Short. Check in process was extremely slow and labour intensive. Guess was new staff member Check in seemed to have trouble finding one of our bookings when all booked together. Bad room locations (architects fault) My first room was right next to the lift and I am a light sleeper the 'ding' of the elevators should be muted,> I tried to call reception (from my room phone) and it rang out three times to ask for a room move. Not good in an emergency as no default to another phone that was not busy, surely it could be defaulted to reservations/back of house/duty manager . Eventually I went down stairs to complete. It was reeolved. The Assistant manager, gave us a great recommendation for restaurant. Shower on the first night - could not regulate the temperature it was scolding hot or cold. It was ok on other days. Why is the room temp set to 15 degrees when it is 9 degrees outside. the room was freezing and was turned down to 15 when room serviced. IT must be a standard op procedure too cold in winter months.

From reading your review this is the total opposite in what we set out to achieve each and every day with our guest. From your booking that we could not find, to our breakfast and the room temperature. Enjoyed the ease in which the staff assisted with all our needs - which were a little chaotic and time based. They reminded me how good it is to have staff who know how to take care of your needs and make your time stress free. The overall experience was really calm, smooth and relaxing. I will definitely be visiting again. A clean, professional and friendly environment.

Check in was easy, breakfast was good however I believe the checkin process was a bit dodgy. I was quoted my rate and charged upon checkin and told this included buffet breakfast. Upon check out I was advises it actually did not include breakfast and we now had to pay. I think the staff were being a little dishonest and taking advantage of business travelers - likely to just pay and not argue.

The hotel room was as described, the buffet breakfast was really nice. The let down was how the room had been presented. There was hair in the bathroom and stuck on the wall where the sink was. I find this unacceptable.

We checked in late at night after a flight from Australia and the staff were friendly and made check in easy. Buffet breakfast the next morning was excellent before a smooth and easy check out.
