« Convenient with value added free shuttle bus to airport bus terminal, and good English reception staff »

We arrived the hotel nearly midnight, but had airport Lumosine bus direct stop at the entrance of the hotel, and on the day we departure to Airport also have free shuttle to the airport bus station. The reception staff speak fluent English and also very polite. Good in cleaning hygenic services, lots of choices in different kinds of food around the hotel, also the public transportation near the hotel can easily approach to Myeongdong and Dongdaemun in centre of Seoul, for accommodation enviroment may be better than Seoul, I will consider to stay in Suwon instead of Seoul in future.

« Enjoyable stay with perfect attitude. »

Staying in Ibis Suwon was a refresher after few stays in other Suwon based hotels. Clean room, working facilities, kind service. Perfect attitude at the reception - thanks. When it comes to breakfast - usually I start my day from 6:30. At this time it was hard to find juice, some meals, etc. Also labels for meals were put in wrong places - possibility to eat something that I can't due to diet / preferences / alergy.

« Rather good, above average quality/price, very nice buffet although expensive, disapointing breakfast »

Location: Conveniently closed to Samsung city and with direct limousine bus from airport. Personnel: Nice people able to answer all my requests. Room: Rather good for the price. Restaurant: Very nice buffet but unfortunately too expensive and closing a bit too early. Disappointing breakfast compared to the price: No much choice e.g. not much fresh bread, missing croissant and cookies, missing diverse marmalade and honey.

« Good but some things have gone worse »

Room good, services good. Allok, except breakfast closing too soon 9:30, and lacking some things if you arrive at 9:15 (specially juice and milk). So in practice breakfast kind of ends at 9:00 if you want to have something left. And that is ok for weekdays, but not reasonable for weekends.

Not only were the rooms small with odor, the rooms felt extremely unsanitary. I saw stains left and right from the small couch/bench area near the desk and even weird stains on the bathroom light switch. I wonder if the sheets were replaces because I would also see stains near the foot of the bed. The bathroom was extremely small and with barely any elbow room or counter space to put your toiletries. They barely provide any essential toiletries needed for travelers, such as a small bar of soap and no toothbrush and toothpaste.

my room was on the street, the Windows were not closing properly, or not insulating enough against noise and cold. It was not possible to change the room. The room was very noisy at night

« It's a very nice experience »

Pros: It's a great experience staying at Ibis. Great buffet breakfast and I love it. Peaceful environment. Very nice hot bath. But facilities in room are not great. Cons: Some basics like Tooth brush and Tooth paste are not there. Shuttle services are not provided as per customer's requirement. That is not good. Brochure for room facilities is not available.
