We really enjoy staying at Brandon Hall Hotel, we have stayed quite a few times now. We like the ambience, the facilities, the spacious rooms, comfortable beds and the friendly, helpful staff. It is also well situated, being in a quiet location but within easy access to Coventry, Rugby and other towns.

The usual high standards of service from hotel staff. Hotel undergoing some refurbishments with very little disruption to guests, some minor issues should be corrected on completion. Refurbished rooms a big improvement.

Every element of our stay was wonderful. The hotel was immaculate, the room was perfect, the bar and food was great and the gym/pool facilties were also great. All staff that I encountered were professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Nice looking venue - comfortable feel but bar service way too slow and difficult during “Killing Game” evening to obtain drinks. Tap in room so strong it watered your crotch, toilet too close to sink & no shelving for bathroom bits.

Apart from one problem the hotel was gorgeous. My wife fell getting out of the bath/shower hitting her head and bruising her leg quite badly. I didn’t realise myself how badly until the bruising came out a couple of days later. Saying that we would still like to return and make better use of the facilities

Having stayed at the hotel many times we are now very familiar with all aspects. The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment which is managed with very little disruption to guests. Rooms are a big improvement but a few minor issues exist which presumably will be corrected on completion of snagging.

Stay with you most weeks and always enjoy it but the last time I was with you the mattress was really old and you could feel the springs.... please get it changed before someone else gets subjected to a night with no sleep!! I think it was room 44.

The pool area was lovely, the staff were lovely and our evening meal was lovely, however sat outside the bar area in the sunshine was marred by the constant drilling/banging noise from the reception area where the flooring was being replaced. We had a late check out the next day and I had especially requested the bridal suite that my husband and I stayed in when we married at the hotel in 2014. Unfortunately the suite is directly above the reception area so we were woken by this horrendous continuous noise the following morning, which persisted throughout our whole stay. If we had of known I would have rearranged the stay as it was to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. At the very least we would have happily moved rooms if we had of been informed of the refurbishment work and the close proximity that it was in relation to our suite. Nobody informed us that breakfast was only served until 09:30, as we had a late check out I phoned reception to arrange for room service breakfast at approximately 10:20 which I would have happily paid for only to be informed that breakfast finished at 09:30. Sadly our stay was ruined, I was so looking forward to this celebration for my husband, returning to where we have so many fond memories of our wedding day.

The service and staff were incredible, the hotel itself is amazing and the meals were ok. Only comment I would have otherwise is that I payed for a double room and was put in a twin room which was disappointing. Otherwise it was lovely.

I booked and paid for a feature room expecting something quite special. It was just an ordinary room with a couple of chairs. It was not at all what I would expect for a feature room. It was very disappointing for myself and my partner. We were present for a murder mystery dinner which was excellent. We stayed 2 nights but were not offered an]y discount in conjunction with the dinner
