I was upgraded to Novotel and that was a pleasant surprise...I really really loved the design of the room and and the unique and efficient use of space...The bed was really soft and i must confess, it is the best i have slept in this year. The food was good and the staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly

Nice clean room with everything you need. Friendly greeting from the reception and offered my welcome drink without needing to be prompted. Room was cleaned by friendly and efficient team each day. Breakfast was very good. The only issue was with the internet which seems to close down whenever it rains heavily. This feels like something that needs to be fixed as it happened last time I stayed.

I enjoyed the time spent there, people there were good at welcoming guests and serving them but I would like to recommend to add people speaking English because sometimes communication can be a barrier for a hotel which accommodates guests from different areas. Had supper the evening I arrived and Breakfast the next morning. Both were excellent. Food was great and service was great. Room was clean but small. Shower had no hot water, and poor water pressure.

1. The food wasn't good enough. 2. Also, left overs from the launch buffet was carried forward to the evening buffet without any changes. For a guest that lives in your suites who relies solely on your meals, its disappointing. 3. The staff lack the wow factor in service delivery.
