My stay was good but had to pay extra for breakfast after paying $70 for a room per night. The carpets needs changing as it smelt of damp in both rooms i stayed in. Other facilaties and service was good.

Very pleasant stay. The welcome is average. Having the water in the lobby is excellent. The front desk team could be more enthusiastic. They don’t look like they are enjoying their jobs! I would recommend a look at the Chic Fil A brand’s approach to customer service if your goal is outstanding service. The young lady in the restaurant, who I think might be Ethiopian, seems to get outstanding customer service. The security guys and housekeeping guys I encountered are doing a good job too. Rooms are a bit musty. Perhaps something to spruce things up?

The room was located near the elevator so it was very noisy. People were always in the hallway talking. I stayed 3 days and never had a washcloth provided, even when asked for one.

Everything is fine other than some maintenance work required in Bathrooms. Need more lights in the main elevators area at the ground floor after reception area. In the nights its very dark.
