THIS IS A HOTEL I USE VERY OFTEN. MY STAY WAS OK WITH NO COMPLAINT. THE STAFF AS USUAL WERE VERY FRIENDLY. I CAN ONLY ADD THAT THE BREAKFAST NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

You have to wait before check in like for 20Mins though i arrived at 8Pm and i had booking confirmed since morning, The receptionist is okay good but the guys working at the buffet they are rude, they dont answer you fast and when they do, they make you feel as if you are eating for free..they have to learn how to smile, the room was okay for the price but plenty noise comes from the next rooms and in the corridor

To a good one because putting light off for 4 hours without ventilation in the room is terrible. If your lightening is bad, then open up your windows for people to get fresh air

I had a restful night. The hotel should have a faster wifi. A couple should be both entitled to breakfast. I booked online, made a payment by bank payment, and after over ten hours, the payment has not been confirmed, even up till check in.

I could not quite understand why when I had paid online in the UK and the receipt showed I had nothing to pay at the hotel. Getting to the hotel was told I had to pay as that was the normal process. Was quite taken aback with this. Please make this clear at booking so that one is prepared.

My past complaints had to do with room facilities not working. It was my first time on the fourth floor which had better rugs, less offensive corridor odor. It was better than my previous experience in August
