« Staff kind but quality of room's floor & cleanliness was under expectation »

I noticed that reception team needs training to know deeply the Accor application & how to deal with a customer who booked using rewards points, they need to know the difference between what the customer has paid with the rewards pints & what the customer has to pay upon check-in. The floor quality in the room I've been has cracks & I noticed that when they clean they don't use detergent because my feet turned to black (durty) I had to use shows.

Secondly,we need to explain that before your arrival ,you used some of your rewards points for a single room ,that was your initial booking .and once at the hotel you changed your booking from single room to double room ( two personnes) ,and unfortunately the different amount that should you paid has been changed. thirdly,i am sorry to hear the rooms were not up to the standard you have come to expect from us.i have addressed this with our housekeeping staff to ensure this won't happen again. As an usual customer to ibis hotels all over the world This is the fist time happened to me, when i was working in my room two cleaning ladies knocked my door in order to clean the room i told them iam inside the room still working and one of them told me but this is your departure day (it was only 09h00 A.M) i said i'm sorry the check out is supposed to be at 12h00 not at 09H00 and you are disturbing me right now because i was working and you don't have to tell me this with such away; i got angry and i stopped everything and i went to the reception for complainig; really a very bad experience.....

Dear Responsible, I believe that's Better to have something to drink in the room, even a water bottle was not available at my arrival, people came from trips and needs at least to drink water after a good bath. Thank you for your understand.

The quality of service in Ibis hotels is pretty standard: clean, comfortable, but with no trace of charm. However, in this case there was a distinct lack of professionalism: the bar was badly stocked (poor selection of spirits, no white wine, no tonic water, and sometimes no ice); the reception desk was unable to organise a taxi for 8 a.m. ("we work with one driver and he's busy").

This is my second stay in this hotel. Was here also about 6 months ago for business reasons. What concerns the rooms, this IBIS is like any IBIS on this planet I have been. I liked the breakfast and diner buffet. But I noticed one time that the employee, when I had to pay for the buffet didn't have an idea of the different options and prices, when not using a complete buffet. Except one other hotel in Tlemcen, this is the only place where alcohol is legally sold in the bar or restaurant. When you don't speak French or Arabic, it might be difficult to communicate with the people working in the bar and restaurant.

For businesses reasons I stayed in this hotel for a period of almost 5 weeks during the month September and October 2015. What concerns the restaurant, I have no complains. The food quality and variety it's above the average compared with other IBIS hotels. The only "minus" if the service in the bar. There is not enough staff in the evening to serve the guests. Most of the times, I had to ask several times before my drink was served and it looked often that locals were helped much faster than the hotel guests.
