The hotel is good and neat but the followings should be improved on 1. Television size and reception. 2. Television chanells are not enough 3. Complimentary breakfast surpose to be for a couple not a guest as being done in other hotels and other accor hotel member. 4. The hotel surpose to have hotel shuttle especially from airport as being practise by other hotel internationally.

Neat environment, neat toilet facilities , Professional staff. Room very damp; check ventilation system-high humidity, vapor condenses on furniture. House-keeping does not deliver complete set of towels- floor mat usually left out- have to keep calling.

It was only for a night but the experience was great. The air condition works well as for itvwas too cold and hence had to off it. Room was extremely cozy & perfect. The food menu at the bar & choice of liquor was perfect. Plenty to choose from and enjoy. Needed some printouts which hotel staff duly helped me without any questions asked. While checkout everything was ready and as said. For taxi to airport it was called immediately as said. Internet speed was perfect which helped me a lot in my work while being in the room

The staffing levels are excellent, The food was good, But, the bathroom, shower head dirty, the hose is not in good condition which make the water pressure very low, also, there are moles by the tiles grout. The hotel need maintenance and redo up.

A lot of work needs to be done on the third floor as there was a very terrible smell which lingered throughout my stay there. Not sure if this was damp but for a world-class brand, it was not acceptable, Ditto the pools of water which suddenly appeared on the bathroom floor. Also, we were not allowed to wash any of our 4 vehicles in the premises. We were informed by the hotel staff that this was a standard rule and we had to find other options.
