« Overall experience was satisfactory, but improvements are necessary »

The room facilities and breakfast spread was gr8. But the Lift and corridor areas were not air conditioned In the peak of summer, this created a lot of discomfort everytime you walked out of the room. The Reception staff also insisted on blocking amount on the credit card instead of accepting payment at checkout. This despite me being a Gold member. They cited that it is an Accor Hotels policy, which I am aware that it is not. I hihglighted numerous Accor Hotels properties where I have stayed and where they have not insisted on blocking amount on the credit card. The experience needs to be consistent across properties and not vary from one to the other. And Gold/Platinum members should be exempted from blocking amount on the credit cards.

« A friendly home stay away from home »

Overall it was a good experience. Staff was very friendly and well mannered. The room which they had allocated to me had red ants, the moment I called to help desk immediately within 10 minutes they changed my room without any question and apologized as well for the inconveniences.. food was tasty with good amount of options (I was bit disappointed because being a pure vegetarian - options was comparatively less than non -vegeterian) but staffs was so cooperative they managed some special vegetarian dishes with just one request.. so overall I was very impressed with the kind of service they provided and the respect they give to their customers.

Very nice and helpfull personel (both at reception and in restaurant), nice and clean room, efficient air conditioning. The only minor flaw is poor content of mini bar - there was not enough beverages.

« Great. Can be improved for customer delight. »

It was only for 4 nights. Overall experience is great, good ombience, good food. Service response time can be improved but quality and hospitality is great. Few observations - a) There was no complimentary water bottles in the room on the day of check-in, b) My internet was not working on day 1, on reporting in reception nobody was sent even after assurance. However the connection worked automatically later that day. Though these are not very high end issues, but could have been taken care well.
