Hi, At the outset, we were welcome with great courtesy with ttaditional kumkum on forehead. Staff is quite responsive to the issue keeping smile on face. Comfortable overnight stay with multi varied food. There were two executives atdesk. I think Filopina and other ...sorry i missed her name who registered on arrival, have helped us making stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Rooms and service are excellent ... so much disappointments with the food ... almost all the starters are chill on buffet

As mentioned, resources are lack of policy awareness regards the mutual agreement between Novotel and Ford eg discount on food and laundry and free laundry per day. Though we via AMEX told the staffs but the hotel didn’t return what already charged. When I first try several times told hotel staff, they refused of the corporate agreement so I had to inform AMEX to ask. Secondly, it would be helpful if the hotel could support customers for getting Uber taxi because hotel car services is quite expensive. The good things about the hotel is the great services but I would like the central Novotel to improve the process of delivering benefits agreed with other companies not only at Chennai but around the globe. Thank you.

Dear Team, It was nice to stay in Novotel , reception staff was very polite , cooperative and responsive , Breakfast was very good, fesh food and juices available . I would like to give one suggestion for housekeeping Manager , please ensure availability of all the basic amenities which is included in guest pakage must be available before guest checkin , I have to call reception for Comb, sleeper, and hair oil, also have to called reception to operate TV since it was locked these are basic requirement of any guest which needs to be taken care. Thanks

Everything was great except for booking; the phone was ringing a long time and mostly no one picked up or someone will pick and initiate a transfer and will say they are busy at counter shall call back which also never happens, this is happening across not only novotel it's happening across the accord group...

I was at Novotel during the temporary accommodation from my company for relocation. And the facilities and the staff never made me feel away from home. There are so many games to play, and there are so many events happening every now and then that you'll never be bored. And lastly, the staff is extremely courteous and committed. I would definitely stay again if given a chance.

We recently stayed in novotel with our kids. The hotel is centrally located in OMR and easy to access. The room was very neat and clean with all the needed amenities. The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous and heeded to all our requests. Food was one of the best we could get in chennai. Overall we had a very satisfied stay.

Stay at the hotel room was good. The room was clean and well maintained. However the food experience during dinner could have been better. we had ordered for a veg kebab (something in cottage cheese) in starters which didn't taste good - was too dry and tasteless. Also the steamed rice was a little uncooked. The taste of Mutton roghanjosh was extremely bland. The other items - paneer lasooni, non veg kebab, fish and chicken biryani tasted fine.
