I always enjoy staying with you. It is very convenient and easy to get to. I missed breakfast because of jet lag but was happy with everything else - I appreciated the late 'leave' time.

The overall experience is good. However, the room facilities needs to be upgraded slightly. Also room 1629 have a slight whizzing sound near window area on and off at night which needs to be rectified. Breakfast is good. Front desk staffs needs to be more attentive. I was told to wait for 5 minutes before giving me the room card, however the staff went to settle some matters with the tour guide and I had to go to the staff personally to ask for my room status. This could be improved.

Check in is smooth and surprisingly I didn’t know that if your an accor member you get a late check out at 4pm which is good. Only issue was the aircon is hot. Even we lower to the lowest temperature it’s still hot. We slept without blankets and my daughter didnt sleep comfortably as well. But overall is good and the breakfast is not bad too.

I have stayed with Ibis Bencoolen a number of times in the past. For this stay I was with a colleague after a business trip for one night, we arrived quite late due to meetings the day of. Check-in process was seamless. We checked out quite early and a man told us about the bamboo bikes and scooters outside to which we borrowed for the day. We came back very hot and was in a rush to go to the airport, we asked the lady at the counter if we could use a shared shower facility. To our surprise she gave us a key to a spare room so we can use the shower in there. We are so grateful - not only for the easy check-in / check-out process, but also for the bike and spare room. Ibis Bencoleen staff has gone above and beyond and just want to say a big thank you. I will be back again soon :)

I am satisfy with most of the offer that the hotel has given me. But There are a few things that need to improve. Such as: 1. Most days I came back to hotel to rest around 3-4 pm before my evening plan.. But the room is not ready even though I have out the sign "Room is Ready To Clean" In front of the door. I have been out more than 4-5 hours But no one came to do my room which I am not alright.. 2. Secondly, Some Certain Day, Wi-Fi is not WORKING in my Room. I need to go out at the sofa near the Lift to connect my Wi-Fi. I am sure most people want to stay in their own room when they connect to Internet and Do their Own Stuff.. Why Do I need to Stay Outside my Room to do so..??? Other that what I have mentioned above, I must say I am Really HAPPY With Most things that hotel has offered including Friendly Staffs which They are Helping me with all the problem that I have and also with Smile on Their Face... THANK YOU very much....

Your staff asked us to fill out own water and also the housekeeping only opens after 8 AM in the morning . This was a strange experience even for a budget hotel.

The room was tiny, but the bed was comfortable and the showerroom was efficient. Service was pleasantly efficient and I appreciated having a wheelchair provided. The breakfast was a bit limited - e. g. I couldn't find any yoghurt. But dinners were delicious although the menu was very limited. The hotel is very central for shopping and sightseeing. Overall it was a satisfactory stay.

Staff friendly . Room clean. Bedding Very comfy. Other guests on our floor Were very noisy most of the night. Talking on phones and shouting to other members of their party through doors.
