« Accommodations good, location good, food terrible »

Room, staff, building, and location are all great. The hotel based food is terrible. Specifically the breakfast that is served. I have stayed many times and everytime the food is COLD. If the food was kept cold the breakfast would be good. There is no way that food kept at these low temperatures is safe. Please fix this critical isssue or I will stay staying somewhere else.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and will continue to do so in the future. For business trips to Dongguan it is perfect and the buffet breakfast is excellent.

« Good but could be better »

I think the hotel has potential but is getting a bit dated and might need some extra care. The biggest improvement needed in my opinion is on the breakfast side. I remember years ago being better and having more selections. Now is definitely not at par with other hotels of the same category in China.

The hotel is great. Great facilities, service. Sometimes, when some events going on, it is a bit loud. :) Great restaurants, nice area. Close to Qifeng park and the metro.

Was nice but I wish you would not stand still but improve on a lot of Things. Food, coffee, toilet paper, restaurants. Beds are nice but beginning to be boat shaped if you know what I mean.

Positive : Overall the experience was ok... the room was nice, clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Negative: Both nights I came in to the hotel my key card did NOT work. It wasn’t till after the second time the guy at the front desk said don’t have the card by your cell phone. This info would have be nice to know after the long walk from my room to the front desk. Secondly not being informed about the extra charge for breakfast after I had already started eating would have been nice or even been told what the conditions were for the breakfast. The food overall was ok

« Utterly lost in Futien. »

My company had given the Pullman DG the incorrect information for pickup. Futien Port rather than the Futien Train Station. I had decided to try the train station and the new high speed train. When the car did not arrive I called the Pullman and because of the car license plate number could not come to the train station. I was provided the address in Chinese to give to a taxi driver, found my way to the port and then the hotel was able to speak to a local traffic officer and coordinate where to pick me up. I arrived at my hotel later than expected, but that was ok. Just glad to make it and thanks to your helpful staff!!!!

Great Hotel but the beds are hard. Typically Chinese and too hard for westerners. Even after asking for a double topper I still wake stiff and sore. I had been staying in the Sheraton and HJ International and they have great beds. You should try them. The only other issues is that I wanted to extend my stay and the front desk is really not helpful and all they can advise is go away and book it on the internet. A total pain! Why on earth do you not just extend at the rate customers have been paying? This is simply not serving your customer.
