it was a good experience still though your lobby furniture needs to be refurbished plus bathrooms are so small and beds mattresses are a bid hard. on the other hand staff are very helpful and well mannered.

« Booked through Accor? Then please re-confirm all conditions of room rate »

If you are an Accor member and booking through Accor website, then I strongly recommend you to send an email after booking, to the hotel and reconfirm what is included and excluded in the room rate. The reason is that this will save you from unnecessary embarrassment at the hotel, when you say for example the breakfast is included, and the manager at restaurant say, no it is not! And then despite you show the papers that your booking includes the breakfast, he will not believe it and will take you to back office only to find out after 5-10 mins that BF was indeed included. Lost time + Embarrassment in front of lots of people. Happened twice. Mercure (in Jan'18) and IBIS (in Feb'18)

I usually stay in Ibis styles in Jumaira, so I thought as this is the same Ibis network it should be the same, but unfortunately it wasn't the same, rooms are samller, bathroom is so small, and the furniture and especially the bed is not that good

Good hotel, location is good, employees are excellent, the room is a little bit small, the AC had a high voice, it is considered as an old hotel not new, there is a comment for not responding to request within 15 minutes as announced, I request Slipper but not found it

Not bad. But not good either. Bathroom was very very very small. No dental kits or other things which I would expect from a hotel at this price. Only thing which was good was the service and staff.

I was in Room 339 dueing 20 - 25 Jan. 2018 I hange the (Please clean my Room) every day from 7 AM to 2 AM. However, when I returned back to room I found it was not cleaned yet! One time, I met the cleaning crew and told them that please clean my room before 2 PM. However, it was repeated again to return-back to my room and found that it was not cleaned yet! Please improve this service.

Satisfying. Staff is extremely helpful, food is good, linen and towels changed regularly. Tv is small and doesnt run easily. Missing few stuff like a safe in the room. Overall it's a good hotel.

Dear Sir, I am currently a Silver member and have been coming regularly to the IBIS chain. I was satisfied with the services in hotel IBIS al Barsha until my last visit in January when during the breakfast buffet, me and my old mother were offended by the restaurant manager who was an old man with a suit and tie telling us that we have been eating since 8:00 am (even though I arrived at around 9:00 am). In any event this man should know that a person can be at a breakfast Buffet any time from 6:30 am till 10:30 am. My mother is an old lady with high blood pressure and cannot tolerate such offense . The action by this man could jeopardize my chance of coming to IBIS al Barsha or any hotel in the Accor Chain.

I am a gold/platinum member and I mostly stay at the Sofitel for short periods. This time I am staying longer so I went for this budget option. While the rooms are small and not greatly maintained the team responsive attitude and great support made a difference, they exceed my expectations especially the ladies in the reception and particularly Vishnu. He really acted with friendly and professional help and I liked his positive energy and interaction with his team. I am staying again next week. From another prospective, I encourage you to invest in maintainanc the rooms smell mouldy and the AC was blowing ash on my bed because of the building up dust and dirt. In addition I suggest to add more options for breakfast as when people stay for longer they get board of the same options every day.
