It happened on the first night when I want to power on the kettle to make hot water, the electricity gone out..it was around 10:30pm, I use my mobile as torch and took out the one from the drawer..I made call to front desk for help and ask someone to check, the operator replied Ok and will sent someone to my room..then waited for another 15 minutes, O made the second call to front desk and request them to change room directly...

The service was good while the staffs were pleasant. The only complaint was the breakfast seemed to be less appealing because of smaller choice of varieties in comparison with my last stays. One example was not waffles.

Amazing stay as usual the suite room is perfect coming with automatic toilet, air purifier, kitchenette and a washing machine! Location is good near metro line 2 and 10. In addition service staffs in reception and restaurant are nice and helpful, they keep my packages I bought on internet during my stay. I recommend this hotel.

Poor Internet Connection and Lack of Hot Water for Shower

The hotel is strategically located and is convenient for business. However, the internet connection is not reliable and I have to use my mobile data. Other than that, there was lack of hot water for shower. After an especially long lead time, I can only get at best not cold water in the shower. Never had a proper bath during my stay.

Comfortable bed and room even with a washing machine. The hotel facilities are a bit old but can maintain the usual hospitality if Le Club Accor Hotels standard.

making a booking online was impossible (your payment system with credit card didn't work) so i called to book and by phone it was more expensive i had to negociate long on the phone to get the same rate as online rate this is a serious issue you should solve otherwise the rest was all fine

Everything is nice except restaurant which is expensive and without interest in comparison with restaurant around the hotel. Let’s notice that young people at the bar are not at the level we should expect in that environment (to slow, not speaking fluent english, laughing about customers...). People at the lobby desk are ok. The family suite was perfect.

The room was cold and started warming only after I checked in which did not help. Room was also not looking fresh. The treatment to. A silver card holder was also not commensurate with status. I gat better service and upgrade in other participating hotels like Sofitel etc.
