« Friendly and Comfy in Solo »

We have stayed a number of times in this hotel and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. It is very nice to be remembered by staff on our return. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. They are always helpful and nothing is every any trouble for them. We appreciate the clean linen and comfy mattress and pillows. The hotel is in close proximity to many great shops, Batik areas and great restaurants. We are extremely happy with the bright, roomy and uncluttered foyer and lounge/dining area. Sometimes we leave for a few days for a trip to the mountains or East Java and they are most accommodating in caring for luggage we don't need to take. The menu and drinks are varied and you also have the option of popping next door to the Novotel if you feel like a change but we never do. We will have no hesitation in rebooking this hotel.

Hi Accor Management, We wish to thank you for the continuously good services during our stay in the last 3 Idul Fitri holiday in Ibis dan Novotel Solo, also 1 short holiday accommodation in Ibis Yogyakarta. Overall everything is fine, except for the breakfast service during last June 2018 holiday at Isis Solo. We could understand that you are at your busiest season, so we think a couple of scramble eggs / omelette we requested were not available until we finally completed breakfast. Keep up great product! Room size was enough for Ibis but cleanliness can be improve such as bed sheet for extra bed still stain, window curtain was dirty etc, hot water not stable sometimes on and off, TV chanel. I love the location because closed with city center.. Breakfast could be better same like other ibis hotel..

We enjoyed staying in ibis style. Your reception staff is very nice and kind. Your security staff is nice too. Your housekeeping worked good too. Your restaurant waiter and waitress is good but i suggest the meal for breakfast more choices. Thank you for the hospitality

Good location, good facilities with reasonable price. We were given a room at 10th floor, which was a special request from my daughter to enjoy the view from higher place. She also enjoyed the kids corner area, which was a good bonus in our stay.
