« Cheap but not the best »

Very small room and bathroom layout was very bad. Not the cleanest Novotel around. Breakfast was decent. Checkin experience not the best. TV stations were off and many channels not available. Not the best Novotel I have been to.

« Clean budget accomodation with a nice breakfast »

The family suite was very spacious compared to other hotel rooms we have stayed in. There is nothing glamorous about the accomodation but our room wasvery clean and only a short walk to the impressive Mall of the Emirates. The highlight of the stay at this hotel was the breakfast with cooked to order eggs & chocolate croissants.

It was great staying at novotel, having a fantastic staff and awesome service. The ambience of the hotel is good and the location is best that it is very convinient to metro and malls. Food serving is also nice as the staff is assisting very well to their customers with a smile. A big thumbs up. a big thanks to mr. Jefferson for assisting us.

« Pleasant, but "suites" is a bit misleading »

"Suites" is misleading - the room is more like a large studio with a curtain around the bed. The toilet is tiny and very dark. Key cards needed re-programming daily. Fridge didn't work when we arrived. Breakfast was disappointing. On the whole, comfortable, pleasant, and reasonable value.

« staff very good. »

our check in was quick and very pleasant. the staff were excellent. rooms were a good size - beds comfortable. lots of storage which was a big plus. we had nothing in our mini bar not that it worried us but thought we should tell them anyway. no menu for room service and no hotel information book. breakfast was just ok. when we asked for two eggs we got 4 eggs. realized one serve is 2 eggs. not a huge range but that doesn't matter if the food is really good but it wasn't - just average. shower in bathroom leaked ( the free standing one) don't think our room was cleaned that good and we didn't get our toiletries refreshed. but saying all that they gave us a free late check out which was really good. checkout was very slow and everyone was getting frustrated. don't know if it was the staff or the system. the staff were the best - very friendly.

Room is big and spacious enough for two adults and 1 baby. Toilet is too small even for skinny person. Breakfast is not bad and in-room delivery food was all delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is good but would be better if sauna was available. I did not like the bar lounge - it is very boring and happy hours are short. Any bar in the vincity can offer more at lower price and more fun. Ceilings are very low which does not add comfort. I do not like high ceilings but these are too low even for me. Overall I would call this hotel Ibis rather than Novotel.

It was fine but could have been better. There was no guest book provided. No guidance or map provided for area. Toilet paper was very limited and when I tried to ring reception several times it rang out. Room a bit smelly. Light bulb gone in toilet. Pool area was good and handy having 24 hour restaurant downstairs. Could have been given more guidance on what was available for evening buffet. By time we got there it was too late to go elsewhere with kids and buffet was very ordinary in as far as selection available. Hardly a buffet really.
