After 5 years, returning back to same hotel. They did revamped and add more activities for families. Some of the room sockets are too loose to use. Smart TV that can connect to YouTube would be great. Buffet taste good, service good too. I didn’t manage to try the Chinese cuisine. Overall I did have a pleasant stay.

Conveniently located near airport for early flight and accessible via mrt. Room was clean. The only issue was the availability of lift. There was only 1 lift available out of 3 which poses an issue during the morning peak.

My overall experience with Novotel is satisfactory. A few areas that impressed me are how the lobby area is designed. It is spacious and feels very comfortable to sit and relax. The buffet dinner is great. It has everything guests are looking for. The food is great. The service desk is very helpful. I had two packages to be sent out and it gets done without hassle. The customer service person is very friendly and helpful. The area that needs improvement is the hotel room. The room is spacious. It needs update. There are leaking marks on the wall. The glass separation between the shower and bed is not a good idea. The light penetrates from the glass will affect people's sleeping.

The hotel was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and efficient. The location was near the airport, which is convenient for an early flight, and they provide shuttle service to the airport at 30mins/1hour interval. The breakfast variety was satisfactory and good. However, there is only 1 lift operating out of 3, which is an issue for the morning check out peak timing. The hotel should reconsider only operating 1 lift for a 5 star hotel.
