Terrible service, sterile rooms

Overall very disappointing - dont know how this hotel has 5 stars. The rooms are sterile looking like a hospital and cheaply made. We asked to borrow scissors and they told us we could only have them for 2 minutes (at 23.00 in the evening) and then took 35 minutes to bring them to the room. Room service takes a long time.

The stay was fine. The service excellent especially Tomas one of the concierges who should be recognized. The work space in the room was not great for the space to spread out or the chair. The room seemed a bit old and the extreme minimalist design not so soft or appealing. The electrical sockets were purely European and required adapters.

Well located, good staff but fail to follow up

Most things are well. Front desk staff good. Asked to fix A/C three times during stay but nothing get fixed. Front desk staff promised immediate fix every time and promised to give new rooms - no fix, no new room. A/C was so hot during stay.

4 night stay for sightseeing visit to Vienna. Excellent breakfast in the top floor restaurant fantastic views with complimentary sunglasses on hand in sun rise is too bright.
