Stayed during festival time. felt the rate displayed at the hotel was cheaper than what I paid online. The tea coffee supplies were not replenished and the used cups were not cleaned for 5 days. Atrocious !! the quality of the breakfast was not too great. The room was clean and tidy. Location of the hotel is far from cannes and does not justify the high rate.

Check in was the most positive aspect of our stay. Room was serviced but the supply of coffee was not replaced. Asked for more the following evening and could only obtain coffee and no milk, nothing else was available. There was also no meals available as advertised. Towels extremely thin. Would not return on our next trip.

I was in Mandelieu for attending a congress held in conference center which was so close and it was the best part. The rooms were clean and staff were friendly but not well informed about the transportation issues (I mean to the Nice airport). The rooms were small and unequipped. No tissues, no complementary water bottle for the very first moment arriving, no refrigerator, no tooth brush, disposable one- day shampoo or any kind of hair conditioner. No English TV channels. It was too far from the beach with no public transportation too beach available. In general I only recommend there for business trip with the event held in the conference center.

Rooms a little smaller than most ibis and struggled a little to get it cool enough but as always clean and everything worked. Helpful staff and the ibis breakfast was better than average for the chain. We always use ibis for overnight stops with the aircraft as the ibis cancellation policy is so flexible. Taxi into town around 25 euros. Cannes can get very busy so I'm very glad I booked well in advance.

Only one person on duty meant my extra pillow request wasn’t possible. Thankfully the beds are comfortable and the bathroom although small, works very well. The hotel is looking dated and tired, but it was as expected
