We went to stay one night at the hotel to go to the US consulate the next morning, the breakfast was good, it was easy access to the US consulate, and we enjoyed the rooms, which were warm and welcoming.

Very nice. Hotel is located in a central a area close to everything. Easy access to most of the places i wanted to visit. Few bumps though, attendant forgot to register my wife during check-in and we were locked out of our room (hotel canceled our keys) so to force us go talk to main desk. Very unprofessional.

I think that the difference between Styles (at the same city) and IBIS its not so big, but the price difference is greater. I think that the coffee break can be a lower price, or be included like on Styles.

« Everything great except for the reception. »

We've stayed at this property many times before, and will likely stay there again. As such, we understand it's basic accommodations with just enough comfort and certainly no frills. Rooms are simple, clean, comfortable and functional. Bathrooms work great. That said, our 02:00 reception was sub-par. The young man who checked us in could use more training in how to treat arriving guests more equitably and fairly.

location , rooms , facilities all fine , staff friendly but hardly anyone can communicate in English , room was not made on second day same morning someone tried to enter my room at 6 am , and then again at 6.05. am , allegedly the wake up call guy but this should not happen . first , I never ordered a wake up call , secondly , NOBODY should ever enter a guest room while the guest is sleeping in that room

Overall it is always the same, in good and in points that should be improved. The employees were very kind and helpful. Breakfast is basic and good, but could be better tasting. Cakes are dry and breads (not to be toasted) could be warm, even the cheese bread was cold and not kept covered. Year after year I keep saying the same about the Ibis: we should have also hand/face towels, not only shower towels. And if you don't want to spend a lot of money with two soaps per room (one for shower and one for face/hand), you should change the system for liquid soaps in both places in a proper recipient to be filled by you according the needs. All the rest was perfect: room (size, air co, cable TV, wi-fi, cleaness, view), check-in/out, parking. Ibis is a very good chain considering quality and price, but as price has really increased last years the suggested improvements could easily come around.

This is a standard hotel for a short business trip and for this it was adecuate. However I really missed having some glasses in the bathroom like last year. I also don't like the decoration that was done about 2 or 3 years ago next to the elevators. It has a huge wall to wall photograph of some factory pulleys and gears and makes you feel like you're going into the factory instead of to your room. The elevators are right in the middle of that.

THE DAY I ARRIVED (EVENING) MY ROOM WAS ALREADY RESERVED AND AS I ASKED (LAST FLOOR, AND FAR FROM THE ELEVATOR). THERE WAS A BAD SMELL AT THE FRIGOBAR. I ASKED THE FRONT DESK GUYS AND THEY QUICKLY CHANGE IT, WHILE I WAS HAVING DINNER. IT'S A SHAME I FORGOT THEIR NAMES (THEY WERE 2 MEN, ONE WEARING GLASSES AND ONE SPANISH SPEAKER). THE STAFF JANAINA AND HER COWORKER WERE AWESOME TO GIVE SOME TIPS, LIKE WHERE TO HAVE DINNER AND WHERE TO BUY A WATCH (FOR THE TEST I WAS APPLYING FOR). I ASKED JANAINA TO HEAT MY FOOD TOO, AND TO KEEP MY LUGGAGE AFTER THE CHECKOUT (THEN I DIDN'T HAVE TO TAKE THEM TO THE TEST, BECAUSE IT WOULD BE VERY DIFFICULT TO CARRY THEM). MY EXPERIENCE WAS FABULOUS AND I AM VERY SATISFIED!

Very well located hotel, near a ver pleasant até of the city. We stayed in a room with an extra bed, which made the room quite small. Breakfast was good but I’d recommend more lactose free options. I usually stay in this hotel when I visit the city.
