No welcoming fruit. The quality of breakfast was in need of improvement, so as the coffee. Breakfast ended at 10:30 but the staff started to clean up everything, including the guest, starting 10:25. The cleaning process seemed no mercy to customer. No refill of hot food after 10 am and the hot food were always salty. The staff at the reception and the bar were excellent. The service staff, from time to time, "forgot " to refill the drinking water also the instant coffee . The minimum length request, minimum 200 words is no-sense and I understand the hotel tries to prevent guest to put the real comment. For important message we have to repeat 3 times. Dear Valued Guest Thank you for sharing your important review regarding recent stay experience at ibis Pattaya. It is regret to learn that we didn't meet with your expectations on several occasions and kindly accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you faced during your stay. On another side please allow me to explain you that breakfast closes at 10 am on weekdays from Monday to Friday and at 10:30 on Saturday and Sunday though we still have continental breakfast open until 12 hrs. every day. I am not sure about the period of your stay as I couldn't find the details. In addition to that I have addressed the highlighted issues with concerned managers to investigate and take appropriate measures to improve and prevent such occurrence in future. Further to inform you that we are a budget hotel and indeed services are limited and rates are very reasonable to get a nice and comfortable stay. Of luggage storage, you must give a tag or number for people who will want to keep their luggage first while your guest enjoying the beauty of pattaya while not yet check in time. Anyone can get the luggage, There’s no guarantee nobody will get it.

Checked in before noon, very appreciated Mr. Ball’s very helpful & polite, got room 501. Got beautiful view from balcony. Clean room, enjoyed many TV channels. Checked out with Mr. Thana, very efficient staff. Hope to be back again when Terminal 21 Opening in October.

Location good, room and facility okay, price seems fair. Only unfortune point was the treatment at the reception, it was so robotic and never friendly while we had small difficulty when checked in. We needed to ask manager to come to solve the trouble.

the saty at ibis is good . even location is suprior for the family but the only thing is that there is no specify indian food at breakfast buffet ... breakfast is good and service is also very good but pls add some indian dishes in your menu becoze there is so many indians living in your hotel...

The room was very small. Bathroom was also very small without any toiletries. Not up to Ibis standards elsewhere. The breakfast was average. The location is however great, with easy access to the beach.

I traveled with my daughter, 19 years old and my mother 84 years old. Also with my brother's family with 2 children ( 17 and 18 years old ). We chose 2 family rooms. Since I don,t realise that only children under 12 years old permitted to sleep in family room, I have a problem. But the hotel give me a choice whether I still want to use 2 family rooms with extra charge or cancel it and change with other 3 standard rooms. We are totally 7 persons. With the cost calculation,, I still chose the family room since it was cheaper. So the children really had a great time with a bunk bed, play station ( although they were not use it )and a more spacious room. The room have a nice pool view. Thanks to hotel management. it was really a beautiful moment.

The hotel is strategically located, close to malls, entertainment, beaches, and very easy to find places to eat. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As an accor member, service is more excellent. I was given complementary form of fruit delivered to the room as well and welcome drink. And more impressive again I can late check out until 4 pm. So very satisfied stay at this hotel.

Overview is OK. Good food. but not suitable for family and kid because room is small, not facility for baby and no bellboy. If you have more parcel for children, you need more time for transfer it. And 1 big problem that I found that I travel with my kid (8 month) and I request quiet room when check in online but hotel arrange room that closely with staff room and service elevator for us. I heard noise all night and my kid wake up all night too. It very terrible for us.

Had an excellent time staying at this hotel, everything thing about is great except the breakfast which I think can be improved for a superior stay. Th staff is friendly and family room with bunk bed was just perfect for us as we have 2 kids.
