Staff very keen to listen and solve even the small issues quickly. However the wi-fi service was very erratic fluctuating all the time so had to ask the staff at the reception desk to set it time and again.

We have stayed previously at Novotel hotels.. but by far this was the most disappointing stay ever! The staff was unprofessional.. the room was untidy, the breakfast was bad with really unprofessional staff who did not have the courtesy to even ask before taking things off our table! The breakfast spread was the most disappointing ever! Juices which said fresh juice was just flavoured water! Vegetarians had hardly any options available to eat! Inspite of raising concern with the concierge nothing was done! When we booked our own cabs the staff was so rude and made us feel like we have done a crime by booking our own transport and not asking them to book for us! Which we did ask but were told to book an Uber! Overall would never recommend this Novotel to anyone!

« A wonderful stay »

I was hesitating at first as it is a 3* hotel. But then, i was so pleased and i had a wonderful stay at the hotel, for 9 days. A service above 4* for sure! 1. The room: big space, very clean, everything was perfect in the place from towels to water to tidiness... thx to Sonupal who was also very helpful and present when needed. 2. Beside Sonupal on the 6th floor, the floor manager always came and asked if i need anything. I should also name and thank Alex on the reception/lobby who is very friendly and very helpful when needed. 3. The breakfast was really very nice. One morning i had to leave at 5am, and they let me take my breakfast even if it was before opening hours. 4. Finally, beside a friendly staff, cleanliness and good service, the location of the hotel is very practical: near mall of emirates, near metro station and in between other touristic spot.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The suites are quite roomy and well designed, though some of the furniture could be refurbished here and there (scratched table, armchairs a bit old). Breakfast was disappointing in variety and choices compared to other Novotel properties in Dubai (Al Barsha or World Trade Center)

Room was sufficient and we had breakfast each day which was nice. Housekeeping forgot towels twice during our stay and did not clean once. Tour desk guy spends too much time looking at his cell phone to pay attention to the clients. Location was the best part.

« Very cozy, friendly, clean and youthful hotel. »

Amazing check in....especially with Ms. Nestle who took great care of me during check in and even upgraded me to a bigger room for no extra charges as i am a frequent visitor. Cozy rooms but not the place for a foody traveler. Although there is Mall of Emirates across the road so it helps a lot for shopoholic travelers, while lots of good food joints and cafes around helps you walk to these outlets for some lip smacking delicacies or to just chill out with friends and family.

had booked a non refundable room. during check in it was not reflecting in the hotels system I showed proof of my card being charge along with an email from accor stating advance payment has been made. I requested that let me check in as I need to quickly shower and leave for a meeting in the meantime they could check with their respective department. The attendant did not agree and finally when I raised my voice the manager was called who took care o fit.

It was Good time just need more care to room carpet and need tissue in the room and the towels were so rough feeling dry ... tv Chanel’s no Mbc.
