Only 1 bathing towel was provided, ants every where in the room even when new room was changed. Lastly the internet access was not stable in some rooms.

Beyond words and utterly disappointed from check in to check out. Gentleman who checked me in gave me grief over paying in dollars and was no where to be found with my changer at checkout. The room was smelly/ mouldy and no wifi and carpets wet and extremely and unhygienically mouldy! How on earth do you put up a human being in such conditions and expect one to even sleep. My room was changed to one not different at all and gad to request a dust bin towel and toiletries which were not available in the room, milk for tea was off!!! Gad to access wifi downstairs all the time. Staff refused to warm up my snack as I had to leave extremely early for a meeting and could not catch breakfast. Upon check out I was told I had no credit and all was paid up and yet I never received my change upon check in.and no one seemed to be aware of any such credit. Had to be aggressive to get my change back. I will never never and absolutely never stay here again nor recommend this hotel to anyone. I will go ahead and rate it appalling on any trip site I can find. This is unacceptable!!!

I expected the Ibis standards but I was disappointed in the receptionist that attended to me on my arrival. The rooms maintenance was seriously below the Ibis I've known... The Restaurant was short on varieties. Overall the service was very poor and needs to be improved.

There is an apparent smell of damp within the rooms & corridors so much so you feel dirty when you wake up. The food choice as always is extremely limited- no burgers or pizza available for two of my three days/nights and ran out of sprite on the first day. My final bill had several alcohol items on it whilst these had all been paid at time of purchase as final bill is sent to my company. Cashier didn't know how to remove these or amend so had to make do with scoring out but still paying ??

Satisfied though, I was not happy the laundry opens at 8.00am and no one told me about it. There was also a few things that were not consistent. No floor towel, no hand or face towel.

The bathroom drainage did not function properly. There are a lot of stains on the corridor carpet and unpleasant smell. I also noticed that, the reception sofas are not clean enough. Hope you will do something about these observations.

I was satisfied with the sort of european food available during my breakfast and the standard of the room. I didn't receive any form of welcome or persons to show me my room. The receptionist is too busy. I was frustrated waiting to be attended to after my long haul flight.

The TV reception was very bad, I asked for it to be corrected. It was not. I returned to my room the afternoon, the key did not work. Went down and had this corrected. Went back to the room, it had not been cleaned. Informed reception, went to the pool area and worked on my laptop, had dinner went back to the room a few hours later. Room was still not cleaned. The youngster at reception thought this whole experience was a laughing matter. All of our staff have noticed the deterioration in conditions and service. We have moved our business across the road.
