« Very nice hotel, but way too hot hotel room »

I really liked the service, saunas, swimming pool and the hotel room, but the room was way too hot (felt almost like sauna!) and there was no possibility to decrease the temperature, the AC did not work on cold temperature. Finally i switched off the AC and opened the window, but it did not really help because I could open the window only few cm because of the wire installed to the window. I told about the problem in the reception, but the receptionist told that the ACs work only with warm air in the hotel rooms. I would not stay in the hotel another time, if the ACs are not fixed adjustable.

I didn't feel I'm welcome in the hotel. I do travel a lot using different chain of hotels but worst experiences with staff is at trabzon. No customer services skill neither during check in or out and I have seen the attitude of staff when one of the guest requested to change the room. Apart from that good room with sea view

the hotel facilities overall are good but service was below standard we got dirty towels and room service wasn't that good, toilet had a bad odor, and we were told that there is 2 complimentary bottle of water daily but we were surprised that it wasn't and we were charged for it. « Very bad experiance »

The Staff are very bad attitude, the room service are not that good for cleaning, and the hotel laundry is so expenisive. In addtion, the total laundry was 75 TL, but the laundary make it 90 TL. This bad attitude happend many times in this hotel. The respionist was not friendly at all and the room service staff also. The food for breakfast is not good enough. The hotel overall is so bad. I am really spend a horrible time in this hotel, and I am sure that i will not come to this hotel ever again.

Clean and fresh room atmosphere, nice breakfast. The only problem was the service at night in the park area. I asked for coffee but the coffee machine was told to be broken, how can a hotel like you can not service coffee because of a broken machine? Unacceptable!

Old hotel and furniture. Average staff; for example during breakfast I requested 3 eggs omlete but cheff made it 2 eggs!! Bad smell room and bathroom. The location is the only thing that brought me to Novotel.

The room we had was too hot. We opened the window, but there were noisy building works going on outside (at the front of the hotel) which went on all night. This made our night's sleep very uncomfortable.
