The hotel near by train station and close to the old city and Cornish, the rooms features not at the level of other Ibis i use to stay even no water to drink in the room and hotel bath amenities,. I use to stay in Ibis Europe Morocco (marrakech) but for 15 hrs i have to stay near by train and very slow WiFi over all ok

normally, I am giving a welcome drink and two bottles of water at every ibis I stay, but did not receive this at this hotel, nor there was any provision for drinking water in the room.

I have stayed at this property on numerous occasions. It is within walking distance of the Port, Port Train Station, Medina, and a number of good restaurants and cafes. It is not 'plush'...beds are firm but comfortable and pillows are good. The hotel can be noisy due to the the nearby train station and construction/traffic...especially if you want to open the window. Breakfast buffet is good, not great, but reasonable and something I do include with my room. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I've stayed at this property a number of times. This is a good 'business man's' hotel, not really upscale. It has all the essentials, like good WIFI and a very nice breakfast. You can get rooms with breakfast included or not, as you wish. It is very convenient to the Casa Port train station, the Medina and some very good local restaurants - all within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. For example, I traveled from Casablanca to Fes for two days and the hotel gladly stored my large suitcase securely for me until my return. Because of the nearby road construction, the rooms facing the train station can be noise if you open the window. This will be the case for the next few months until the construction is finished...these would be the even numbered rooms on each floor right now.

« VERY BAD, SO BAD, DON'T GO THERE! »

Very bad IBIS hotel, the stuff is rude, very unpleasant and without smile!. As Platinum member of Accor Club, I was waiting 5 minutes to see me at the Priority Desk, room was very dirty, glass for the water as well. The price of the hotel is very high, and the service is so low like in budget hotel. I cannot say even one positive word for this hotel!

I stayed in your hotel in Casablanca and Marakesh. The experience with rooms and service were fine with the exception of the breakfast, which has a large impact on a persons start to the day. The eggs served at both hotels sat in a pool of water every day and was a mess.. Your coffee machines did not work well and the coffee beans were cheep producing horrible coffee. THESE ARE SIMPLE FIXES that would produce much more happiness for your guests and a good memory of their stay! It is too bad that I would not choose to stay again just because of these items.. A small change like this would produce a good memory for your guests. I saw and heard many guests say the same thing.. What will they do in the future ?? The check-in experience was my worst at numerous Ibis stays. However everything else at the hotel was good. The bartender was great and the checkout staff and other staff were very helpful.

After missing my flight, checking for alternative options, and my phone battery dying at the airport, I had to head back to Casablanca to get a hotel for another 2 nights. I knew Sofitel, Novotel and ibis are located next door, so I took a taxi there. I arrived at 5 am in the morning. To keep the additional costs low, I decided to check into ibis (which had availability as I checked at the airport before my cell phone died off). The welcome was no welcome, the staff was rude and rejecting to do anything to help me. I explained the above situation, asked for a room and presented my (Platinum) membership card. After being ignored for a while (other guests were 'served'), I told the receptionist that I still need a room with immediate effect. He told me I have to give him the dates of my request, and I repeated 'from now to Sunday morning. He still insisted in the dates which I was not able to give as there was no calendar and my cell phone battery had died. He again ignored me and 'served' other guests in the same rude way. I was just too tired to deal any longer with a person like that. So I asked to use the business corner to book the room myself directly on the accor homepage. He should please switch on the light because that corner was in darkness. He again ignored my friendly wish. When getting used to the darkness, I realized that another hotel staff person (security?) was sleeping on a sofa next to me… I anyway somehow managed to log in and book one of the better level rooms without any issues besides the bad (almost no) light. As usual, I received the immediate confirmation. Having that completed, I went back to the receptionist for check-in. He again ignored me, which forced me to ask for his manager. Again, no answer, no obvious action for a couple of minutes. I told him I would wait exactly 5 minutes outside for his manager to show up, and went out. I needed some fresh air... Of course, it took more than 10 minutes until the manager from the neighbored Novotel showed up. I patiently explained my situation and the ibis front desk 'service' again and made clear, that I was just looking for a bed now after I wasted around one hour without any success. The manager was very understanding and checked me in within 5 minutes. The rest of the stay was as expected from room quality, cleanliness and comfort perspective. Nothing special, noting too bad. Room: worth to pay a bit more for a better room - everything renovated and better quality. Breakfast: low quality self service, dirty, sticky tables - skip it! General equipment: outdated and overused. Service: terrible. Price: ok only because of the location.

Very good stay, but the ironing board was missing. Please buy some for business travellers so they can adjust their jacket for business mettings.This hotel is very good located and has a good environment.Wish the best for the team.
