I have stayed in many hotels in over 40 years business travel worldwide. I have also stayed in many Novotel Hotels and this without doubt is the worst I have stayed in. There is no lounge to sit in and the bed was the worst I have ever slept in for what is supposed to be a 4* hotel.

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was in the room, there was nothing to put our suitcases on like they have in the Ibis Hotel. Had to put them on the floor. This was the only thing I noticed every thing else was all excellent.

« You have to pay for internet, that is absolutely ridiculous »

We were in the hotel for less than 12 hours, still had to pay $10 for internet. I have never payed for internet at a hotel, ever!

As your booking came via a third party travel agent, your membership was not linked to the booking and therefore complimentary wifi was not activated. We have now refunded your visa card for this cost. Please note it can take up to 7-10 working days for the funds to be shown back in your account. « Staff were brilliant but the room was very very average. »

Room was not comfortable. Bathroom was too small and the hand basin in the main room looked like an add on. However staff were very accommodating and Ross was terrific. Our rail tour had been cancelled and he went above and beyond to help get us to our next destination. Well done Ross.
