« One of the worst experiences at an Ibis Hotel »

This is my worst stay at any Ibis Hotel.Being the fourth time of stay,it doesn't appear there's a conscious effort to improve the facilities at this hotel. The air conditioning system in the hotel seems obsolete.The room I stayed was hot and despite moving to another room,it became obvious that it was a general problem.The staff at the front desk were not friendly.The rooms didn't have a bottle of water as complimentary. The breakfast and lunch were bland and without variety.For the price charged,I'd say it's not value for money.Similar Ibis hotel in Lagos and Accra offer much better service and friendlier staff.

nice hotel, away from the madness of the city centre. u can get a taxi moto for CFA300 to get to the centre. Nice room, clean, good breakfast and buffet dinner. The male reception staff are better than the female staff.

The online booking was easy to do. Receptionist was very proficient in receiving me. The room was clean and I had a sound sleep. Food. Dinner was good and breakfast the next morning was delicious.

« One of the best hotels in the Ibis chain »

I was disappointed that the Novotel is still under refurbishment, however, the Ibis proved very satisfactory for our business trip. The rooms are quite large by Ibis standards, and were extremely well appointed and kept maintained. The dining lobby area is spacious and airy, with an area of outside seating in the garden. All the staff were always extremely helpful and friendly, despite the hotel being full and very busy. The breakfast buffet included, was acceptable .. perhaps one of the weaker points. I missed having a gym (and others probably the lack of a pool), but it is an Ibis after all. Finally, closeness to the airport (and their handy free shuttle) and the embassy area is a big plus.

Stay was more less that expected, Very small room, Very poor service delivery, I can not imagine that in such heath risky country there is no any bottle of water available in the room and i have to pay it from the bar, Furthermore once upon a time i tried to request one while i am in the room, They told me you have to come down as no remote delivery available !! Security guy at hotel gate always ask for sharity "what did you get for me" !!

It was a great experience. It started with warming welcome from the check-in desk. The lady offered a great smile and was very attentive to our needs. The guards at the entrance were also gentle. The food was delicious. In a nutshell, my wife and I were happy about our stay.

Not a friendly check - in and check-out, small counter for check - in so everybody is on each other specially for check-out. Shocking food... Lintel for a morning breakfast... Never heard of that!!! The only good thing is that the internet was fast.
