My past complaints had to do with room facilities not working. It was my first time on the fourth floor which had better rugs, less offensive corridor odor. It was better than my previous experience in August

« This hotel could be an embarassment for the Ibis name. »

Hotel is old. Very digusting carpets in the hallway with bad smell and the stairs case is scary with dirty walls and very dusty and extremly dirty carpets. I was checked in what I think could have been room under room service or occupied as the (security or porter) just close it right away all i saw from outside was that the pillows and bedding was on the floor. He left me stranded there for like ten minutes and come back with another room key one floor below. I dont know how the Ibis group allow this place to be part of its brand.

Could have been greater if you replace all those soiled carpets and ensure that all rooms are ready for occupancy. I have experienced issues like - phone not working, having to come downstairs to reception for service, coffee-tea set missing in room, tv remote not working

Being a very regularly customer of your hotel , I owe it a duty to let you know some of recent discoveries; 1} I discovered the telephone in my not functional and on complaining it was detected the line was bad actually they plan to change my room but why could a problem of telephone could not be resolved? 2) I discovered that Towels weren't replaced immediately the rooms were cleaned; for hours even when are double occupants only one was given, there is need to adjust this. 3} There is need to be changing the NATIONAL aspect of your buffet breakfast; its too monotonous. On an issue regarding one the staff(ex), I sent a mail to Mr. Stephane Castell General Manager; he did respond but all attempt to secure an audience with hasn't been successful due to his schedules pls I need one.

Only spent a few hours. Stress free overnight stay. Breakfast was very enjoyable. staff were courteous. I had a very bad experience, I asked for a taxi at reception on checking out at 05:30. They sent the next taxi in the que. The taxi was untidy and halfway to the local airport in a very dark and lonely place the taxi broke down. I asked the driver what the problem was, he told me instantly it was the timing belt and then brought out a towing rope from the boot. This means he knew his car was unreliable. He called another taxi for me to continue my journey but it put me at great risk and almost made me late for my flight. Please inspect and vet the Taxis that will carry your customers as it spoilt the whole experience.

Although the customer service offered was good, it could be better! The rooms look tired with stains all over the carpet and glaringly in the lounge! As first impression last, I recommend the stains are removed professionally or better replace all the carpets.

A bit OK but could be better. The water (stench) dampness smell was horrible. The stains on the corridor(floor hallway) carpet (rug) was an eye sore.
