It was quite unsatisfactory. This seems to be a property that bets on the lack of competition in the vicinity rather than any other means of customer recall. A serious threat to the Accor Hotels & Novotel Brand.

« Double charged »

Hotel was OK - modern/ convenient airport hotel. On departure check out was chaotic - wasn't clear what I was being charged and didn't receive any invoice for room charge. Subsequently turned out double charged. Five emails later and having to send them copies of documents twice - I was partially refunded one month later but still out of pocket.

This newly opened hotel has lovely rooms, good mattresses and crisp bed linen. The en suite bathrooms are lovely, and the showers are powerful. The staff are highly motivated, well trained, v friendy and helpful. Food is great too. I is 500m frm the airport. Could not be faukted and represents excellent value for money..

Check in process is antiquated and takes too long . Breakfast starts far too late for many who have early flights. Quiet and clean rooms, and a nice dinner experience helped the overall rating. Necessity reigns, not choice.

A great location for business trips to Hyderabad. A very modern hotel with pleasing design. A few things must be improved. The service in the restaurant was very poor and the quality of the food left much to be improved. Likewise the bed in the guest room was rather uncomfortable.

this is the dirty novotel in the world...the cleanliness of the hotel, bar and the restaurant is dam bad..i had paid thirteen thousand for the room...the money had gone to the trash......but the breakfast was really good..

« Convenient and spacious »

Located close to HYD airport this hotel is used by business travelers and airline personnel. At the recommendation of a pilot we stayed here on a vacation trip. Would recommend this hotel because of convenient location in a nice setting, overall spacious design with large rooms, large entrance hall, nice pool terrace, good wifi all over the place, very good service, excellent house keeping (Rafi). A driver is needed to get to downtown Hyderabad.

Good Property with dedicated trained staff . Pleasant ambience at lobby with quick service at Reception and the lobby bar is well shaped and nice. The Lift is quite far which is not common but it was not an issue if there were clear directions for lift. Airport drop and pick up convenience is adorable. Food at both the ground floor restaurants were awesome especially was the dinner buffet.

Everything was great.. The staff is so caring of their guests. My son got sick in the middle of the night. The staff immediately responded and escorted us to the hospital and stayed with us until we felt fine to go back to the hotel. They constantly check on your needs and treat you like a family.

Room boys, outside trolly guys are great. But the person who handle my check in is not pleasant. He made me got angry because, he is only asking Indian ids like pan or aadhar inspite of my repeat reminder that I am Australian citizen, hence I do not have Indian I’d. He said I cannot checkin since I do not have Indian I’d. I got so angry and said how you are taking foreign / white guy who stands next to me without Indian I’d ? He took long time and finally checked in. He shouldn’t be there without enough knowledge.

Front desk is the Jewel of the hotel. Amazing cooperation and patience. Very well groomed . Launders service needs improvement. Most of the time have to canal them " half an hour left for departure and still waiting for the laundry " Room service ( in room dining ) , please make it on time . A thirty minut wait can not go to 45 min to 55 min. This time had to remind the in room dining that it was over an hour wait. Rooms are good .
