelaide Rockford Hotel has provided. Their thoughtfulness and generosity simply amazed us.

I rang 3 times about my booking before arriving about different things. Not once was i informed about the renovations yet I was charged to have a parking space. Also we arrived late on the Friday night to see this reno around our view. We weren't able to use the pool. The pool was one of the reasons i picked the hotel. It looked amazing. It would have been nice as a accor member to get a upgrade to a spa or something. It was a shame.

Totally satisfied although you could have breakfast plates heated as the food got cold quite quickly. Cannot praise your staff enough as they were all a pleasure to deal with.

They gave me a fantastic price with a beautiful room. The food at the restaurant was the best food I had in Adelaide in my 5 day stay! Pork ribeye is a must have. I have told multiple people to stay here next time in Adelaide. Lovely staff as well, always doing their best to help you and be friendly.

This was my 8th stay in 12 months, the staff VEE and HATCH, could not be more friendlie, welcoming n genuinely happy to see me, when booking my second stay, i requested the room i had on my first stay, a car park and 12 noon checkout, this was put into the computer, and i was given all 3 requests, for every stay. Hiw could i not be happy with this service

Great hotel with spacious rooms and great customer service. Would highly recommend this facility. Beds are the comfiest I have slept in for many a while. Staff greet their accor members by name and are only too happy to assist wherever possible.

Great Location, great service and easy access. The rooms are spacious and the beds are possibly the comfiest of any hotel I have stayed in years. For a CBD hotel, the street noise was virtually non existent. Friendly helpful staff. This hotel ticks all the boxes. Although they are currently undergoing renovations to the exterior of the hotel, do not let this deter you as it does not disrupt the guests. My only dislike is that it does not have a gym.

Service at the reception was good, room was clean, linen/bath/bed were clean. WiFi worked very well. Room facilities were as expected. Bath door was not a fitting door, had gaps and no locking mechanism. The wardrobe door was also not closing properly. Was not notified while booking that there was construction happening at the site. Though it did not affect us.
