Room is Good, Food is Good but my double transaction is still not resolved. Mahzarine Baria has confirmed that she will resolve the issue but still my amount of 1049/- is not credited. Due to your person lack of knowledge on Swipe Machine why should i suffer in loosing money. Still based on your assurance again morning i paid the money. Which supposed to do the void. Totally dissatisfied.

Excellent. We had pizza, rice , mutter paneer. Pizza was good. But rice and mutter paneer could have been better.

It was quite a good experience and the facilities and security system even to enter the lift is good, however hand towel wasn't available for me for 3 days even after I requested for it and the Laundry charges are way too high

While check out I have paid my due amount through my card but that person told some error , so I have again paid through cash. I was in hurry my cab already came for my pick up then also that person made me wait for so long. So rushed in to cab after paying cash . But once my cab moved I was checking my messages amount got deducted from my card as well n I paid through cash as well. Double payment I did. But there is no information from hotel staff. How can you do this kind of cheating? Mine is small amount that’s the reason I didn’t reacted but if it is big amount then also you will cheat customers like this only ? Very disappointing.

I've been continuously staying in ibis omr each n every month... Over all the stay is good.. But there are few things that can be improvised..cleanliness in desk,washrooms Ac temperature sometimes are not OK and TV remote was not working in last stay..these are the few things that made me uncomfortable

Our stay at IBIS chennai was truly amazing right from the moment we entered the hotel the staff are extremely friendly and supportive. Ambience is one remarkable feature. The differentiating factor for IBIS from the rest is the Cricket pitch, football,indoor table tennis,chess,checkers which my son explored all three in a day. Wet love to come back to IBIS and would strongly recommend to everyone.

Breakfast menu was excellent and everyone enjoyed it. area of improvement - had to ask the reception for refreshing kits which is not been filled in the room.
