Having started for 3 nights for the recent Women’s World Cup we saw that this was an ideal location for a stopover between the Channel Tunnel and the Jura/Black Forest. Comfy bed, clean room, friendly and efficient staff, good parking, accessible from the autoroute, and a good range of simple bar meals. The breakfasts are very good.

The room itself was very nice but it was next to the lift and this was really unpleasant as it was noisy. As a result we didn’t sleep very well.

I was satisfied, room were clean, bed ok, cleaned every day, possible to prepare coffee to takeaway in the morning. Simple changes to improve overall experience: put one or two bottles of water in room, and glasses, basic cosmetics in bathroom. Add something warm for breakfast, i.e. scrambled eggs.

My granddaughter and I stayed at this hotel when we went to the England v Cameroon world cup match. it was just 10 minutes walk from the ground. We had a family room, a bedroom for me and one for my granddaughter. The staff were fantastic. The food menu was limited unfortunately, and the breakfast was great. Bar area was a great place to sit and chat. My granddaughter is 9 and she wants to take mummy and nanny to the hotel, what better recommendation could you have. One minor negative, the air con in our room wasn't great.

Stayed 3 days for WWC game. Rooms very clean and very comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet had a good range and constantly re-stocked. Basic choice of evening meals at the bar but they looked good and sufficient. Secure parking at the back of the hotel. Location great for city centre and football stadium. We will stay here again.

Nice hotel ten minutes from town center ,nice clean bright room good house keeping and friendly reception staff. we stayed here so we could visit our son who lives in the area . It is probably a one or two night stop hotel in the main but we had a six night stop and found it very good.

Quite good stay at your hotel but you have to improve your service to another ibis hotels (at the same level). Especially the bathroom is outdated and the breakfast buffet was still empty with no or very low interest of your kitchen staff.

The rooms are rather noisy. You hear everything, from the neighbour entering or leaving his room to the people smoking and chatting outside your room. The room might need some fresh paint. The 90s are now over. The breakfast room is a mess. Not enough space and tidying up from time to time would be nice.
