« Clean and neat room »

Overall experience was good. If were to say something for improvement would be the housekeeping. I called multiple times to request for dental kit and it took quite some time to be sent. However, it doesn’t affect our overall stay.

« Unbalanced feedback - no negatives at all!!! »

Although our stay was only for one night, we can’t praise this hotel highly enough ! We arrived very early in the morning straight off a 13 hour flight from Spain, feeling very tired and jet-lagged. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and managed to change our room so we could go to our room immediately. No extra charge for early check in! The bed was very comfortable, clean, crisp and fresh smelling bed linen, the room and shower room were spotless! The following morning we slept late and missed the buffet breakfast, but a basic breakfast of cereal, toast, fruit, yoghurt, juice, coffee and tea was available which was fine! We checked out before 12 and were able to leave our luggage in a secure room until early evening, again at no extra charge! We also liked the hotel’s environmental policy, paper pens, notices about waste etc ! Way to go !! Thank you Ibis, we will certainly look for an Ibis for our next hotel stay !

« A positively surprising experience with a great staff. »

1. Staff was professional, friendly, efficient, and with a positive attitude. 2. Location is great - near a subway station. 3. The rook was larger than most Ibis hotels, and actually quite nice. 4. Altogether, very clean. 5. Lively atmosphere in the area from the lobby to the restaurant. 6. Nice computer area.

Average kind of experience. Nothing special facilities provided as a platinum member. Wheel chair availability was less compare to no of guests. 2 half liter water bottles are not sufficient so please plan bigger bottles.

Was there for a staycation, there was some confusing with regards to getting a bottle for water, eventually we gave up and bought our own water. I like that you have a ice dispenser though, at least we can get cold drinks at night. the TV's HDMI port was covered so we could not hook our laptop to the TV, i was a little disappointed in that. Requested for late check out and was granted, so appreciate the flexibility in it. Will consider to return again

Attentive and helpful reception. Amenities are poor but acceptable. Checkout was bad. I had 2 large suitcases a cabin bag and a computer bag. Comcierge said: "Sorry we dont have porter service" followed by a blank look with no offer of help or suggestion.
