The room and food were excellent and the staff, some, though not all of whom speak English, were especially helpful. For example, when I had to fly from Cotonou early in the morning, the desk clerk found someone to drive me to the airport in the shuttle. They might have said, too early, we will call a cab. But they went out of their way to accommodate their needs. I strongly recommend the Ibis Cotonou.

Staff members were helpful, including calling a shuttle to airport very early in the morning. Food in restaurant was very good, and room was comfortable. Only change I recommend is to make blackout curtains darker and/or wider to reduce light even further.

My experience was Okay. The room is clean, but there is a room for improvement. The staff is not very friendly and welcoming. I struggled with my luggage, while they stood up staring at me. I also went to the restaurant to have breakfast around 7:00 am. There was no cutlery and nobody bothered to attend to me. I hope you could improve on this to make our stay more enjoyable. Thank you.

Stayed in room 305, unfortunately on the Thursday evening did not have a good nights rest as the aircon pipe burst and had a water leak all night and entire carpet drenched in water. Just found it rather interesting that their is no tea or coffee in the rooms
