Nice balance of good service, delicious food and arabic charm. the beach and sea is not perfect, but good enough for this region. we got half day excursion, thanks to concierge, he could find the russian speaking guide. We tested the food - beach bar is fine, lebanese restaurant is perfect, seafood restaurant is fine too, but only if you ask directly the chef to cook for you instead of using the menu. Only one disadvantage - expensive meal, we spent the similar amount as for the room.

Check in and check out was pretty fast. The room has a marvelous view. The kid club is amazing with so various toys and activities. The swimming pool and the beach was well-maintained and clean. The guards are doing good job. Everyone is smiling and helping. The breakfast is the best with various dishes and the service is amazing. The Saraya staff went beyond expectation and gave my daughter a gift which really was appreciated. All in all, one day is not enough and planning to have couple of days in the next visit.

My first stay at Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa sea & spa was very good is some parts, but with some comments on others, for example I enjoyed the Club Millesime/Executive Lounge very much, it was the best thing I saw during my stay, very professional staff (Clariss, Shien, Jessa), they did great efforts to make my stay something unique and unforgettable, while I faced a very bad experience with the smell of the corridor where my room 1507 was located, really it was unbearable, also the experience with my room toilets was not good as there was no water supply for washing,

Everything in this resort is excellent and everyone wrlcomes you sincerely. The kid club is amazing....the kids pool is fun....the pool and the beach are well maintained.....the view from the room is marvellous...the buffet is one of a kind....so many dishes and all cooked ery well..... check-in and check-out is speedy....When I come, they said that I have been selected as guest of the day....They make our stay memorable. If I come to Bahrain again for leisure....then this is my first choice. and the room fee is unbelievable. with only 60 BD,,you enjoy the whole resort with a breakfast.

The location of the hotel is excellent since near the beach and the service is also excellent. But the food in Saray Rest. was not nice at all, we are a group for more than 90 person, more than half of us are children since the event is family event for our bank, nothing at the dinner for kids. Most of the foods specially the main course is for adult. we face difficulty to convince our children to eat at least it should be some mini burger or nuggets. I thing it should be more arrangement and communication between the reservation and the restaurant to avoid in the future this type of mistake.

Great beach, pool, restaurants, and other amenities, all at a very good price relative to comparable options in downtown Manama (Ritz, Jumeirah, etc.) This is the only hotel I'm planning on staying at from now on when I go to Bahrain. Extremely attentive service too.

Always an enjoyable stay at Sofitel Bahrain, friendly staff across the hotel. Beach & Pool bar staff were very occupied it took them more than few minutes to bring our drinks , but that wasn't an issue because of their professionalism & friendliness.

My family and I love Sofitel. We had an amazing time at the pools and the sea. The hotel is opening their refurbished kids club which looked amazing. Pool bar is an awesome place to chill with your friends the but pool staff Need to have more attention to the guest, any order even if it’s water it’s will take long time unless Mahdi is there to guide them ) . We loved it since it was an amazing experience with great vibes. The food is as good as it has always been. Sofitel has kept its high standards since it opened in Bahrain and is continuing to always make it better. Will definitely go back soon.
