This property is good value for the price. It is a functional hotel for low budget traveller; no luxuries clean. Customer service is very good as all front desk and other staff are helpful. Bathrooms require hand towels which I could not find throughout my stay. Refrigerator is too small for convenience.

« Over-rated facility, good only for short stay »

Standard rooms too small, fridge not working, bathroom tap needed to be fixed, terrible wooden chair in the room, TV is old and too small.....(after calling reception the fridge and the tap was fixed). Hotel staff generally helpful (got another chair), bedding / towels changed regularly. Needs more light in the bathroom.

Everything was excellent , start from the check in it was express really thanks to the small filippina girl , it was very quick so I forget note her name . Room was clean only I think made me disappoint that I just request for few coffe around 8 am to house keeping desks but the girl talk to me very unprofessional way , it’s like I am begging for something and no one delivery to me . Before I check out I callied again this time marry was answer the call so I just explain to her what happend in the morning . Definitely will come back and we’ll suggested hotel . Once again thank you for make my trip well .
