« Line for Check in, bad restaurant experience, Restaurant voucher total let down »

Despite the fact I am still a A club Silver (last year I was gold) during the check in process there was a big single line being directed at the dedicated counter, so it was not possible to use the express check in. Another point was my experience for dinner at the restaurant, we had the prepaid voucher and it was bad, but also the service was bad, (our orders came wrong) and lack of options were a let down.

Rooms and bed were very comfortable. Food was good. I would prefer a few complimentary bottles of water for the room, instead of having to buy them out of the minibar to brush my teeth.

« good location, room was nice and clean »

the hotel location is exceptional, very near the airport so that is a plus. the room was solid with good installations. everything was clean. my only concern was seeing food outside the rooms, at the carpet floor. we saw one outside near our room for almost a day. that was strange and I'm glad it did not attract any insects or worse. a good thing could be to add USB chargers on the room because the different power sockets used in many countries that come.

Expensive , nothing included, had problems with the AC as soon as I arrived to my room from a long day s work and had to be moved to another room after two employees came to try to fix the AC. Fairly dissapointed to say the least

« disappointing »

This was a business trip and I had stayed at Novotels many times before. this time I was given a room ( #851) designed for disabled persons. While the staff friendlyness, breakfast, cleanliness and others such as comfort of the room were acceptable ( 3star level, rather than the 4stars it pretends to be...) , the bathroom was awful: very dark, small sink, inadequate vanity, water spilled all over the floor when showering, shower mixer broken, water extremely hot or cold. It was late and I was so tired, could not bother to ask for changing the room. I left a message at the checkout desk next morning about the broken shower, for repairs and will probably recommend our company not to book me at this hotel ever again.

Hotel ok, things seem to be getting old and need an overall refurbishment. I strongly suggest an upgrade to the Gym and maybe add some more free weights. Cable TV with very few options and not working properly, image very bad.

One of the worst experience I had in a check-in process. I arrived at hotel near 9 AM (and I knew that the check-in opens at 12... I just would want to leave my luggages), I walk toward the woman at the reception desk and she just asked me if I was going to do a ckeck out. When I answer NOT, she passed in front all the customers in the line behind me without any justification, even whithout knowing what I would want to do. I was going out to another hotel when a kind of "trainee" employee asked me if I he might help me. I just told him I want to leave my luggages, because I had to go to a customer. He has helped me to have a less worst experience, but definitely I will never back to this hotel again.

The room itself was very comfortable except there was a distinct dampness smell after our showers and when we returned from breakfast (despite the fans being switched on). There was also no WiFi in the room which was bad as we paid for this inclusive in the price. We spoke to reception and they said they would look into it but it was never resolved. The cleaners left our windows open after they had cleaned which left us feeling very unsafe as we were only on the second floor and our room was next to a roof top. Location was good for what we wanted to do however despite our little issues I wasn’t satisfied with the cost of the hotel.

The only problem I see is the noise of the doors when the guests are leaving the rooms. It's not possible to close the doors without making a loud noise. The hotel's work team is excellent! They all were very helpful!
