An good property & Value For Money Hotel.What you get is neat & clean room covering all basic amenities and suitable for short stay. Breakfast & spread decent and good Wi-Fi coverage. Only concern was to do with location where u don't get to see any good city view and also address mentions as Metro Station but its actually at Civil Line Metro Station which is not premium locality but other than that the service & property is Good and ideal for single / double and family with 1 child within 6 years for comfortable bed.

Checked in late at night and was assigned a room with a smell emanating from the toilet and an air conditioner probably had a malfunctioning thermostat. Requested a room change the next morning and request was promptly attended to. New room was up to usual Ibis standards Breakfast was excellent in both the spread and the taste!

We have to go to the restaurant every time we need tea, this is ridiculous. No lotions in the washroom and staff gives such stupid reasons we regret our bookings with IBIS and will definitely not recommend anyone.

Checked in to room 401 on the first day. Room had a damp smell and was humid. The air conditioning at 25 degrees resulted in the room being too stuffy and was too cold at 24 degrees, in other words, the thermostat was not working. Requested to change the room and was given room 419. This room was up to usual Ibis standards. Breakfast spread was excellent and value for money

« Good Stay, caring staff, but front office is confused »

I enjoyed my stay, specially the hospitality of the complete staff and smiling faces. The restaurant staff goes out of their way to look after the guests. However, there is a good amount of confusion at the front office. I was allotted a room, which was not done up (202). On getting back to front office, they were clueless about it, and finally the room was changed to 211. On another occasion, the reception had to reconfirm the inclusion of breakfast in the package, causing some embarrassing moments.

There is a problem with the air quality in the room which I would describe as 'stuffy'. It is due to the fact that the windows cannot be opened by the client, and are probably not opened by the cleaning team. This leads to a certain unpleasant smell which does not disappear when the a/c is being used. The tv does not function optimally has had repeatedly to be put on again, also by pressing the button of the modem behind the tv . The bathroom could be cleaned better. The shampoo bottle was empty.

Staff were amazing - friendly and efficient but the room air was not fresh and we suffered with sore throats every morning. The smell in the hallways was not pleasant, the rooms were good given the price, the food was fairly ok.

I stayed here for 15 days, the look and feel of the hotel, rooms, dining area is extremely pleasant. The amenities were almost equivalent to a 5 star but the price was reasonable. The staff was extremely disciplined and helpful, they will behave in a well mannered way. Maintenance of washroom equipments can be enhanced.

The stay was ver good. Staff and service was fantastic. Helpful, polite and and overall experience was superb. The only room for improvement - We stayed on the smoking floor by choice, but would appreciate a better ventilation system there. Also the quality of towels can be improved as they looked old. But these are minor things. The staff and service more than makes up!
