Nice room. Comfy big bed. Nice view. Not very soundproof, especially to hallway noise. Great breakfast. Be good to have better coffee. Valet parking - expensive and poor. I paid $25 a day and my car was left outside overnight! It’s a bit of a rip-off and not transparent as to the cost. I was staying there along with other family members and we were annoyed with this excessive and unforeseen parking charge.

« A good experience »

Being woken up at 6.30 by kids running up and down the hallway was a real bummer. After a hour of this going on I was about to yell at them but was beaten by someone else. I don’t know why staff were not onto it sooner. After 2 bad experiences at Accor hotels in a row I feel I may change my hotel company in the future.

Great friendly staff, efficient service Just stayed the one night but happy experience, was in town for a buddy’s wedding. recommend paying a little extra, for the buffet breakfast and late checkout. A guest car park would’ve been cool. But the $25 valet parking service the ibis offered was a good no hassle option. Overall a great stay. Would definitely consider staying again in future.

Overall the experience was good, however I was put off by the loud air conditioning in my room and the heavy closing doors that keep closing down the hall at night. Other facilities where very good, and the staff are friendly.

« A bit of a hassle »

Tidy room but annoying to have to pay a WiFi surcharge in a place meant for business. I don't remember that in Ibis. Very slow check out (very busy on the morning rush , just 2 overworked staff), and was kept waiting on the seat in front of the desk for 15 min for car keys, which turned out to be on the desk but they forgot about me.

It was a good stay, a little noisey at night, the bed was slightly to hard for us but overall it was a good stay. We had to ask for some glasses in our room which we thought should be in there. Breakfast was fantastic with loads of options, great way to start the day.

My stay was short. The hotel had everything we needed. However, there was a lot of noise outside our room, especially when the cleaners were there in the morning and people were waiting for the lift.

« Average stay in a good location »

Check and check out were poor, very slow. The breakfast was average, cooked food warm at best, little or no muffins / pastiers, poor table service, plates left uncollected over priced for what we received, as loyal accor members my wife and I were very disappointed in our stay. room was very small, bathroom was tiny. Room was noisey with little sound proofing between rooms and the hall ways only one lift working on saturday morning, presented signficant challanges when checking out, getting too and from breakfast
