« A very friendly, welcoming place. »

By the time I got to the hotel from the train station, I was a bit frazzled, but the friendly welcome and check in eased a lot of my frustrations. The room I was allocated was a typical, basic, clean Ibis room.I found the bed comfortable to sleep on, the shower was hot and powerful, and the cubicle a reasonable size. It was a very busy hotel which amazed me due to its distance from the centre of Plzen. Breakfasts were busy and there was a good and varied selection to choose from. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and it seemed they were training new staff members. The only names I can recall were Veronika (?), Eva, Jan (?) and Teresa, thank you all for an enjoyable stay!

Always enjoy staying with your hotel. Asked for my favorite room 510 on the email and reception confirmed right away, Check in girl was nice with ski dress and had good chat about ski. I have asked for extra welcome drink vouchers and they gave to me with smile. This show how flexible they treat their royal customers at this hotel. I returned the unused voucher back to front desk when I checked out. Thank you very much. They also try to allocate my customer room to bigger room however it was not available. But they always do their best. Hotel seems to be very busy with the tour customers than before but they manage to differentiate between royal customers and others. During the breakfast, We always asked for the Late Coffee or special made sunny up eggs. I appreciate your service and I will be back and also recommend our customers to stay here as well.

The stay was good overall, the rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good. The only negative thing was that I was somehow automatically enrolled in "Accor Le Club" membership, which I didn't want.

I was expecting a few more amenities (iron, tissues) and the room was very small. Mattress was thin. Hotel was clean, staff was polite, but the hotel does not offer anything other than absolutely necessary.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel very clean and tidy. Well situated for major routes and bus route into town. Room was clean , good shower and a very comfortable bed and was quiet. Really enjoted the stay.

First : great staff - either on check-in / check-out, in the bar, and also on breakfast service - at 2nd morning I received freshly prepared mixed eggs with bacon and a cup of cappucino, directly from manager, very friendly person - same as all others staff I met there. Second : this IBIS is even better then those I am staying while being in Germany. Clean and silent room, good room service, temperature and air condition exactly as it shall be. Comfortable bed, slept very good. Third: perfect location for business trip, it is industrial zone, close to my business - walking distance. And very good bus connection to city center, bus stop is exactly on front of the hotel. Next time in Pilsen ... it will be again this IBIS.

We stay at Ibis Plzen every year in December as its location with plenty of parking suits us. The bathroom extraction is though poor and should be improved. With best wishes in 2018
