Hotel at northern end of resort but only 5 minute walk to resort centre. Hotel looks ok from outside but nothing special. Reception area was fine and the pool area was very nice with plenty of beds to relax. Rooms look like they have had a lot of usage, and were looking somewhat worn and tired.

Stayed in ibis patong for 3 nights. No toiletries were provided. Pillows were inadequate. I requested pillow from the receptionist and they mentioned the housekeeping is closed. That's totally an inexcusable reason. The breakfast cause me food poisoning on the final day and the food was not replenished. At 10am , almost all the food were finished. I'm never staying in any ibis ever again.

The room that we checked in was full of bad odor. We informed the front desk and they sent a staff with an air-freshener to spray in the room. After couple of minutes, the bad odor came back, and we could not help us but to stand outside of the room. Again, I went to the front desk and this time they changed our room. Rest of the experience of this budget hotel was good. I would recommend you to check the room before letting the guests to check-in.

Great room with basic amenities covered. Though I did not like the fact that even though I am a silver Accor member, they asked me for a cash deposit. Other places I've stayed at, just keep credit card at file.

As I have spoken to your manager, there need to better serve individual customers and not just group customers. For the Indian group, the hotel prepared only vegetarian breakfast without taking care the need of others who are not vegetarian. When ask the chef he said no meat only vegetarian. Pool no on control the group just jumped in their travel underwear and just change clothes after washing their body in the pool. Not sanitary.

Warm and professional welcome. Rooms a little small but comfortable and calm. The wooden bars on the balcony need to be replaced some are loose and present a danger in case a child is in this room (316). Good breakfast.

We stayed 5 days and 4 nights and overall it was a pleasant stay. Room service was quick. Breakfast was simple. Beach is only 5 minutes of walking. Jungceylon and other main attractions are within waking distance for adults.

The room was good and compact. My street facing room had a good view of the hills afar. But the Legends pub across the street from the hotel gets quite noise towards the evening time. You should also extend the in house food menu to include more Thai food options that what you currently have available.
