1) F&B was excellent. The team was attentive and proactive 2) HK services were Good 3) Had problem with Air Conditioning, which took 3 days to fix...An unsatisfactory experience.. 4) Check-in / Check-out was smooth. But connecting to front desk was a tedious task, as I suppose was manned by trainees and they did not know what or how to respond to my requests.

Overall experience - Satisfied Area of improvement: 1. Some one should check if there is foul smell in the room. For ex room 1019 had bad smell. I changed to a different room. I am a little bit worried as this is the 2nd time I got smelly room. Some one should do a audit of the facility condition. 2. Sometimes the staff at the Spiceit restaurant forget to glance at the hall to see if someone is trying to catch their attention. Audible call to the staff does not go very well with the status of Ibis. (Well trained staff have a knack of anticipating the guest's needs / requests)

Our hotel rooms and bathrooms are designed after extensive market research to make optimum utilization of space and resources. We are very well known for our excellent value for money. However we also have upscale brands like Novotel in same premises which you may consider to experience the finest hospitality and luxury in Chennai.
