« Nice hotel at nice location in Busan »

Spend week end in Busan from CheongJu, we take taxi from Busan train station. Known to the taxi driver. Hotel location is just nice, just walking distance from Haenyundae beach with easy access to pedestrian street, restaurants and cafes. Hotel front desk immediately find our reservation and efficiently process our check in. I have a spacious room with city view. Bell boy is very helpful when we need to take a taxi to Jagalchi fish market. He carefully explain to the taxi driver to ensure we arrive at the destination. Check out is very efficient as well. Nice experince staying at Novotel Ambassador Busan.

To be honest, I thought the ladies at the front desk were the smartest human beings on the planet. They only responded in sarcasm as if they were teaching a toddler. I do not know if they really are the smartest people on the planet, but if they were, I believe they would be more humble and modest to others, or at least try to think of things in the others' shoes.

your staff nevertheless smile with us during stayed First.. Missed communication about e-mail ,because I can't open your PDF files. Second... I asked for help for change about a bigger room, because I booked with contracts rate I knew you will provide a small room but I stay many nights and have two big bags. Third.. After that things I never seen smile form your staff even I leave your hotel Fourth... I under stand this is your traditional to give your customers , never smile! Finally...I think I'm your staff black-list already ha ha.

« Good hotel, but the hotel is old and needs to be updated »

The hotel was fine and good, but not great. It looks old and it needs to be updated. Also, there should be more amentities available because I paid 300,000 원 ($300) each night, instead of charging me 6,000원 ($6) for a razor/shaving cream. Also, it was disappointing that the air conditioner (AC) did not work. It was very uncomfortable.

I spent 5 days in the hotel and I was impressed with the friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was really good. The room itself was very comfortable. The TV options however, only had one or two channels at a time with English speaking shows.

Excellent room Temperature in room was extremely warm (31 degrees c), which we couldn’t control with the air conditioning. However, reception were very helpful and provided a fan. Had they not done that, we would have moved hotel.

The room I stayed in this time did not have a new like some of the rooms I have stayed previous. This bed was much harder. I did not sleep as well. the the shower head in the bedroom was on a sliding post and keep sliding to the bottom. I needed the shower head higher.

Nice hotel, excellent amenities. Excellent breakfast a must in Korea, no really good options on evening food better beer selection would be nice. Entertainment a nice touch, well located for local restaurants travel to destinations on agenda a burden.

While the room was generally comfortable the hotel in general, including many room amenities are showing signs of ware and in some case didn't work. Considering the price of the room better quality was expected.
