Mostly because of the service received in the hotel and by Mr. Neeraj F & B staff at Novotel coffee shop. Because he made our dinner experience just lovely. He has exceptional service skills and is a good human being. Very satisfied however our other stays in IBIS Thailand namely Phuket and Bangkok especially Bangkok was pathetic.

« Not happy with the package without breakfast »

Deloitte corporate package does not have breakfast included. This is not expected. Also the room rent was charged in advance. In all my stays at different hotels this is the first time my credit card was charged on check in. Rooms do not have a iron so have to press clothes in the corridor. Felt like I was back in college. Overall not a great experience.

It was a pleasant Stay. The Staffs & Service provided was truly highly commendable. From Raghul & Neha at Reception to Zenith & Suraj whom was Welcoming and potraying hospitality at their best by going extra mile to make Me and my Wife feel SPECIAL staying at Ibis Chennai OMR since it was out 10th Wedding Anniversary Holiday. Restaurant Manager Suresh and his Team made Me and my Wife feel so comfortable while dining for Dinner & Breakfast that it felt so much like HOME. One of the Team Member, K. deserved credit for his company as he chatted with us and served us well. Reema also was polite serving us. The Maintenance Team of Gokul and his colleague did a good job rectifying the TV problem in our Room. Overall it was a great stay for both Me and my Wife and the Hotel Staff did a fantastic job and they all deserved a pat on their backs.

I had business in Panaiyur Chennai and I am extremely pleased to have chosen IBIS Chennai OMR for an overnight stay. I notice that IBIS is consistent in maintaining its standards within the three star range. Cleanliness and service is their forte. In the case of IBIS along OMR, the building stands tall, at least 400 meters away from the busy main road ( OMR ). The driveway to the hotel is clean and well kept. I will not hesitate to re-book if I have an appointment anywhere in the vicinity, It may not be the best location for some one wanting to do business in the heart of the city.

Stay was comfortable. I want to give feedback on room bathroom size. It is too small. As compared to other hotel (In same segment of hotel) bathroom size is bigger then IBIS.
