The service is very good, the Room is clean, the breakfast is very good and the hotel is excellent. The reception is very respectful and appreciated to all people. Mohamed and Franso helped me in things that made me grateful to them and I want to thank them very much. They work very well in the hotel also when saw them they have good smile that made happy to stay in the hotel and happy when I saw them. My suggestion is to improve the items available for breakfast, maybe more fresh fruits and breads.

habitué de cet hôtel, je constate une nette progression qualitative du buffet petit déjeuner, particulièrement en proposant une offre diversifiée de fruits d'excellente qualité.I am used to book a room in that hotel. My booking was messed up, reception staff needs a refresher course in customer service, Maintenance Manager & F&B Managers are the shining stars really at this property. Mis Nezah at the restaurant is another thing star - where as reception and housekeeping let me down.I had booked the room with extra amenities which included a guaranteed check in at 10am. I arrived after 1pm no room had bee allocated for me, nor was the room ready with any of the extra items I had paid for. When I asked at the reception when this would be done I was given a short reply by Miss Ross 'in an hour or so' to which I replied 'that means I can not go to sleep until that has been done'.The next challenge was to locate a double adaptor for my computer. I don't know if I just caught a bad day, I asked housekeeping, was informed that they don't have, asked the same Miss Ross is well and was brushed of by her too. At that time I had enough, and stated 'this hotel has o double adaptor for a two pin plug? Mr Abdhula, I think I got his name right, in passing overheard this and asked if he could come to the room and see the problem, which we did. He sorted it out by providing me with an extension cord. No that I call service.In the evening I had a meal at the restaurant ordered a steak medium, received in well done. when paying the bill I informed Ms Nezah about it, she apologised, and more importantly she passed the information on because Ms Arlene call my room a short while later.Breakfast was fantastic, a lot of choices and super service. That Evening Ms Arlene made sure that everything worked well came to chat with me and I left the Restaurant with a good impression.I checked out at 1am on the 6th of September, asked the person duty for a special deal on my return leg from South Africa to India. Early check in at 6am on the 4th of October and check also on the 4th of October at 11am. I was informed he would check and send me an email the next day. today is the 10th of September and still nothing, therefore my impression of the front of the house is shocking.

It was so bad and I am disappointed of how dose this hotel treated me. I check in and stayed only for 14 minuets and due to personal reasons I was forced to leave the hotel. Contacted the front desk at least to return the money back but they didn’t!!

It is nice hotel, no doubt. close to my office as well. Hotel must need to change the spellings of Makkah instead of mecca. The city names must be written according to gazetted list of cities of the country.

« Overall good experience for the value »

Nothing to complain about, overall good experience in Ibis every time. I have been staying there for last 3 months for business trips and am planning to continue until December. Staff is very polite and pleasant. Restaurant service is good. Taxi drivers that are sitting in the lobby not so much - I believe I was ripped off for a 5 minute drive and taxi driver wasn't able to provide a receipt that I had to claim. I won't be using the drivers in the lobby anymore.

It was a short stay, as i was there only for one night and left early the next day, i noticed somethings missing that need to be there in a business hotel. These are always available in other IBIS i have stayed in.
