The room i stayed wasn't very welcoming . The bathroom was not very clean . The hotel require a facelift / renovation of the rooms. in particular the rug carpet in the hallway leading to the rooms need to be changes cos they are emitting foul odour. However , the staff were friendly , very professional and always ready to assist.

« Very discouraging »

I have used several Ibis hotels and one is the worst! First you experience a long wait at the front desk for a room card, even though there was no queue. Next you exit the lift into a corridor smelling with stench from the dirty looking rugs. Also annoying is the room service style - N1000 room service rate for anything you order to the room. Inside the room, squeaky small beds, two small pillows , hotel staff says no toothpaste or toothbrush, no shower caps....the list goes on and on.

« Hotel needs a good scrub »

Dirty walls and stained carpets left me wondering when the hotel was last cleaned. The walls of my room were grimy from lots of use, not a one-time event. Bathroom was clean and shower was great. Service was very good and people were nice.

The staff were nice to me. The buffet was good and consistent. All amenities were very good. Only one issue, the internet kept going on and off. Overall it was a good stay, I will stay there next time m. I have recommended other people already to stay there.

Rooms are good, environment is good, meals are good but drinks and water are unnecessarily expensive. Buying water for N1,200 per bottle for such standard of hotel is on the high side

The experience was good. Staff were responsive. My only surprise was the reception staff felt it was acceptable to not provide me with my 183 Naira change on leaving. It seemed to be acceptable to withhold small amounts of money, which is stealing really.
