Mediocre. Maintenance of waste water plumbing unsatisfactory in spite of complaint of sewage smell in corridor on the first day of our stay nothing done for duration of stay.

I stay most of the time in Ibis old town Prague. Pilsenn Ibis is far better which is surprising.

The hotel was comfrotable enough and well located for where I was going to work the next day. We arrived quite late at 2230 and were hungry. The restuarant was closed at that time, but they were able to provide a panini for us to eat, but it would have been nice to have slightly more choice.

The staff was wonderful, extremely helpful and attentive. It was one of our best stays at any Ibis. The only drawback is that at this hotel the price shown at booking is not the price charged, because it does not include the tax, which amounted to at least additional 10€.

Fantastic hotel with testy breakfast and dinner. The room was very nice, big and clean. The hotel is outside the city center but the oposite there is a bus stop which goes direct to the center.

Good service, nice, helpful people. Good breakfast. Not especially good dinners. The lack of variation in courses and ingredients, especially when it comes to vegetabels and salads is unsatisfying.

The facility is relatively new and is clean. The rooms are as expected however felt the bed was not comfortable and the shower pressure was sub-optimal.

« Very pleasant, a far cry from ibis hotels twenty years ago »

It has been many years since I stayed at an ibis hotel so was pleasantly surprised with the ibis at PLzen. A very warm welcome awaited, quick efficient srevice at the check-in desk and off to my room in under 10 minutes. Due to being an Le Club Accor Htels card holder I received a 5% discount from the room fee, discount is always welcome. My travelling companions had the same experience albeit at the time they were not Le Club Accor card holders. Dining at the Accor groups hotels years ago used to be very poor, I was pleasantly surprised to say that it was almost perfect. It never say anything was perfect as we all hve room for improvement in our lives and the services we may have to offer. I ordered a steak which was cooked exactly as I had asked for it and it tasted very good indeed. The room was light and airy, the bed comfortable and the en-suite the best I have seen for a long time in any hotel. I thoroughy enjoyed my stay in the ibis Plzen and if ever I am back in the Plzen area will be sure to book into this hotel.

We enjoyed the room. The bed was comfy. The breakfast had many choices. However, the TV would start in the middle of the night without us using the remote. This happened at least 4 times. Because we booked online with Expedia we weren't able to add our accord points card at the front desk :( Thanks
