Breakfast is good, room is ok, bathroom is too small, no iron service at room, no cab service till ofc, bathroom was too stinky when we open any water tap may be because of leakage in water pipes or water itself was dirty.

Hi am very disappointed and next time onwards I would defineitly not prefer to stay in IBIS. There were no towels or toiletries in the room, I had to clean my face with water and wipe with tissue paper, as even after making 3 calls, the towel came after one hour. Food was also not great experience....as the chapati's came after almost half an hour, I could see many guests walk from their tables...the ladies are good to chit chat, but they should also serve the main purpose with much responsibility.

Stay and the services are awesome.

It was really Awesome experience. Liked the Buffet Breakfast with so many varities. Enjoyed gymming and Pool also playing table tennis. The staff is so nice and well mannered here. Loved the atmosphere and also who would forget that complimentary Drinks treet at Novotel. All in all its stand up to the price.

Location and service is good. Only improvement feel is there should be some visible sign outside property, as there are few trees which hide enterence gate and guest may miss the enterence gate. Hence see if you can put some sign board near enterence which can visible from service road.
