When booking a standard double bedroom.. I would prefer to get a standard double bed room.. Rather than one with an extra single bed which completely ruins the room decor according to me. Also the room was on the 2nd floor or the. Mezannine floor kind of.. And the last few steps before getting to the rooms level made it a little annoying. The breakfast was good.. Have had better spread in other ibis, but altogether it was fine. The house keeping service was really good. Kept the room clean, they even used a spare key to keep the ac running in my room when I forget and it was really appreciated when we came in from the hot sun. The location of the hotel was nice, it would be nicer if there were some kind of a shuttle service till mid of the beach road or something. Since this is right at the end of the beach. The thing that annoyed me the most was that when I was going for a dip in the beach and didnt want to carry my hotel key to the beach the receptionist informed me that there is no key drop facility. I mean how hard is it to just collect the key and keep it at the desk till I come back to collect it.

« A very well run ibis hotel simple but satisfying »

Rooms small but have everything you need balcony a bonus seating a double bonus bathroom perfect with room to store things. Reception bar area good but restaurant area very good with large windows making it bright and light also overlooking the pool. Breakfast menu just right. Staff very efficient they new their jobs. Location could not be better at the best end of town. Looking forward to next year for our 2night stay with you.

Wonderful Stay with Cozy rooms that are tastefully built. Hotel staff is very helpful. The location is bang in the middle of the city and makes it very easy to move around the amazing patrata city. Breakfast spread was good, addition of some more vegetarian options would make it great. Over all loved the stay, would definitely recommend and visit again.

Hi Sir/Madam, During my check in the Hotel, I was informed that I need to show my original credit card which I had used it to full paid during my booking at your hotel. However, I didnt bring the same credit card along during my check in .since I was informed I need to make a new payment with different credit card even I had make a full payment . Your hotel staff said that they will cancel on my original payment and send me a letter of confirmation.however till now I haven't received it. Please advise.thanks
