Staff were all friendly and attentaive, spacious room with lovely large bed but the base was too big and we both crashed into it as it stuck out, coffee machine had no milk frother abd the instructions do not tell you to add water. The mini bar had no priceing for contents makeig it hard to decide weather to purchase. shower over a deep bath was hard to get in and out with bad hip, would not have booked room had we realised this. room service was good with reasonable priced tasty meals. The airconditioning unit was very noisy

All the staff that I dealt with during my stay were fantastic, special mention to the staff that were on on Saturday afternoon (around 1pm). When I picked up my suitcase that was being held I had got wet from the rain, and they got me a towel to dry off. The concierge was fantastic, and we had a good chat while I waited for my airport shuttle to pick me up. All round a fantastic stay. The room was great, and I had a view of the city which was nice. Too bad I couldn't have stayed longer, and I will definitely be back!

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were hoping for a high level experience with room quality. The room did not meet our expectations which I thought would have, given the tariff. No seating in the room apart from a desk chair. Generally, it was a average room that I would have expected in a lower level hotel. The TV remote did not work although the staff were helpful in getting the matter rectified. Poor fan in the bathroom...only 2 towels supplied. Central fan system extremely noisy

Good other than felt rushed with our dinner from the gentleman who wanted to get our payment made. He didn't give me a chance to explain how I wanted the bill made up. We had invited friends to come dine with us at your hotel that we stay at often ( for us ) .

We thoughly enjoyed our stay at the Novotel. Our only (and big) complaint is the getting to the hotel. We were driving and had no idea where to park the car when we booked in and got our bags out of the car. No signs to say where to go, and couldn’t believe we were not able to drive up to the door. The next day I happened to go back to the hotel by taxi.....the taxi driver was very apologetic that he had to drop me off in the pouring rain , not at the door .

I love the fact that the hotel is located in the heart of city center and most attractions are walkable distance from the hotel. Service can be improve at the front desk, though Herbert (Assistant Manager) was very friendly and helpful right from my check in and during my stay. Nice view of the city from my room, but the design of the room looks pretty dated and probably a refresh in the design would be great. Overall it was a good stay.
