Pros: It's a great experience staying at Ibis. Great buffet breakfast and I love it. Peaceful environment. Very nice hot bath. But facilities in room are not great. Cons: Some basics like Tooth brush and Tooth paste are not there. Shuttle services are not provided as per customer's requirement. That is not good. Brochure for room facilities is not available.

« The best breakfast among ibis brand worldwide »

Modest but very clean and comfortable and cozy room...The room is perfectly designed and equipped to accommodate two adults even though room size is not large like 4 or 5 star hotel... effective and kind staff, the check-in and check-out processes is very speedy and accurate... cleaning staffs whom I come across at corridor is very friendly and polite....most of all, the breakfast is perfect in terms of quality, menu scope, and the restaurant's cozy and comfortable atmosphere. I strongly recommend this hotel as your first option in Suwon area or even in Seoul metropolitan area.

OK, but the cleaners and room service do not respect "Please do not disturb". I put it on when I go to sleep and they just keep knocking and won't go away until I get up from bed and open the door. This happened many times. Please don't do that.

I came in the evenings, went out in the mornings after having breakfast. During one weekend I couldn't have a lunch in the hotel, when it was raining outside, because there was some kind of party on the second floor; that was the most unsatisfying thing during the visit, because I had to go hungry since the weather was bad.

« The hotel is a little tired but "good enough" for a short stay. »

I had to change rooms because the first one had an awful smell. The décor was very dated and needed a coat of paint and a really good clean. The location of the hotel is really good and the staff really helpful.
