We had a really great stay - the one lady at reception was weirdly abrupt, but everybody else was very friendly and made for a lovely stay.

It was alright, pretty basic. Good location but lacking a few basic things. They don't provide dental kit and there was limited mineral water. Housekeeping also ends work early so we couldn't have our room made up when we came back in the evening as we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Front office called us exactly at 1201hrs to check out when we were about to leave the room. I didn't realize they were so strict about their check out time. Smooth check in.

The room was comfortable, food was good, but there was no water in our room or soap/shampoo. Like the maids forgot to refill the basic supplies after cleaning. We had to ask for everything.

« One of the Worst hotel in Phuket & A Shame on IBIS Brand. »

I didn't like the hotel at all. and the service is also very bad. they don’t even offer a glass of water to guests. when i arrived there & asked for water they told to take welcome drink. because they are not serving simple water. i believe water is a very basic need and should be served very well in a Very good hotel chain like IBIS. also they give 2 water bottle of 500 ml per day for 2 persons. Do you really think that in a place like Phuket or in any place of world it is enough at all for one person to have only 500 ml water per day?? I am really surprized with the cost cutting & poor management of this hotel. they have broken cutlery & crockery used for breakfast in restaurant. I can understand that there are many guests are coming daily & this kind of things happen but does it mean that you will not change that at all?? (i am not able to share pics here or i will do that as i took picturs of that.) You are giving same kind of soap for everything mentioning different name on same bottle? Also the communication skill of restaurant staff is very poor. they don’t even care to reply you in good manner. I am not talking about politeness I am mentioning about manners. Also cleaning is very bad of rooms. Rubbish was collected only when I complained about that at reception. Else they have not even cleaned the room floor. Never going to visit IBIS Phuket Patong ever again. Thanks to your great hospitality. Major Points : Manners & communication skill of staff toiletries & the concept of deposit & rate cards placed in rooms (makes u feel like a thief). Variety of food as there are no option for vegetarians except eating rice daily. Fruits are also served very cheap and very small quantity & have to wait a lot for refill of everything..

check in was good, non availability of bell desk makes the task to haul your luggage to room a task, but conveniently placed trolleys may help you. Air conditioning of rooms is not very efficient as it takes a long time for them to cool the room. Check out although already informed took a lot of time. work efficiency can be improved

Overall the hotel is good for vacation. I'm very dissapointed on the search for my short pants from housekeeping team inform not available anymore in the room. I find it hard to believe that happen at a nice hotel. Anyway a missing pant experience will always be a bad memory.

Everything was clean. At least to my standards. Room felt a bit worn down. Did not look as nice as in the Ibis hotels i have stayed at in eastern europe. But spartan and functional. Witch is an atribute i have come to enjoy in ibis hotels. Like the other ibis hotels i have stayed in. There is a restaurant and a bar. And they are open most of the time. One thing i really like about Ibis. By the way: In the restaurant Thai food good. Non Thai food. Could have been better I had an issue with noisy neighbours. I insisted on changing room. And i was very happy with the way the issue was taken care of. There was usually taxi drives sitting outside. However once. There was not. And i asked for help in the reception. As far as i understand. Due to the language barrier. She did not end up being helpful. All in all: Liked the hotel

Basic accommodations at a basic price in a great location, right around the corner from all the excitement. Generally friendly staff and nice pool. Did not appreciate the ants in the bathroom and dirt in my wine glass.

The location and name of the hotel had prompted us to book the hotel for the holiday. However the rooms are a little too small for comfort. House keeping needs to be improved. on the first day itself we had complained that the toilet door is not closing fully. There was some problem with the lock. The person sent to repair the defect, said he requires some equipments and will return in 10 minutes. He never returned throughout the 3 days we stayed there. On our checking out of the hotel, we forgot to collect the medicines kept in the refrigerator. We returned after about 3 hours and the house keeping had already thrown out the medicines. The sad part is that the house keeper went on insisting that there was nothing in the fridge. Politeness to customers needs to be taught.

The location is convenient which near the beach and easy to grab taxi. Staff are nice to give a hand to us when we ask questions. But the room amenities may need to have some improvement like the lock of the balcony is hard to locked and open.

Polite and helpful staff, confortable bed and pillows, clean room, balcony with a small rack to dry your swimsuit and towel. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds, beautiful well kept gardens with lots of shades under the palm trees to relax. Fast wifi in the pool, slow in the room (3rd floor).Could be one of the best budget hotels in Phuket, but the bad breakfast and kitchen ruin it. French toasts never fresh, always dried and cold, bad croissants made of palm oil. Do not replenish food so you have to return to your table and wait, then run as others are waiting too.Spent 10 days, had lunch more times if the food had been more tasty (lunched 2 times).Well located about 7 minutes walk to the Patong beach.
