Have stayed here a few times and find the staff very good. The room was quite large, but basic and very clean. It is close to Little India underground station and restaurants and easy access to transport.

The breakfast is very good. WiFi sometimes is iffy. The room is a bit small. No drawers in the room. Shower is good. The location is very convenient.

I am pleasantly surprised and impressed with the service and food at ibis. Being a very troublesome customer myself, Rebecca from Sales has patiently answered all my queries regarding to my boy full month celebration. I have also made numerous requests from my end and Rebecca always tried her best to assist me. The stay at ibis started with the exceptionally good service from the front desk. During check in, I asked the staff if there’s any baby bathtub to be used at the hotel and I was not surprise hearing the answer no as 3 stars hotel usually do not have one provided. The duty manager, Indra (I hope I get the name right) overheard our conversation and came over to attend to us. He mentioned that it is a good idea to have one at the hotel for guest and went off to buy one for our use. The one he bought is also suitable for a one month old as it comes with an adapter for the baby to lie on. I am truly impressed as my boy gets to have a sweet bath at the hotel. The manager also heard from us that we are holding a full month celebration for our boy and hence gave us the possibility of a late check out. With 3 young kids, we truly appreciate these check out as we do not need to hurry so much after the event to pack our bag. During the stay, we realized that the room are always tidied up and we also had our bar replenished (which we didn’t expect too) As for the full month celebration, we were truly astonished with the setup and decoration put up by the staff. Many of my guests also complimented the food served as the food was placed on induction cooker and the food were all warm and delicious. The head chef and director of sales also came down before the start of the event to ensure that everything is in place. This is true teamwork of the management and staff. I really have to say that the celebration is truly value for $ and I will definitely recommend it to others looking for a function to be held. Initially I was a little apprehensive about staying and holding the celebration at ibis but ibis has truly show me that a 3 star hotel can have a 6 star service! Thank you everyone for the great stay and celebration !

My experience is that I just paid for a 3-star hotel in Singapore with amenities equivalent to that of a 1-star hotel anywhere in the world. The tissue papers, toothbrush and slippers are of very poor quality, the types you mostly see in rundown motels, NOT in Singapore. Okay, Ibis is a relatively cheap hotel (S$166/day) but for a few dollars, this hotel could have provided their guests with reasonably good toiletries. Also, their restaurant is a bit overpriced ( I spent S$38 for a bowl Laksa and spring rolls). So you better go out and you can get real good food for around S$20 outside or even <$10 if you go to a Hawker.

« A Short Business Stay In Singapore »

I booked into the Ibis because of it's location, which is close to our offices in Singapore. Although I am familiar with the brand I expected a &quot;budget hotel&quot; experience. I was however made feel at home (and important) from the moment I checked in until I checked out. The room was large, had an excellent work space and had everything (and more) that a traveller could expect. The property was clean and the complimentary breakfast provided a wide variety of dishes to suit a wide variety of guests - and I got what I wanted for breakfast as well. Whatever issues I had was dealt with quickly, professionally and did not distract from enjoying my stay.

overall experience was satisfactory. Toilet items were of substandard. Shaving Kit was cheap and blunt. There was no moisturizer. Breakfast was good.

« Adequately relaxing and complete stay »

We have no complaints as the stay as comfortable , room was clean and adequate for our short stay. Indeed an oasis in the busy part of the city, always a good 2nd home to come back to. I need to highlight the bed in the room we were given was huge and extremely comfortable. Hopefully this is the new standard bed to expect in all my future returns too. Only feedback was the room safe was not functioning , we had highlighted to front office but it was not rectified during my stay. Overall a good experience , and love using my points to redeem stays. Will return again and again for sure...

Good location, room size is smaller than I thought. Breakfast is good, plenty of choices. However I disappointed to found out that my handy phone isn't work when I needed. Asked the hotel if they could provide another one and promised to deliver to my room in morning but it never came.
