I was provided with good hospitality. Had a calm and plesant time. Food items were good and tasty. Service focus is too good to see from all the staffs. People should have manners- if a person is not opening the door then he should have to come after or he should have to wait until the persons comes out of the room ... but the person who came to provide water bottle rang the bell twice and entered directly without my permisson....as I was in bathroom. So this should have to be escalated....

It was excellent. But on the feedback side, I would like to mention that It was a business trip and initially booking was done by Amex of one of my colleagues. but he couldn't accompany the trip. While checked in it was being mentioned that final payment couldn't be made thru Amex unless physical card was displayed. Later I got to know from other receptionist that with approval from the card owner(i.e. approval form signed by the owner) along with card details & owner's ID, payment can be made even if physical card not displayed during check out. I felt there was a gap of communication between the staffs regarding hotel protocols due to this I was in distress for a moment how to make the final payment. anyway when I received the information it was late to arrange owner's approval and hence paid out from my own credit card. Apart from the above, I find it very comfortable along with all other services.

1. At the same or lesser price other chains are offering Airport and Office pick& Drop facility inclusive of fare 2. The loby and lift is not ventilated at all 3. There is suffocation in the room at entry as the AC turns of completely when its locked.
