« Very difficult to get an iron box and even if you get such a poor quality one even without basic steaming option »

There are minimum standards which we expect from a hotel especially like ibis .. Very difficult to get an iron box and even if you get such a poor quality one even without basic steaming option.. Such a poor quality iron box and table that it will spoil your dress... Almost all hotels in Oman keep this in room or atleast have a decent one which is provided immediately . Especially on your business trip this is totally annoying .

The fridge didn't work, the keys initially didn't work until I went back to the reception for the third time, and the parking was always full during the day because non guests park there (in the evening, there was plenty of space)

perfect stay for an overnight in Muscat. Not to far from the airport. Clean, friendly, perfect. The right place to be. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good value for a city not so cheap. Surrounding infrastructure is improving.

Couldn't complain about anything during my stay. Staff was friendly, check in and check out smooth, restaurant staff very friendly as well. The only thing this hotel is missing is a swimming pool for relaxing after work, as I was on a business trip.
