I am a frequent visitor (and Accor Gold member) to this hotel. The previous trip was absolutely terrible due to booking and bad communications with the reservation department (or perhaps an issue with the Accor APP). In any event, this time around the hotel has completed the renovations and the service was great. I sincerely hope that the same level of service is maintained going forward.

The first impression was bad enough. I could not find a proper entrance for people to walk in. It's heavily guarded like a government establishment. It's quite typical Chinese managed hotel. One more funny thing is that the lifts do not help those who wanted to go to the 25th executive floor. Only the right 2 can access the 25/F but if they don't come to the floor, they don't. No matter how many times you press the lift call key. Only the left 2 lifts might come and the right two keeps on going down to the basement only. Quite angry if you are in a hurry.

My favorite in Shenzhen, so many good things can be said about this hotel. First it is near the Zhuzilin Metro station which makes moving around Shenzhen very easy. This is a big hotel with many rooms and have a wide diversity in room types. I have stayed in many different room types and had a pleasant stay. The staff is well trained and service minded. On this occasion I was arriving very early in the morning and they did not have my room type available so I got an upgrade so that I could get my room early, which was very much appreciated after a night flight. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel this trip, but had some snacks in the lounge on the top floor, the lounge food have been improved from before. They have Gym, indoor swimming pool, restaurants and more, so you will not miss a thing here! Looking forward to come back again!

The location I will say the highlight of our stay. It is easily accesible with the line 1 of the Metro in Zhuzilin exit B2. My main motive was leisure, so was a bit disappointed by the pool, it definitely needs a bit of uplifting. Service was good, had issues with the first room assigned which had a lot of smoke, eventhough the property is labelled as non-smoking, the staff were prompt to send the new keys to my room and eventually everything was good. Other than that, I recommend the hotel if you are looking for a good location and expect to use the metro a lot.

Staff are polite. The double-bed room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is just next to the underground metro. However, there is nothing to see around the hotel so we need to take the metro undoubtedly.
