you cannot expect much in a budget hotel, i understand. but it is weather 1 star or 5 star hotel the main thing and the number one thing that every guest wish they have in every hotels are cleanliness and how the room is properly maintained. i found hair, human skin flake and a line of dirt on our mattress so we called the reception to complain, then we moved to another room, when we were in our new room, i was about to take a bath but no towels were in the toilet and a floor mat (towel) so we called the reception to get us some towels and so the towels arrived with missing floor mat (towel) so i told the guy who delivered the towel to please give me a floor mat then i took a bath, only to found out again that the shampoo was EMPTY! and i am freakin' wet to call the reception again! good thing after some time the guy delivered the floor mat and begged him again to give me shampoo ASAP because i cannot wait for another 10 mins inside the bathroom waiting for the shampoo. (and i dont want to waste my time to complain again about this matter) Clearly, the maintenance of the hotel is soo poor! very poor. very frustrating...

I’m one of 7 people staying in your this property for 6 days. I have changed 3 rooms. First room smoking smell was coming and second they alloted me room exact above your renovation works. I can’t sleep two days properly. After so many calls they changed to onther side. How can a hotel welcome guests with renovation work running eith so much of sounds..??? When asked for refund your receptionist denied. Well this will be our last staying in your hotel. And lastly at night it has changed to very bad place where non guests are walking for business. Yes I’m writing this with no proof as i cannot ask the people if you are guest or not but i can feel that. And my female colleague where feel so unsafe.

Overall experience was pleasant and satisfactory. We came here for the purpose of giving exams which we informed in advance at the reception. Receptionist (Mr. Aniketh) was extremely helpful in allocating us a quiet room and also providing us with another room when there were disturbances due to the renovation work going on in the premises. Whole team of staff (Roshan, Shyam, Suraj) and other reception team was extremely cooperative when ever required.
