everything is quite nice. It's the mattress that is a little bit soft and will be a little bit shaky when sleeping on it.

My only complaint about the hotel is that the bellmen while they were friendly and tried to be helpful, I wish that they can stop spitting their flegma in front of the guests who could be foreigners and not used to this type of experience.

I booked and paid for a room on executive floor with executive lounge benefits but was given a level (9th floor) that does not come with executive lounge benefits. The toilet flush wasn't working and even after they had repaired it, it was still not working intermittently. Since I am only staying for a night and was very tired, I did not bother to reason with them. This is a very bad experience compared to the wonderful experience I had when I stayed in a Mercure hotel in Potsdam, Germany.

Hotel listing said convenient location and a short 10 minute walk to Forbidden City etc. a very long walk. The accommodations were worn and need updating badly. Stayed on the 9th floor and the carpets dirty and smelled badly of smoke.
