It was excellent stay. Only thing is that ibis charged me for room rent even though it was paid by my company in advance against the RBI rules. Ibis has now confirmed that the wrongly charged amount of Rs 15753/ has been refunded into my account but it has not reached so far. You may hasten up.

Hi, The stay at IBIS was really comfortable. The rooms are tastefully decorated and have a warm ambience. The Customer Relations team is really adept. Experience was quite good. The reception desk staff can be trained to work faster, time taken to check in is quite high. Not really value for money, found it quite expensive just for a night's stay.

I moved in to IBIS Chennai OMR for 3 weeks. I was with my 18 month old son and my wife. We had a few issues in the first few days but the staff made up for all that with their helpful nature and attention to details and at the end of the stay we really felt sad that we were leaving the hotel. We were made to feel like home and thats a feeling that no other hotel has ever given me. Thank you IBIS Chennai OMR and keep up the IBISISM!!

I'm expecting bit attention in room maintenance. I had faced issue with window curtain..., I have been stayed 5 nights, that issue not get resolved upto my check out, like this silly mistakes will impact and give wrong impression on ur hospitality. I have been there earlier too, this is the first time I had faced. So please take a close monitoring on house keeping.
