« Beautiful hotel, beautiful location »

The service was outstanding, the decor was high end. All modern and fashionable interiors with clear signage from the outside. The only issue we came across was that the room cleaners came so early on our first morning that we missed it and therefore our room wasn’t cleaned on this day. On the second day we got woken up early by the loud housekeeping outside of our room (which went on for about 30 minutes)! Apart from that everything was brilliant, im sure we will be back.

I inadvertently left expensive earbuds in my room after check out and was told that they hadn’t been found but that no other guest had checked-in tonthe room after me.

I had a good experience. The hotel was still relatively quiet considering that it was New Years Eve. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and well kept.

« Excellent service, comfortable room »

We were able to check in early at 12:00am which was much appreciated. Reception staff provided a great service and we were very happy with the room. Only 2 things stop it being a 10/10 experience. 1) the swipe card didn’t work very well and I had to call reception on 2 occasions to let me in the room. 2) we were woken twice in the night by shouting and screaming outside the hotel, sounded like people in the staff car park. This might put me off from booking there again.

Two nights in between Christmas and New Year as a little getaway and the hotel made it a very comfortable and enjoyable trip. Great rooms, very clean and great service from staff in all areas of hotel. Only negative would be the Car Parking situation, although the discount available from hotel validation helped with that.

I was checked into a disabled-access room....and it was great. Normally this type of room prompts guests to walk back to the lobby and demand a move. Not when the shower is a separate large cubicle. Put me there again I say.

Having stayed in many Accor Hotels, to find this little gem was cool and we had good service from all the staff. Breakfast was good. Even with a little issue on the taxi booked, they recovered the situ.

« Perfect city hotel »

Have stayed here twice before and would always come back. The position of the hotel is perfect for the centre of Bristol. Our room was overlooking the river and Bristol Bridge which was lovely. Short walk to bars and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff helpful. Breakfast good. Nothing bad to say about this place

« Fantastic location, room and breakfast »

The hotel is well maintained in a prime location with easy access to local attractions. The rooms are well equipt, spacious and ours had a good view of the waterfront. The breakfast was very good and plentiful, with a range to choose from. However I was very disappointed to find that when returning to our room the floor and entrance way in our room stunk of Marijuana. I did report this to the hotel staff but no action appeared to be taken.

« Unfortunately had to cancel »

As I had to cancel the booking (illness) , I phoned the hotel to check whether I could cancel and get a refund or if not move to another date . The staff member taking the call said she could not make that decision and the Mgr was not back until 27th / 28th. I left my details , however have not heard anything back yet . Booking was for Morgan J. on the 27th Dec.
