I like their service..it is typical Solo hospitality. Also we can use Novotel Facilities as well. I had lunch there as well, food was standard actually. Nothing special. The best of this place is in great location with great service plus quite affordable

It was good, friendly and smiling staffs. Maybe just to improve the space as lucky that I don't bring my big luggage and tool bag, maybe have bigger rooms for long staying or technical person guests that have lots of luggage and bags/box.

The staff are nice and helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and well maintained though showing a lot of 'wears and tears' and 'old age'. There was a small cluster of little spots on the bedsheet, but we were not obssesively clean, so that can be tolerated. Might be an issue with people who expect everything to be spotless. Room size is enough for two people, would be too snug to add extra bed. The lifts were old and close too soon - quite a hazard if you are with elderly people who move slowly.
