Already checked in while booking and clearly mentioned for a smoking room with King size bed and unfortunately none of them are taken care eben with prior intimation and almost the check in time was 10 minutes after arrival at the reception!

I was made to feel really special and was well cared for during my stay here. The staff were very warm, friendly, caring and attentive and made my first trip without my family with me a much easier one. The only down side was that the pool onsite was under maintenance during my stay, with the complimentary option 20 minutes away.

Excellent stay ! only gripes were : 1) AC took couple hours to cool the room. Could've been better 2) Noticed some not so good glass cleaning on the window 3) Television could've been bigger Otherwise it was perfect all together !! otherwise perfect stay

I had a bad experience during my stay with Novotel Chennai. The In Room Dining service is something that you really need to improve upon. It’s very hard to get through someone at In room dining and if you could get through the service is very slow. As a matter of fact one of my in room dining never turned up. I have rebooked myself at Novotel for this week again as Vivanta is booked out but given a choice I will not prefer to go this experience again.

You can’t have a great hotel without great dedicated employees. Novotel has managed to have both. Ritu is amazing always greeted me with a smile and extreme enthusiasm Morning or evening. I do not remember the front desk employees names but were amazing as well. The security team out front same as every one I just described above.

2 things which I think needs to be improved. 1. It almost took 30mins to get a comb from guest services team.. 2. During power shutdown the back light is too low.you must have a light in the mid of the room. But other services have been good and will continue stay in my next booking.overall satisfactory.
