The manager was so rude, telling our friend to leave with a security guard with him, I know we’re wrong but he didn’t even greeted us first and recommend to get another room as all hotel do first. He was so rude, but we got another room for him tho despite of him being rude.

« Welcome retreat after a long day of walking in 38 degree heat »

The hotel was about 300m walk from Al Rigga train station so it was very conveniently located. Check in was a breeze and I was glad to be assisted by a fellow Filipino. The room size and bed size was just enough for me and my sister, but we are small Asians. Bigger fellows might find the bed a bit small. The bed, pillow, and comforter was really really comfortable. I fell asleep as soon as I laid down on it. The lighting was perfectly cozy. There was not much in terms of view because we looked out towards the parking lot. The desk I liked a lot; it provided much needed space to put down our things and food we brought. I was also glad they provided a water kettle, and tea and coffee and I truly appreciated the complimentary bottles of water that they provided everyday. The bathroom was satisfactory, although i would have loved more counter space or hooks to put my toiletries on. The sink counter top floods a little so I couldn't leave my makeup bag because it might get wet. I had to ask for toothbrushes it wasn't provided but it's good that it's available because I left my toothbrush. The water pressure is strong enough and boy taking a shower after a long sweaty day is heaven especially with strong water with heating. The clamp that holds the shower telephone is broken/loose, though, and the shower telephone falls down but I made do by pushing the shower telephone against the wall. I took out a point for that one. Otherwise, my stay there was perfect.
