« My stay at the Pullman Forum was nice »

The breakfast buffet was nice however I did not think the Italian restaurant was good - Mostly everything was clean but on my second week there I had to change rooms and there was a lot of mold in the shower - All the staff are super nice - Laundry service is great - The gym is pretty good too - a little small but they have everything you need to work out - get there early if you don't like crowds -

The hotel is a very understated hotel for China. The service is fantastic and the location is amazing. It backs up against a hillside that is a beatiful park! Hard to believe you are in the middle of a busy city. The service is fabulous.

Disappointed that the Athena Foot Massage centre no longer offers Chinese whole body massage dispite it still being listed on the brochure. Used this service many times before and been extremely satisfied. Helps greatly after long haul flights and the stress of travelling. The Spa is very expensive and the massage generally not as good.

Room, staff, building, and location are all great. The hotel based food is terrible. Specifically the breakfast that is served. I have stayed many times and everytime the food is COLD. If the food was kept cold the breakfast would be good. There is no way that food kept at these low temperatures is safe. Please fix this critical isssue or I will stay staying somewhere else.

I think the hotel has potential but is getting a bit dated and might need some extra care. The biggest improvement needed in my opinion is on the breakfast side. I remember years ago being better and having more selections. Now is definitely not at par with other hotels of the same category in China.

Was nice but I wish you would not stand still but improve on a lot of Things. Food, coffee, toilet paper, restaurants. Beds are nice but beginning to be boat shaped if you know what I mean.
