The property is well located and has a friendly front desk. Housekeeping though, needs improvement. I opted for a non smoking room but the sheets smelled of cigarettes.. dining was something forgettable and needs a thorough revamp . Even a simple masala tea tasted bland. Food is amping the worst I have encountered in hotels.

Overall just about Ok. I had to follow up on many things though and it was quite irritating. I had taken the extra benefits package and I wasn't walked through what all I will be getting. And what I was promised was not coming in regularly. I had to follow up thrice with different people and finally the 4th time, it started happening. Given that it was a longer stay with an infant, it was even more crucial for the staff to have explained what was part of the inclusion. Staff were mostly helpful.

Not a good experience , When I booked the occupency person changed _ Booked with Bfast and the same was not reflecting. Shower room is too small. Over all bad experience
