I expected Novotel would be a better option with services and preferred to stay there instead of other options but was disappointed with the Hotel staff on the knowledge or responses. Very limited or no positive replies. The team was least concerned about the guest stay or requests.

We loved the delicious food. Kudos to your master chef. Rooms were great and all amenities were as per expectation. The shampoo provided is worth mentioning because it is the best we ever seen in 5 star accommodations. I would actually like to know where I can purchase some of it for our home use too :). The only thing lacking is a quality spa/massage facility.

I was away from home on a 15 day assignment to Chennai . The staffs of the hotel made me feel homely, especially the restaurant waiters and the Cook . Sometime the Cook made me special small meals. Buffet was really good.

This is a very clean, nice, new, hotel in Chennai. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Easy check in and out. The food in the hotel restaurant is excellent. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and modern. I would stay here again on a return trip.

On the last day when I had pre-booked an office drop and after being informed that the cab is ready , it was given to another guest right in front of me. I felt this highly insulting and I registered my concern to the staff there. Finally I had to wait for 10 more minutes for the backup to be ready. Also, Pool was non functional.

The restaurant staff did a wonderful job of customer experience. I ordered Thai soup and discovered later that it had far more red chillies than I could handle. The manager noticed my partially eaten soup and asked whether I’d like another. The server then came up and apologised for not informing me at the time of order and finally I was not charged for it. All this without my actually complaining or saying anything. Outstanding customer service!

A good and satisfying stay. I would recommend that you look into updating the Room Television Cable Program to include international news and business TV channels such as BBC, CNN etc. I was surprised to see that this was not available. Keep up the good work!

1) Room service- The food was great,however the clearance service was awful.On one of the days,clearance was done next morning upon request. 2) Housekeeping - It needs to done timely ! On one of the days it was being done in the evening and I had to wait for around 15 min for check in. 3) Shaving and Dental kit- Your Razor's quality is awful.Everytime you shave with it, you will get a cut for sure.Why is the dental kit not put as a mandate in the washroom? 4) First aid- On one of the days I had a cut in my finger and no cotton and antiseptic was available in the hotel. 5) Amenities- The swimming pool was not in operation !
