I have just returned from my latest visit to Hyderabad where I again stayed at this hotel. I have stayed here many times and never been disappointed. The hotel is clean and modern, has some fantastic staff who just cannot do enough for you, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. I will be returning to India in 2019 but I already know that this hotel is where I will be staying. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making my visit to India such a memorable experience.

In terms of services i have nothing to say as the staff right from door keeper to manager everyone was so gracious and felt as if they truly enjoyed their work. But just one thing to look for is the smell that comes in bathing water when we open the tap. It comes for initial few seconds only but its very strong. The uniform of female staff is very graceful. It enhances the appeal of the female very smartly.

Mattress quality was so bad that they must have picked it up from garbage or salvation army dump. Stayed in room 417. Coffee cups with stains, coffeeSpoons with gooy stiff, lipstick mark on mirror. Unbelievably bad!!!!

The wooden floor has dirty strains, mattresses are pretty old and sinking, linens are not washed well and it smells horrible, Aircons not working properly, this property needs an over all renovation soon

I received the usual good service from the reception desk and the security staff. Staff were always cheerful and good natured. Teh gymn was a pleasure as usual although the cross trainers need some work as the heart monitors don't work reliably. The room was fine but the hair drier is useless and the ironing board is hazardous and a potential lawsuit risk. The service in the dining room was totally inefficient and disorganized. Every morning I would order a pot of black tea with two tea bags and a little cold mik on the side. On the fastest day it took ten minutes to get it. On the other days it was more than fifteen minutes and on one day it was more than twenty minutes. They never once brought me the correct order on the first try. It was so bad that it became a standing joke with my colleagues. Dinner and breakfast were included in my package. On a couple of occasions the waiters asked me to sign the bill for the evening buffet explaining that it was just for inventory purposes. This did not happen every night so I made sure to check my bill carefully upon checkout and sure enough two meal charges hade been added. There was also a minibar charge from my first day (I arrived late in the evening) which I did not incur. The reception desk were accommodating in removing these charges but I had to look carefully to see that they were there in the first place. Not something I normally do as I don't expect that sort of mischarging to happen in a Novotel.

I recently stayed at you hotel for a week and enjoyed it very much. The food was good, room was clean, and the staff was extremely accommodating. I had trouble sleeping at night because my room was warm. I spoke the Namrata Bhalla, the Assistant Manager of Airport Services. She sent someone to my room immediately to correct the problem. Greatly appreciated! Manny Somraj was also very helpful upon checkout and getting our luggage to a shuttle for a ride to the airport. I would also like to say thank you to the staff in the Executive Lounge on the 6th floor. Service everyday was excellent!

Stayed for 6 nights. The room was comfortable and cleaned well each night. Laundry was done well and timely. We utilized the executive lounge which was comfortable with great appetizers and drinks. Roopa Tripathi checked in with myself and my group every evening to see if we needed anything. Great service all around. The gym is nice for a hotel gym. Dinner and Breakfast Buffet was great as well. Only thing keeping from being a 10 is the way the invoice is laid out. It took a little figuring out and I think could be much simpler. Especially having multiple charges for the difference if you exceed the "hold" amount. Makes it difficult for expense reporting, but not a huge deal by any means.
