But for the coach that stopped and re-ignited the engine directly below our window for the ease of his guests that also stayed in the hotel. The engine was loud and walk us as well was so poluting the air we had to close the window. Not very guest friendly!

The location was very good but was let down by the lack of staff in the evening. After a long drive from Southern Spain, we just wanted a drink in the bar and something to eat. There was only one member of staff who was doing everything. We had to wait 20 minutes for a drink as he was doing 5 meals. He spilt the beer all over me when he eventually served us. The menu was dreadful, not one vegetarian option so I went hungry. Breakfast was chaotic with no room to sit in the restaurant. Very disappointed overall.

This Ibis is the worst Ibis I have stayed at. The floor in the dining area is filthy & needs replacing without delay. At breakfast every single knife was dirty, the waitress did replace them but showed no emotion nor apology. This place is letting your brand down badly. A senior manager should visit incognito & see for himself

Room key did not work, 3 trips from the 5th floor to get sorted out, TV did not work, no soap in the shower dispenser and room maintenance materials left on the balcony. Bar actually ran out of draught beer with no replacement barrels !! Staff however were very nice but would not stay here ot at an Ibis again !

Spent three nights at the Ibis Ciboure. Convenient location, friendly welcome, dog friendly, clean and relatively comfortable. Overall a good experience, but not too happy with the comfort of the 'Sweet Bed' in the room.

Very well appointed hotel and extremely popular with many residents. Very convenient for the gare sncf and both ciboure and st jean de luz. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice choice of food and beverages.

Good efficient staff but we had problems with the toilet which took too long to refill following flushing. We reported the problem in the early evening but it was still a problem when we returned later in the evening. The breakfast was seriously depleted when we tried the self-service buffet for breakfast, all the guests appeared to have at the same time and we understood the problem but we were disappointed.

We spent 3 days enjoying the Basque sunshine, sea and culinary delights The rooms are comfortable even though they are a bit jaded they are clean and the hotel offers an incentive for not have towels and bedding changed every day which is good for the environment We never have breakfast but it looked good The staff were very friendly and extreemely helpful There is offstreet parking included in the price We will come back again

Disappointed that Ibis Ciboure was not as good as Ibis Caen. No tea or coffee making facilities and no cooked breakfast. As there does not appear to be consistency I will have to check what facilities are available at Ibis before Booking. However we did enjoy our stay and found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Good location with few minutes walk to St. Jean de Luz. Staff helpful and friendly. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast good with reasonable choice of items to drink and eat.. Car parking on site available.

We had one of the slightly larger rooms with a small balcony. Having spent other time on our trip in various Ibis styles we noted the room isn't up to the same standard, but only from a style viewpoint. but he bigger space was useful with views over the roofs to the bay. and views in the other direction to watch the locals breakfasting on their balconies.

We had one of the slightly larger with a small balcony and views in two directions. Great location easy to walk over the bridge into the busy St J de L, or stay Ciboure side where it was much quieter.
