While hotel brand name is good but overall hotel facilities are not matching to its brand. I would never prefer to come back to this hotel. This hotel is not good to stay with families for vacation.

Everything fine on the overall. Just noticing some inconsistency on everyday's housekeeping room cleanup. It varies: tea & coffee not always refilled, missing some towels, minibar not refilled... No big deal, just a heads up.

My stay at the Hotel was Highly pleasant... though i checked in late and checked out soon after breakfast at morning 9:00 am, the hotel service still made a good impression within the short time span... The staff at the reception was good and kind to give me a 3rd key when I successfully managed to forget both my keys inside the room... I loved the curtain partition in the room .. the idea of having a curtain between the bed and seating area was really cool.. Even the breakfast was nice... they also had parking area ...

This is the second time I choose your hotel and despite the quality of the service provided I again faced same issue: our cards to access to the lift or open the room door doesn't work and most of the time you have to go back to the reception to reactivate them. I already posted the same comment last year during my first stay but apparently it had no impact or no action has been taken since.

The overall experience is very good, yet, the room was not clean to an acceptable level. The kettle was dirty to a level that I couldn't use it even after tried to clean it by myself.

I enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was great and so was the buffet dinner. Rooms were clean and spacious enough although we had a slight inconvenience with bath towels not being supplied on time on our second day of stay

I had a good stay. Mr Kirian Azad was very attentive and helpful. Even allowing me to have a room instead of having to wait hours after I arrived. The two things that I found disappointing was there was no milk only the horrible none dairy sachets. The other problem I had was that my sight is deteriorating and the lighting was very poor in the room not even one good light that I could read by. I will be returning for 4 nights in November and I could do with some decent light. Unfortunately although I have a membership with accord hotels I did not know where he was booking.

I stayed 5 nights in this hotel. + Clean spacious rooms + good rooftop swimming pool + nice receptionists - welcome drink voucher had a limited choice of drinks - no welcome amenity during all the 4 bookings
