dear sir after get inside teh room i found that the smoke smell is too high in the way that we cant breath well then we change to another level no smoking room ( bcs the window cant open so the room smell is too big) i come to ibis al rigga 3 times before was 2011 . 2012 and 2015 but now in 2017 its very clear that room become old and need renw, also breakfast level become down compare with before , like the yogurt become in bluk not by piece like before, the nutella chocoalte also is not available any more and so on...

I have arrived in the middle of the night. Check in process was quick and efficient. My luggage was stored for additional 12 hours free of charge. Room was clean and well maintained. I did not have time to explore hotel's facilities.

It was ok but due to new year the rate was very high 3-4 times doubled rate - not good for our financial status:( Positive side: I liked the house keeping guy called Shubhash : he was giving us the best morning smile with care and quality work Also F&B Indian guy was good too

Customer service was very kind, however the hot water in the 8th floor was brown. I called the customer service, they sent a maintenance man up , he looked at it. Did not know what to do, he said he would check another room on the other side of the same floor. Never heard back from him. This was getting late now. I called customer service again and requestEd another room. I got room 2 floors lower on the 6th floor. Room was nice but the hot water was the same. I attempted to take a shower and then rinsed off in freezing cold water because it was cleaner. I still wiped brown junk off of me. I did not shave because I was afraid I could expose my skin to some kind of bacteria. I will not stay at this hotel again unless I get an answer of the cause of the incident and it being resolved. I have been a loyal customer to Ibis and Accor hotels since 2012. I have an idea what is the cause, so I hope to hear back from the hotel.

We arrived on 3rd jan from an early afternoon flight from singapore Eugene couldnt find my booking i was shattered and waiting for two hours trying to communicate with my agent in u.k the bookig was eventually found the room 953 air con wasnt working had to call reception in the mornings at breakfast my table would be cleared when i got up to do something upon happening two days in a row i spoke to the ethiopian girl who took my coffee she got me a coffee with rude attitude and ignored eye cobtact with me after that i found uncomfortable she didbt apologise and her rude behaviour was off putting so on third day i sat in a different section .security staff was the best very courteous and alway very helpful
