3rd Time Is A Flop

I have been a regular for 3 months and the 3rd time is a flop. 1. The online check-in does not do anything good. Still I have to wait for my room and card when I reached the check-in counter. 2. Late check-out? I opt for the extra benefits and the staff told me my check-out time is 12pm. I requested for late check-out, but spoken to 3 different staffs, and was given 2pm, 1pm, 2pm/1pm. What a great disappointment. 3. Gave me a room which has problem with the air conditioning, with very stuffy room and just in front of the lift lobby, and I had to request for a change of room. 4. Counter staff programmed one of my room card incorrectly and I have to run up and down to get the card rectified. 5. The counter staff did not brief me on the breakfast timing, mini fridge complimentary, etc. 6. Ants are seen in the first room they gave me. I am going to shift my stay else where if the services rendered to regulars does not improve.

I would like to say Vicky, who works at the hotel I stayed, is a fantastic staff. She fixed my breakfast problem and gave me satisfying explanation of my questions. She is very efficient and professional. Ibis is lucky to have her to work here.

We arrived in Singapore early from an overnight flight from Europe so we were very happy when staff were able to find a room for us by 10am. Unfortunately when we went to bed at about 11 am, we found the mattress was wet! We alerted staff who quickly found us another room. Staff were also happy to give us what we needed in the way of a sheet to replace the doona which we find too hot to sleep under. So thank you to everyone for being so helpful to tired travellers.

Overall experience was satisfactory. Would have liked gym access too, it was a shame that you'd to be part of special club. Good buffet breakfast with lots of variety, although coffee was inadequate.

had been staying in Ibis several times. comfortable and clean room tho room is not that spacious, only comment is that need to request for face towels and slippers good location , easy to get around overall good stay

I choose Ibis, because of my accors member benefit provides free breakfast for all pax registered at booking. However it will be better if they could also provides room upgrade with portable mobile phones included, seems like we have to indicate it upon booking instead being offered whenever possible. The room is Ibis styles, small but have sufficient space to open wide your 26" luggage. Both bed and bathroom are very clean. They could manage to provides connecting rooms as requested. Breakfast has many variety of food: western, indian, japanese, chinese and kimchi. The coffee and croissant are great. The location is perfect, near to bugis street and all landmarks. Since there're 4 of us, grab costs me around 6-7 sgd to orchard, vivocity, etc. Lots of food to choose nearby hotel as well as 7 eleven attach to the hotel. It will be great if hotel could asked some fines to the one smoking at non smoking floor. Sometimes brief cigarette smoke could be smelled from the AC.
