The stay was very overwhelming..anything you need they are willing to assist.. from the hk supervisor shoeb who assist us for our needs.. and the telephone operator ruby if I'm not mistaken for the name whom I called to ask for water she had a very charming voice that if you have a problem with the service you might forget it because of the way she talks...good job team I'll be back again soon I was impress for my first stay in this hotel

The last I went there I saw the rate was 144AED and when I went inside they changed me 209AED and said 65AED because I came early in the morning and it should be afternoon only?
