Very good experience overall. Satisfactory breakfast but would need to improve the bakery items (croissants, chocolate croissants) which were served soft and not presented nicely (more cantine style than restaurant.

once a year I always stay in Ibis Bencoolen when I'm visit Singapore. But this time my check in experience didnt smooth as previously. Even I did online check in with before noon arrive option, I need to wait 1 hour when I came at 2 PM. I travel with my 3 years old kid that need to nap, so this is not a good experience for me even they gave me extra welcome drink voucher as apology.

Clean, great location, amazing breakfast buffet. My favorite thing was the "courtesy room": our flight was leaving late in the evening, so after an all day of sightseeing when we were picking up our luggage, the hotel gave us a "courtesy room" for half an hour to take a quick shower and change before heading to the airport. That made all the difference! Amazingly helpful staff.

Everything worked as expected. There was an issue where one room card stopped working after 1 day - the young man on reception dealt with the problem quickly and without hassle. Breakfast on Sunday was a shambles, no cups or spoons and 1 million peope - but not unexpected on a Sunday

My stay in Ibis Bencoolen is also exceptional. I have been staying in this hotel from 2013 to present. Sometimes once or twice a year. I would like to commend the following: 1. Early Check in/ Late Check out ( guaranteed by Resident Manager thru email ) and relayed to Front Desk Officers 2. Accomodating Hotel Staff 3. Welcome drinks served 4. Sheets and Towels also fresh Items for improvement: 1. Hope that there's complimentary water bottle in the room. Reusable bottles at the Lobby Bar , always out of stock. 2. Was staying at 1314. The lock ( double lock) aint fit at the door. Hence, we only rely on the door lock. I felt unsafe. But I am sure that security is okay, still i have a different feeling with my 3 nights stay. 3. Forex Machine aint functioning 4. Priority Check out / Check In not available tthat time. Arrived 11am.

Room is okay, clean and well kept however only available was smoking room which we had no choice since receptionist strictly said wait until 2 pm for the next non smoking room to be available although we arrived at 12pm. The shower head holder was faulty and cannot hold on to shower head. The neighbouring room was very noisy and kept slamming their doors or that the doors closes with loud sound. It kept me tired in the morning and spoiled my day as I was having an important appointment. I hope you could improve and I will be glad to return end year. Thank you.
