It was just a night stay arriving late night and checking out next morning and the room is facilitated with an air-conditioner which has noisy fans. Called for assistance and no on turned on. Have to sleep the night without A/C and noise was EXTREMELY DISTURBING.

Room setup was acceptable and the same applies for breakfast buffet, house keeping was not good as they didn't clean the bathroom properly as it should be. Location is good as it has easy access to Sultan Qaboos road, the area around the hotel is full of restaurants of all sorts which makes is easy to have a quick bite.

Ibis is good place to stay like any other standards hotels. It has basic amenities and good service. Breakfast menu needs to reloaded and shuffled in better way and it’s not worth compare to my stay in other places

Restaurant is good and staff at Restaurant are well disciplined and attentive. At Reception they started talking from Checkout timing, and Said can not get any extension of the stay because of weekend. I felt This is bit awkward. Once requested for drinking water they took more than half an hour deliver. Hence need to improve in those aspects.

From check in to check out - all my needs were attended to, nothing was too much trouble. Changing rooms, booking tables in the restaurant, providing meeting facilities, etc. I happen to mention to the restaurant manager that I liked the pen I was signing my bill with - he insisted I take it ! A small gesture like that stays with a guest for a long time - highly recommended.
