High standard Ibis Hotel , much better than in Europe. Rooms are rather Mercure style. Large shopping malls in the area, supermarket very close by. Very clean rooms, no noise in my room. Can't say anything about the gym. Breakfast is standard as one can expect in an international chain. Free parking advertised (which I did not use)

Checked in late night - given an available room but very next day was changed to a room of my choice. Exceptional courtesy from all especially Mohammed at the front desk and Maria the Front Office Manager. Was allowed a late check-out in a very professional way. Restaurant staff uniformly friendly. Will stay again.

I am used to stay at Ibis Hotels when I travel for work and they are usually very nice. This one is making my appreciation lower as I found lower quality in many things. I couldn't rest propertly because it was very noisy, housekeeping and neighboors, you can hear it all. Also there were some constructions going close to Ibis and they started before 6am with hammers… Breakfast was not that good, like some croissants look like from the day before.. Staff at the desk was fine. But they have to improve all this to stay in my consideration as Ibis Kuwait or Dubai...

Couldn't expect much from budget Hotel category. Everything was available as needed. Staff was extremely helpful. At the Reception and the Restaurant. The only thing which wasnt working properly was the AC. Needs an improvement being an Accor Brand.

Rooms are OK. Amenity kits you don't get in the room need to check with reception for availability [no body lotion :-( ]. Breakfast is good.

Excellent deserves to stay whenever you go to Muscat and the perfumes and smells of high everywhere in the corners of the hotel and the hotel is new and the furniture is modern and very appropriate in terms of price as well. A beautiful and clean hotel and a place of magnificence and close to the mullahs and clean and the staff very friendly and very great. The beds were very comfortable and the staff treated was excellent. It was a great experience. The reception staff was professional and helpful as a 4 star hotel. It was just a night stay arriving late night and checking out next morning and the room is facilitated with an air-conditioner which has noisy fans. Called for assistance and no on turned on. Have to sleep the night without A/C and noise was EXTREMELY DISTURBING.

We have been using the Ibis for our teams and coaches for two years now. The experience we have had have always been great. We will continue to use the Ibis for our school as well as coaches. Room setup was acceptable and the same applies for breakfast buffet, house keeping was not good as they didn't clean the bathroom properly as it should be. Location is good as it has easy access to Sultan Qaboos road, the area around the hotel is full of restaurants of all sorts which makes is easy to have a quick bite.
