Good location. Lots of restaurants and bars near hotel. Nice clean room. Good selection of television channels. Tooth brush is not complimentary in the toilet amenities. Lobby lounge not opened for drinks in the afternoon during my stays.

Beautiful ocean view was very impressed. Room was large bed was comfortable. Easy to access market and restaurant. Staff was very kind. But we could not adjust temperature when I feel like hot. If we visit Pusan we will stay again . Thank you

« Not at the level of my expectations »

The swimming pool vicinity was not clean. The access to Sauna for hotel guest was expensive. We had to pay for the extra mattress in the room and it was expensive too.

« Decent hotel, good location »

Hotel is in a good location, very central. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Pool and fitness facilities not bad. Disappointed with breakfast - breakfast area felt very cramped and food was not good. Likewise executive lounge. Food/snacks during happy hour were really bad and liquor bottles not changed when they were empty. Not worth the extra money for the lounge access or breakfast.

« Simple but pleasant, just along the beach »

Check in rather late but the process was okay, check out was also okay but the benefits for accor gold is not that great as late check out allowed only up to 2pm although hotel doesn’t seems busy. Still grateful for that tho. Points still not credited. Seems rather slow in this area comparison to other accor hotels.

Good Location close to beach with easy access to beach and mall area.Booked 2 x rooms on the family 2nd room 50% rate to suit family of 4 with 2 small children, on arrival we discovered the rooms were not adjoining so requested change. Moved us to adjoining rooms after one night which was much better. Suggest making clear apon booking if you need adjoining rooms as this is not assumed ...Hotel pool required swimming caps and is all indoorsHotel does not provide beach towelsLandscaping and outside areas are looking tired and weed infestedThere is no in room dining service (room service) which is unusual for a Novatel

« Great for short trips »

We checked in and out no problem, and the hotel location was great. I think there was some miscommunication when I checked in using my passport because I thought I had booked breakfast with my room, but wasn't eligible for the breakfast. Small matter and not a problem at all, I managed to grab a meal at Starbucks.

Breakfast was good. Family oriented Good service with reasonable cost Pool was not so good. Cap and swimimg tube wasn't allowed so kids can't enjoy.

I was pleasantly greeted upon arrival and the hotel is very lovely. I then learned I would be upgraded. The room I received was very much unexpected. The room was beautiful, with the best oceanview. The bed was super comfortable. We loved our room with all the amenities. We had the breakfast buffet the next morning and the food was great. I truly wished I could have stayed longer.

« Great Location & Clean Room, yet requires Pool Amenity improvement »

As always, it is a great hotel with many great memories. I will continue to use this hotel as long as it stays to exist in Haeundae Beach. One thing that I am unsatisfied is how the customers with children use the pool amenity. I believe misbehaved children should be prevented or requested to leave the pool area if they make obscene behaviors as such as screaming/running/interrupting other fellow swimmers. Parents are too nice to their children to allow any behavior while the hotel does not enforce no rules.

It is 250USD hotel and they didnt even provide razor and toothbrush. They charge for all of the basic amenity. What is the point of the 250USD hotel room charge? Everyone knows its so old hotel, and if service is that bad, whats the point staying there?

While it is a comfortable hotel, it is not up to the standard that it should be compared to the price that is charged for rooms. The air conditioning wasn't working in the room, which was a corner room that got a lot of sun, so the temperature was consistently around 27 degrees celcius. The rooms are dated, and could do with an upgrade. The breakfast was ok, but not worth the price charged. The location is great, but I would consider another hotel next time I go to Busan as I don't think the Novotel is good value for money.

Very nice hotel in a great location near the beach and nice big rooms - also convenient for the tour bus. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and an omelette station which was a bonus- overall a nice experience
