« Absolutely, outstanding customer service. »

Each and every staffs were kind and lovely, this includes restaurant, front desk and room service, ect.. From the managers to the normal staffs, all provided fantastic customer services. I requested for checking out time to be extended until 6pm. First, they gave me 4pm, but then, later one of your shift managers extended it until 6pm. This was the best part and I and my mother felt extermly satisfied. My mother loves your cappuccino ( may be because your colleagues adds a pinch of love for the stayers). I actually Live in London and I felt the same abroad feeling in the hotel. All of them were caring a beautiful smile in their face which made my days of the stay (no one carried a fake smile). One thing I have to mention here is that you give free water bottles which not many star hotels do! When I said I like English breakfast, the IBIS chef prepared it for me, and also, restaurant people arranged me breakfast at Novotel. As I told I love Greek yogurt, the Novotel colleague gave me two more Greek yogurt and asked me to take it as a compliment. Small Small things you did, left me with pleasure and filled with gratitude. Everyone at the hotel accepted our suggestions and we feel grateful for that. I could not even leave the room, We got so boned to it. One last suggestion I will give you is, kindly, consider about the price per room per night. However, its worth for money, there is no regrets at all. Definitely, just to enjoy this experience again, I will stay there once more. Sorry, I could not remember the staffs' name to mention it here, but they all are well trained and brilliant workers. Bless them all and THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Bed linen not changed daily. It was changed on request. TV sound is very low can not hear properly when A.C. is on. (Second time experience) TV brightness is low. Can not increase. (Second time experience).

It was good except I did not expect that a small plate couldn’t be sent to my room in the morning while i was given all that I asked for the previous evening. Only one thing thAt disappointed me was this. Would like to appreciate ‘Raghul’. He was cery friendly and cooperative. The girl at the front desk on the day of my check out was very rude on the phone. She asked me to come down and take the plate from the restaurant and when i re confirmed the same. She said sorry ma’am, we cannot provide u with a plate. I did not expect this. Otherwise everything else was good.

Had a great experience staying at ibis omr. Very helpful and courteous staff. The room and bedsheets were clean and neat. Toilet was clean, hot water was readily available. Opted for buffet - the food was very good and menu had more than enough items.. Overall brilliant..

The experience staying at ibis Chennai was amazing. Staff was always on thr toes to help us. Except one thing that they made me pay half day hotel charges for just 4 hours of early check in. That too all I wanted to do was change and keep my luggage and in half an hour I left for work.
