Though not in the heart of all of the main attractions that Vienna has to offer, it is centrally located and easy to get from place to place by taxi, uber or public transit. The hotel is magnificent. Our room was an all white suite with commanding views of the Prader Amusement Park and iconic ferris wheel and a sweep across an interesting skyscape of the city. The daily room upkeep was meticulous. The bed, comfortable and roomy. The hotel prides itself on style and service. With one minor exception at check in, service was impeccable. I hasten to add that when it was brought to the attention of hotel management, they responded quickly. A suggestion is that staff be more cognizant of the needs of arriving weary travelers and do a bit more to accommodate. This hotel is highly recommended and we would return next time we are in Vienna.

Great rooms with exceptional views. Service was top notch. Food was excellent...especially the breakfast buffet. The hotel was walking distance to all the main attractions of Vienna. Their staff learned your name and called you by name every time they saw you making the experience even more personal. The laundry was done beautifully and delivered earlier than promised. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

It was very nice, but the personal had slowly reaction in solving my requests - I had to call for 4 times at the reception to turn off the air conditioner.

Coordinate the late check out with the room cleaning services. We mentioned to front counter about the late check out and had agreed to 1pm check out. The cleaning services came into the room twice without knocking (or we couldn’t hear it) before our check out time.

Delighted with our room and especially the dining room at breakfast the manager is helping all the rest of the team member running off their feet. The dining room manager welcome guest with a big smile and fashion attire does make the start of the day very pleasant and enjoyable.

I was very satisfied with the reservations team. They were top notch, as was the breakfast. That said, the room counters/ desk were not entirely clean and in the bathroom, I found previous guest's hair in the tub and the shower when i first checked in. Another ding (hence my rating of 8 out of 10, as opposed to 10/10) was that I never had much luck trying to call housekeeping or front desk on the phone. No one ever answered and extra towels, etc, had to be arranged via in person request in the lobby. Other than that, the room was very spacious with a great view.

Staff are amazing especially the concierge. Hotel is clearly not made for peace and tranquility. We had to change room twice and we lost our kindle in all the the turmoil. The stumping from above and the loud noise from neighbors. Also, being platinum, you should get welcome drink coupon, was forgotten. Truly expected more with my wife and my 1 year old son, than to have to change room with all the troubles it bring and lost of a kindle. Furthermore, nothing was done from the hotel part to compensate our 2 night out of 4 that was ruined.

Overall experience is very good. The only comments are that there were only five coat hangers in the wardrobe and I asked Reception for more but they never came, and that the cover of the shower tap was broken when we checked in and I told Reception but it was not fixed. We stayed for only 2 nights so maybe staff did not get round to it about the tap but bringing more coat hangers should be easy enough. Tea bags provided in the room are not of top quality, especially the English breakfast tea which is quite bitter.

Overall I see the effort taken to improve customer satisfaction. Starting from user-friendly check-in procedure to ensuring a good stay. This time, I was given a room, which was designed for handicaped people. Meaning, no bathtube and everywhere handle bars in the room. The receptionist should know, which type of rooms are assigned to which type of customers.

Due to official requirements we need a certain number of rooms for disabled persons in which we accommodate guests all-the-year. Besides, it is regrettable that the arrival experience wasn’t up to the mark. Our Welcome Manager has been informed and he will take the nessesary measures to improve the quality of service. The further provision of your credit card was caused by your upcoming stay with us on the 8th of August. For an online check in request our system asks every single time again for the credit card details. I apologize for the inconveniences caused, nevertheless we hope to welcome you back at SO/ Vienna. Staff was not friendly and helpful. Was totally neglect as a platinum member. Was not advise of parking over the weekend is free and was told the parking charges. Welcome drink was only given one and have to request for it. No room upgrade and no late check out. Although the hotel room has very nice view of the city. But overall service was below expectation.

We will improve our communication in this regard in order to prevent this from happening in the future. The room was great, as always. The service was mostly excellent, but we thought the chef might be on vacation. The breakfasts we ordered from room service were not the usual quality, and once we had to send it back because it tasted bad. The spa was also great--we always enjoy it.

I take my hat off to you. Fromthe minute we walked into the hotel to the minute we left it was outstanding all the way. The rooms view was breathtaking and the room itself was very chic. All the little extras made it very special. The breakfast was exceptional and the way it was executed was the best ever.
