IBIS HOTEL AL BARSHA the BEST IBIS HOTEL I stay around the world! Everything is perfect for goodprice aswell in good LOCATION !!! All the staff are so friendly, warm welcome with SMILE! you will not feel homesick if you stay this hotel you will feel like your own room back home.all the people who works here are so nice & kind people they are so helpfull everything you need they will give you from the security JASMIN receptionist MARY & EZY and all the housekeeping always keep my room 544 so CLEAN the boys in 5 Floor! I LOVE TO STAY BACK HERE NEXT VISIT TO DUBAI FOR SURE!!! Cheers great JOB!!!

For some unusual reason room cleaning was done at 21:00 hours on the room across from me which made noise and then the people that were staying across the hallway were also making noise up until 3 AM I was very tired so I just slept through it but it did disturb my sleep.

Bathrooms are like store rooms. towels were torned and dirty on my second day. There was no water kept on second day. bathrooms are so small that an average adult person can't even take bath without hitting his or her hands on the wall and that is the same case with the commode.

The room was not so clean as I could see something spilled on the walls and I was quite not happy. Having booked for day use between 10AM-10PM, my stay was disturbed when I had a receptionist lady who barged into my locked room by around 3PM. She does not have the patience to wait for the guest to open the door and before I wake up from the bed to open the door in less than 1 minute she opened the door trying to walk-in. How rude! She was just imperfect not to be able to check the updated records to know who is staying, and she just entered to ask me if I want to vacate or extend my stay, come on my stay is here till 10PM and you are so rude to annoy me in the middle of my stay without being kind too! Just overly pathetic! Please train your staffs to be patient and courteous, she doesn't have to bring a security guard when she is at fault.

We regret to understand that your recent was less then pleasant because no recreational facilities, the room size and no safe deposit in the room . Kindly note that being an economy hotel with budget-friendly room rates with standard room and bathroom size. While we acknowledge that they are not grand, or that large, but adequate and the facilities are more limited than any midscale or luxury hotels. There is no safe deposit box in the room however you can find the safe deposit box at the reception area.
