Check-In was breezy but extending my stay was a little cumbersome because of bad-communication among the front desk staff. Housekeeping Andy was really great for taking care of my room but on my extended stay-day, my old quilt cover was retained by giving an excuse for no new linens arrived. That’s quite irritating & now bringing a sceptical feeling about their cleaning service when I’m not present while cleaning. Mr Suresh at the restaurant offered sincere service regarding my paid breakfast in my room. But those who carried out my food orders were very unprofessional. They don’t cover food while carrying out to my room. Cold coffee wasn’t cold but when confronted, I was shocked to receive a reply about adding ice cubes. Later the issue was resolved but still I ended up drinking a not-so-cold coffee only. So, their in room service from their restaurant is disturbing. Laundry was quick & good. Air conditioned room was very comfortable & spacious (6th floor). Overall it’s an okay stay. Check-out with Ms Neha was quicker as I’ve decided to clear the bills in the previous night of my check out date. Location may bring me back to this property.

Overall Good Stay. Front Office and Housekeeping team is very helpful specially ANDY from Housekeeping and Mr. Front Office (Sorry buddy I couldn't recollect his name. Man in grey suit). However you can improve in food in terms of taste, portion size and HYGIENE. Basic accompaniment for toast was missed & Omelette wasn't upto the standard of Ibis. Shanghai Rice had hair in it. Crockery (plates) were dirty. Front Office team (except few) needs to be more pleasing (body language gives a negative image) and can avoid their operational conversation at a low tone and pitch.
